Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Das Apartment war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und die Aussicht war herrlich. Die Ansprechpartner waren hilfsbereit und verlässlich, als wir ein kleines Problem mit der Heizung hatten. Wir können es weiterempfehlen

Il nostro soggiorno a Villa Panorama è stato perfetto, la vista è spettacolare soprattutto al tramonto! La casa rimane calda durante l'inverno e nonostante gli interni avrebbero bisogno di qualche rinnovamento ci siamo trovate bene. Grazie al team locale :)

The views from the villa were amazing, I don’t think you can get a better view in Lake Garda. The villa was great, clean and presentable. The pool was great and was perfect in the heat. The local town was only a 15 minute walk which can be tough walking back uphill but worth it.

The Villa has amazing views of Torbole, the mountains and the lake. It is within easy walking of Nago and a twenty minutes walk down into Torbole, a stiff uphill climb back from the village. The village is in need of some modernisation but is otherwise very comfortable.

Отличный дом, с невероятным видом на озеро Гарда. Кухня не большая, 3 спальни, бассейн отличный. Emna была очень отзывчивой, на любое наше сообщение отвечала практически мгновенно. Без неё было бы не то, а с ней мы чувствовали себя в комфорте. Рекомендую этот дом, особенно если вам будет помогать Emna.

Fabulous location with the most spectacular views of the lake! That alone should entice anyone. The apartment does not have air conditioning, however, so this is a potential drawback for the hotter months.

Waren Gruppe von 7 Personen für Kurzaufenthalt von 2 Nächten . Info über Anreise und Check- In vorab per Mail. Ablauf sehr gut beschrieben, Check In und Out einfach über Keybox. Lage am Berg zu beachten, Fußweg nach Torbole ca. 15 Min , zurück 25-30 Minuten. Haus sehr sauber, ausreichend ausgestattet - leider keine Spülmaschine vorhanden. Sensationeller Ausblick . Klare Weiterempfehlung von meiner Seite

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa Panorama Mitte April sehr genossen. Der Ausblick ist wirklich super! Der Pool hatte leider noch nicht geöffnet, dafür haben wir die Tischtennisplatte und das große Trampolin ausgiebig genutzt. In der Küche war eine Nespresso-Maschine (aber keine „normale“ Filterkaffeemaschine) vorhanden; Gewürze etc. haben wir selbst mitgebracht. Die Unterkunft war sauber, Heizung und W-Lan funktionierten, die Fensterrollos in den Zimmern verdunkeln sehr gut. Es gibt einige Restaurants in Laufnähe oder man fährt ein paar Minuten nach Arco, Riva, etc.

We enjoyed our stay at the house a lot! View is just amazing! The only thing that didn’t work out most of the time was the heating. The host explained how to turn it back on, which was easy, but it kept turning off multiple times a day. So we hardly ever had warm water to shower. Except for that it was a really nice experience. Would definitely book it again.

Amazing place for those who want to stay a couple of meters away from the heavy tourism. Perfect destinations for roadcycling with a chilled bistro bar around the corner! Our host was super proactive yet not annoying and always reachable.

The best views in the area! Clean home with several extra amenities to include a nice pool. Its a steep walk with stairs so might limit those with mobility issues. Free street parking for one large car. Landscaping needs a little work but photos of home were accurate. Nearby town is quintessential Italian village and worth the 5 minute walk.

Amazing view from the verandah and for this alone we would book it again. Photos suggested the property was in better condition than it was, it smelt musty when we arrived. Could do with a refresh. The afternoon sun heated the house and it stayed warm overnight, it was 30 degrees every day during our stay. On balance, it would be a good deal with a slightly lower price.

La vue de la maison est exceptionnelle. Cependant, le manque de climatisation, pas de lave vaisselle, la piscine non chauffée et la machine à laver HS lors de notre séjour ne justifient pas le le prix. Quelques petits travaux d’entretiens seraient les bienvenus (changement du mitigeur de la douche, meilleure fixation des prises électriques dans les murs…) La localisation de la maison permet de profiter de la superbe région assez facilement.

Vor der Anreise wurde vereinbart das wir um 16:00 Uhr die Unterkunft beziehen können. Als wir um 17:15 Uhr an der Unterkunft ankammen, konnten wir diese nicht sofort beziehen, da noch der Putztrupp vor Ort war. Zudem befand sich eine Person im Pool. Die Straße zur Unterkunft war sehr eng ein umkehren mit einem großen Fahrzeug war nur schwer möglich. Wir finden die Raumaufteilung grundsätzlich sehr gut auch der Ausblick hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Allerdings ist die Unterkunft bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen und gehört dringend generallsaniert. In der Küche sind einige Schubladen kaputt und der Backofen wackelte. Die Unterkunft war zwar augenscheinlich sauber, jedoch bei genauerer Betrachtung waren die Ecken dreckig, unter dem Bett haben wir noch Müll gefunden und an der Decke waren Spinnennetze. Der Boden der Küche war klebrig. Den Müll mussten wir selbst bei einer öffentlichen Müllsammelstation entsorgen. Alles in allem war die Unterkunft zu teuer. Kontakt verlief aber reibungslos

The best features of the house were the view and the swimming pool. However, overall it did not justify the price. The road leading to the house is very risky, there’s no air conditioning, which makes it uncomfortably hot at times and difficult to sleep. There are many insects, the washing machine didn’t work properly, and both the kitchen and bathrooms are run-down

Einen Punkt für die Aussicht: Grandiose Aussicht auf Torbole/Garda See. Einen Punkt jeweils für die Größe der Villa und Pool. Einen weiteren halben Stern für Hausmeister und den jungen Herrn vom Poolservice. Warmwasser ging am Ankunftstag nicht und am Tag nach der Ankunft hatte zwar noch niemand auf meine gelesene Messenger-Nachricht reagiert aber der junge Herr vom Poolservice hat sich darum gekümmert und dem Hausmeister Bescheid gegeben, der kam dann auch zügig. Negativ: Ameisenstraßen in Küche und Bad, es wurde Insektenspray bereit gestellt :-/ Der Pool ist unbeheizt, der Grill/Grillrost war maximal dreckig, Fett/Asche/Zigarettenkippen waren noch dran. Bidet entgegen der Beschreibung nicht vorhanden. Die Candy Waschmaschine ist unbrauchbar/defekt. Wegen andauernder Reinigungsarbeiten war Checkin erst 45 Minuten später als vereinbart mgl. Das Anwesen wird maximal auf Verschleiß gefahren/abgewohnt. Den Weg zum Pool musste ich selbst freischneiden, ein Gärtner war hier länger nicht.

We spent here three nights with our family (4 teenagers). Spectacular location, probably with views second to none in the whole World. Pool was bigger than expected, and even though not heated, it was a joy to use for us! Most importantly, beds were good, no complaints. Table tennis 5/5. Then on the negative sides, the floor was quite dirty and sticky, maybe expectation was that we should have worn shoes inside. But socks turned dirty really fast. And the apartment really would benefit from some decoration (drapes, furniture, color, etc) to make it a bit more cozy, as it was very spartan.
