Ubicación
Situado en Porlezza, a orillas del lago de Lugano, el apartamento de la villa se encuentra dentro del parque de Porto Letizia. Este complejo, ideal para familias, cuenta con un parque público a orillas del lago con sinuosos senderos y una playa comunitaria con alquiler de tablas de SUP y de deportes acuáticos, dos zonas de juegos infantiles y el edificio principal, el Palazzo, que alberga la recepción, una elegante cafetería, el restaurante italiano «Panama» y mucho más.
Desde la céntrica ubicación del complejo, en la «Via Prati», los huéspedes podrán acceder fácilmente a los servicios de la localidad, a las paradas de autobús y ferry, y a la carretera principal que bordea el lago en Porlezza (a 2-5 minutos a pie). Perfecto para unas vacaciones divertidas y variadas en los lagos italo-suizos, el complejo se encuentra a poca distancia en coche de Lugano, la capital del lago durante todo el año, y de la pintoresca ciudad de Menaggio, en el lago de Como (a entre 22 y 28 minutos en coche).
Lamentablemente, no se admiten mascotas en este alojamiento.

Amazing place with beautiful scenery and city vibe. A bit hot though so air conditioning in the house might be a good solution, as with almost 40 degrees outside fans don't help much :)

Dirt and rubbish was laying in the street in front of the house the whole week - there was no light in stairways to the apartment. Thee was rubbish and dirt in the stairways .

We enjoyed our stay very much. But in August we were missing an aircondition device, we could hardly sleep in the heat evevthough we had open windows and both fans on. Umbrella was in a poor condition as well. This is why we did not pick top rating. Reception service was good.

The area was amazing, close to a lake and the size of the apartment was good for two people. It was well equipped with kitchen stuff. Only a few minuses like the shower drain is very slow, almost clogged, and the toilet brush looks like it hasn’t been changed for years, it is dirty and stinks.

The apartment was nice and clean and had the utilities you need to have a good vacation. It was very close to the water and walkable distance to the supermarket. The town itself doesn't offer a lot, but if you have a car there should be nice areas to see and not a long drive from Como and Lugano. The bed was not very nice (seemed old and made a lot of noise if you made any movements) and our apartment only had one cooler, which was not very effective since it was a warm week. Besides that, great value for money!
