Appartamento molto lumonoso ed asciutto, doccia enorme, comodissima e ben funzionante, il posto auto nel garage del palazzo è stato veramente indispensabile. Vicinissimo a 3 supermercati ed anche il centro è raggiungibile a piedi lungo strade su cui è piacevole passeggiare. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito, anche la biancheria da letto e da bagno era bella e molto carini i kit di benvenuto in cucina e bagno. In aggiunta, wi-fi ottimo ed incluso nel prezzo

Il monolocale è molto comodo per chi viene in vacanza o una settimana di prova. Noi siamo stati in due, una settimana e ci siamo trovati bene. Tutti gli elettrodomestici funzionano. C’è tutto ciò che può servire per cucinare e mangiare. Unica cosa bisogna sistemare la serratura della camera perché l’ultimo giro non lo fa completo, ma per il resto la consiglio veramente

Very clean apartment and well kept. We arrived early due to a error on my part not knowing when the check in time was and they allowed us to check in early which was very much appreciated since we all had our luggage with us. The only thing needed would be a microwave would be nice and the shower door only had one glass panel and the other side is no panel which allows a little bit of water to go on the bathroom floor. I took a shower properly with the shower head facing way away from the open area but another glass panel there would be great. We had to use a towel and put in the floor so the water wouldn’t get too much even tho it never did. Otherwise every thing was great Thank you !!!!

The place is meant for short periods and it's perfect for that, but as I stayed for a long time I had some minor gripes, like the lack of laundry and storage space. Having a couple shelves around the place would be great even if it was just one next to the bed and one in the bathroom. And since there's already a laundry room in the building it would be nice to try and work out a deal, like maybe paying a small fee for usage if there's free spots available. I think anyone staying for a week or longer would appreciate having the option. Otherwise the stay was great; I would certainly use it again if I had to spend a weekend in Lugano.

Happy rentals ends up unhappy, I tried to upgrade what I booked because I need to work remotely. It’s was totally inflexible, event for un upgrade was not possible. I prefer to avoid Happy rentals.

Es hat einen Lift und wir konnten die Tiefgarage nutzen, das war super. Die Wohnung liegt gleich gegenüber von einer Pasticceria, die sehr guten Kaffee, Frühstück und Mittagessen bietet. In wenigen Metern ist der Bus zu erreichen, der uns ins Zentrum gebracht hat. Die Küche ist klein, aber ganz gut ausgestattet.

Die Lage ist gut, näher mit Einkauf Ladens, nah mit Bushaltestelle. Personal sind freundlich und gut, reagieren schnell um die Anliegen. Sauberes Tücher sind vorhanden.
