L’appartamento aveva tutto ciò di cui necessitavamo, ordinato, spazioso, in una posizione ottima e con una vista mozzafiato. A piedi abbiamo raggiunto facilmente molte attività circostanti, come dei buoni ristoranti e il centro cittadino. La cucina era particolarmente attrezzata, con molta cura nel fornire ciò di cui si ha bisogno per cucinare (banalmente, più di un tagliere e dei coltelli da cucina buoni). Lo consiglio molto!

Alles prima. Wunderschöne Wohnung, hervorragend ausgestattet in super Lage. Check in und check out vorab super per mail und sogar Bildern kommuniziert. Wir waren mega zufrieden, würden immer wieder kommen und empfehlen es auch weiter

The appartement has large rooms (living room, kitchen with table and chairs, bedroom) and a long balcony with great view to river Sarca and the Castello Rock. Nice parking place behind the house. It is just a 3 min walk to the old town and great pizzerias just on the other side of the road. Perfect for a couple with dog. I really enjoyed the stay.

We give it five stars overall, with one minor disclaimer. When we were there, the upstairs tenant had a dog (or two) that barked incessantly during the day hours - nonstop and loud. Fortunately, we were only there during the day to check-in, and to briefly shower, change clothes, and regroup from long days out and about. But, if you were expecting a peaceful daytime environment at the apartment, or if you have small children who need naps, it would be a difficult place to stay if the canine situation we encountered is typical. Otherwise, great location, responsive host, and all the amenities and space you could need. Dogs were silent in the evenings and nights.

Thomas’s place is very comfortable and in an ideal location overlooking the river and just across the bridge from the town center of Arco. There is a bike path down to Riva del Garda very close and bikes are only $100 for the week! The accommodation allowed for bike storage and had a nice hot shower. Sheets and bedding felt sanitary and even a washer/dryer combo was provided! Highly recommend you stay!

Schöne und saubere Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung, genug Platz für 4 Menschen mit Hund. Sehr schöne Aussicht und mit dem Auto sind es nur ein paar Minuten zum Gardasee. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen. :)

Great location. All as described. Easy parking and check in with lock box. Soap, shampoo and cleaning items present. Would need to bring your own condiments if cooking i.e no oil, sugar, salt. Not a down side just something to know.

Die Wohnung liegt an einer Hauptstraße. Dies bedingt die leichte Erreichbarkeit, die Nähe zur Stadt aber leider auch den Verkehr.

Sehr schöne, zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Der Check-in verlief dank Schlüssebox unkompliziert. Man ist in weniger als 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt, hat eine tolle Sicht auf die Berge und die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, ordentlich und schön eingerichtet. Die zentrale Lage bringt aber leider auch den Nachteil mit sich, dass durch die Lage an der Hauptstraße mit Schlafzimmer zu ebendieser die Nacht relativ zeitig endet. An sich ist das Haus auch sehr hellhörig. Wenn man früh aufbrechen möchte und einen tiefen Schlaf hat ist das wohl kein Problem. Wir fanden es recht störend. Davon abgesehen ein prima Ausgangspunkt um in und um Arco die Region zu entdecken.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, guter Ausgangspunkt für fußläufige Stadtbesichtigung von Arco, ebenso für Radtouren. Sehr gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen, zudem Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Ein separater Kellerraum mit einer absperrbaren Stahltür als Aufbewahrungsort für Fahrräder gehört ebenso zur Wohnung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das saubere und gepflegte Bad mit der großen und geräumigen Duschkabine und der Miele-Waschmaschine. Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer war sehr bequem, obwohl uns die fülligen Kopfkissen nicht getaugt hatten. Daher haben wir uns bei JYSK (zwischen Riva und Arco) zwei günstige Kopfkissen erstanden und das Problem gelöst. Nicht so toll war das ausklappbare, in die Jahre gekommene Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Nicht unerwähnt sollte bleiben, dass das Schlafzimmer zur Hauptverkehrsstraße orientiert ist und Schlaf bei offenem Fenster nur bis ca. 5:30 Uhr möglich ist. Toll war auch der Balkon mit der Aussicht auf den Burgberg von Arco und Sarca.

Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr zentral und gut gelegen. Zu Fuß sind diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten super erreichbar. Die Altstadt ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt und schöne Wanderwege sind auch direkt in der Nähe. Wunderschöne Natur! Arco ist sehr zu empfehlen! Die Ferienwohnung ist mit den notwendigsten Utensilien ausgestattet, gut geschnitten und schön eingerichtet.
