Das organisatorische im Vorfeld war sehr gut vorbereitet. Abholung der Schlüssel, Nutzung des Appartement, usw. Alles dokumentiert und teilweise mit Filmen hinterlegt. Das Apartement war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Die Aussicht ist erstklassig, ebenso der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Auch bei einem kleinen Anliegen wurde uns durch die Verwalterin sogar am Sonntag geholfen. Ein sehr schönes Haus, sehr gute Betreuung. Top, gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und hat einen bombastischen Ausblick. Die Terrasse ist recht breit und ein Teil ist auch überdacht. Die Matratzen sind gut und in den Bädern ist ausreichend Stellplatz. Von der wirklich großen Garage kommt man über einen Aufzug in die Wohnung. Einziges Manko war Nachbars Hund, der in der einen Woche, in der wir da waren, alleine auf einem unbebauten Grundstück war. Ob das immer so ist, wissen wir nicht. Mich und die Kinder hat das sporadische Bellen wenig gestört. Mein Mann ist da etwas empfindlicher, wenn er schläft. Trotzdem würde ich gerne noch einmal hinfahren.

Der Blick auf den Lago maggiore hat uns alle überwältigt. Auch die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet, modern gestaltet und sauber. Wunderschöner, großer Balkon, auf dem man auch bei fast 40 Grad ab machmittags einigermaßen schattig sitzen und den sensationellen Blick genießen konnte.

Le séjour fut à la hauteur de nos espérance. La vue sur le lac depuis la terrasse est tout simplement grandiose. Nous nous réjouissions le matin de pendre le petit déjeuner dans ce cadre idyllique. Concernant le mobilier et les infrastructures, ces derniers étaient conformes à la description. Le logement était très propre et la cuisines était bien équipée. Petit bémol, il n’y avait juste pas de sel, de poivre ou voire même de l’huile d’olive si nous voulions cuisiner mais ceci reste un détail. Il y avait certes un chien à proximité (maison en face), mais contrairement aux autres commentaires lus, ce dernier n’aboyait pas et était très gentil. Je recommande à 100% ce logement à Stresa!!

The apartment was fantastic! The view was incredible and the apartment had everything we needed. There were dogs in the apartment below as well as one at the house next door who liked to bark every so often, but not for too long and were quiet at night. There were also church bells every half hour during the day, but this is what you get staying in rural Italy and added to the stay! There is underground parking for one car, so kept it nice and cool. There are two supermarkets in Stresa, one with parking, so you can buy anything you need to sit and eat on the large balcony. There were two tables, four chairs and several lounge chairs. The balcony is on two sides and you have a lovely view of the sunrise in the morning and the moon rise at night as well as the lights across the lake.

What a view! Great apartment and a spectacular view over the whole lake. Stresa is not far and one of the nicest citys in the area.

The view was absolutely beautiful. The house was nice but it didn’t look quite the pictures showed. You will have to drive everywhere you want to go. There were no restaurants or stores near enough to walk to. But the drive was beautiful.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Vorallem die Terrasse mit dem Seeblick hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Auf dem Dachboden war es sehr warm jedoch gab einen Ventilator. Als wir ankamen war es zwar nicht unhygenisch jedoch noch ausbaufähig. Alles in allem würden wir wieder kommen. Die Wohnung ist zwar teuer, jedoch im Verhältnis zu den Alternativen in Stresa sehr günstig.

Positively beautiful views of the lake. You can not be fearful of driving very narrow and switchback roads to be rewarded by the view after. You MUST download the YouTube directions on picking up the key and accessing the garage or you will be lost!!! Finding the location for pickingup the key is a double challenge. Patience verymuch required.

This property had a wonderful view as a corner unit. But, it was much further from Stresa than we thought and along a narrow, winding road. Check in and check out was ok. Too many keys with no explanation. No explanation of garbage collection either.

Toller Ausblick. Sauber und gut ausgestattet. Aber sehr abgelegen. Deshalb ist ein Auto nötig. Eigentlich auch sehr ruhig gelegen, wären da nicht auf dem Grundstück und Nebenan die Wachhunde. Die waren sehr nervig, deshalb gibt es einen Stern Abzug. Aber der gigantische Blick und die tolle Ausstattung machen das mehr als wett.

Schöne Wohnung mit grandioser Aussicht über den See. Gute Ausstattung. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Haus mit mehreren (Privat?-)Wohnungen. Eine Bewohnerin hat zwei Hunde, die sich durch die wechselnden Feriengäste vermutlich gestört fühlen und viel bellen (nachts ist es aber ruhig). Das sollte man vielleicht im Vorfeld wissen, wenn man wie wir mit einem Kind/Kindern anreist. Die Videobeschreibungen der Anbieter waren sehr hilfreich, so dass wir keine Probleme hatten den Schlüssel abzuholen und die Wohnung zu finden. Sehr hohe Endreinigungskosten (289,-€ bei 6 Nächten), die sich mit nicht so ganz erschließen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft etwas abseits, dafür mit einer tollen Aussicht und gut erreichbar. Leider war einmal der Strom weh und die Kommunikation fiel etwas schwer bis wir das wieder hatten, aber ansonsten absolut top.

Le point fort de l'appartement est incontestablement le panorama grandiose qui s'offre à nous depuis la grande terrasse, dans un environnement très calme (à l'exception effectivement des quelques chiens du voisinage). L'appartement est très fonctionnel, le garage est pratique (d'autant que la voiture est indispensable, l'appartement étant excentré). La chambre du haut est spacieuse, mais étant située sous les combles, elle peut devenir très chaude en période de canicule.

It's situated in a cozy village, with a magnificent view. The flat is comfortable, with a garage which is convenient during high, summer temperatures. We were in 4 people there, space was fine, with a nice terrace where you can sit and dine for hours. The bathrooms may need some small adjustments as the shower water leaks a bit, leaving the bathroom all wet. But we managed. We were missing the basics like the toilet paper. And I took out one star for the communications with the external agency managing the house + value for cleaning. FYI - be prepared to drive your trash (yourself) to Stresa, 4km away as the agency is putting this on you... So better have a car, cause while traveling by train you won't make it. To be honest - while charging 250euro for cleaning I shouldn't care about it at all.

Incredible view. No AC (but that is pretty standard for anything in the area that is not brand new) Very quiet and quaint. Not really much in the immediate area and the drive into town is quite difficult for an American in Texas used to large roads. Sufficient kitchen amenities, but had to go into town to get more soap and toilet paper. Did I mention the view?

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Francesca, la vue est magnifique, le seul bémol est qu'il y a un chien chez les voisins qui aboie tout le temps ! Dommage car l'endroit est très calme.

Die Inneneinrichtung und der Ausbaustandart ist ok jedoch auch nicht mehr. Der Ausblick auf den See ist top.

Martina était notre interlocutrice privilégié e au sein de Happy Rentals, très professionnelle et communicante. L'appartement était très propre et lumineux avec une vue superbe. Toutefois, quelques petits détails viennent minorer la note mise : les canapés blancs ne sont plus très neufs et perdent leur sky par bout, la cabine de douche de la salle de bain du bas est tombée et malgré les efforts de Martina, n a pu être réparée à temps , la douche du haut fuit et au bout de 4 douches, la salle de bain était trempée. Nous avons eu une petite invasion de fourmis et les chiens de la voisine du dessous aboient dès qu on sort sur la terrasse. La literie est bonne et propre.
