Lara and the team at Happy Rentals were responsive and easy to communicate with. They were super flexible with our changing travel arraignment and made the process very smooth. The place was clean and close to all the necessary amenities. I would recommend and we will be back!

The apartment exceeded my expectations, it was exceptionally clean with fabulous views and was fully equipped with everything we required. Check in was easy and I had no problems communicating with the owners. The only aspect I would advise for future guests is to have very quick showers or if there are several of you stagger your shower time as the boiler is small and runs cold fairly quickly.

Nice cozy apartment well located, 8 min walk from the train station and the main mall. The apartment is a bit noisy due to the trains 🚊 just in front, but it is manageable. Overall very good quality for the price.

Très joli appartement, proche voie ferrée( uniquement TER),mais très bonne isolation. Deux chambres et une salle/cuisine agréable. Vue sur citronniers… incroyable ! Manquait juste notices sur chauffage, douche, et une décoration plus personnalisée, mais proche gare Ter pour aller à Nice ou Menton ( pas facile de trouver à se garer). Excellent séjour, je recommande l’endroit.

L'appartement est clair, confortable, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Idéalement placé pour nous (intervention au profit de la Capitainerie de Beaulieu Sur Mer) nous étions à 200m à pied du lieu de travail.

Appartement extrêmement bien placé. Tout est accessible à pied pour les marcheurs : Beaulieu, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Villefranche, etc. Il vaut mieux laisser sa voiture sur l'emplacement (jusqu'à 4 m de long environ). L'appartement est pratique, bien équipé, l'accès autonome est rapide. Les indications de la personne qui gère l'appartement étaient efficaces et sympathiques. Bon bien sûr, le chemin de fer n'est pas loin, mais cela n'est pas vraiment dérangeant, d'autant plus que l'on est souvent dehors, vu le bel ensoleillement de cette magnifique Côte d'Azur...

Für einen Ferienaufenthalt ist die Wohnung sehr schön und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt super nahe am Hafen und zum Strand. Der dazugehörige Parkplatz ist sehr klein, in den Wohnstraßen der Umgebung war das Parken jedoch kein Problem und wir hatten hierzu im Vorfeld ebenfalls die sehr gute Information erhalten, dass wir hierfür die APP "Flowbird" zum günstigen Parken für den kompletten Zeitraum verwenden können. Ein sehr guter Tipp.

Appartement très propre. Dommage que le train passe à quelques mètres. Accès compliqué pour avoir le code de la boîte à clé. Attente de 1h30 devant la porte pour avoir quelqu’un qui réponds au tel. Sinon le reste est très bien.

The apartment itself was really comfortable and well situated, close to restaurants and supermarkets. Communication and checking in was very straightforward and easy, Leo was super helpful and accommodating. The only negative remark would be the wifi which is really slow and not conducive to anyone who is staying here on a work trip. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a holiday stay!

I stayed here with 3 friends when visiting the Monaco E-Prix. All in all our stay was enjoyable, Beaulieu is a beautiful town, not many tourists and a good selection of restaurants. We chose this airbnb because it was close to the train station and people said you couldn’t hear the trains. Sadly, that was not accurate. One of us couldn’t sleep well due to the passing trains. Obviously, that is not the fault of the owner, just something to keep in mind. However, reaching the owner was quite difficult, he took very long to reply and once we didn’t receive an answer at all. We did figure it out by ourselves eventually but an answer would have been appreciated. Also the Equipment could be improved. There were only 3 wine glasses for a place supposed to hold 4 people and we received a dish washing tab, but didn’t have a dish washer. All in all it was an enjoyable stay and price wise it was ok. Thank you for having us.

Relativement bien placé. La proximité de la voie ferroviaire n'est finalement pas un problème. Le parking n'est pas optimal mais finalement on arrive toujours à se débrouiller. La climatisation est appréciable. L'appartement est globalement bien équipé.

Overall we had a good experience at this place. The location was perfect for us, 7 minute walk to the beach, 8 minute walk to restaurants, boulangerie, grocery store. The apartment is as described. There is a train that passes right infront of the apartment, but it never bothered us at night or woke us up. There is a space to park a small car. It could have been cleaner.

Good location with short walk to the centre, but right next to the railway line. helpful host with clear instructions and very accommodating about early check in for which we were very grateful .Lounge area was spacious and apartment clean.

The location is great—within walking distance of both the beach and the commercial area. We stayed here during a work trip, and it was very convenient location-wise. However, the train line is extremely close to the house. This was mentioned in the description, so we expected some noise, but the whole house actually vibrates and shakes when trains pass by, which was quite disturbing. If you don’t plan to spend much time inside the house, it’s fine.

The apartment itself was nice we didn't have working WI-Fi or any toilet paper. However the kitchen was very well equipped and pristine.The shower didn't work very well and was very hard to use to get the correct temperature. everything else was ok except a massive issue at check-in where the door to the building was locked. We missed out a night's stay because of it but the main problem was the host's response. She basically refused to believe the door was locked and wouldn't entertain any idea of a refund. Luckily Airbnb were much more understanding of our stressful situation and reimbursed us for the first night. To summarise: apartment fine, host terrible!

Good location however it wasn’t disclosed that the apartment is right on the rail line so very loud at times in the living room and one of the bedrooms. House needs a bit of maintenance but the house feels safe and is spacious. I think the house just needs a bit of TLC and then it would be really lovely to stay so long as you’re ok with the train noise which didn’t bother us too much given we only stayed for two nights.
