We loved the view it was beautiful. The apartment was clean and welcoming. Fans in the closet and other room. We went to San Salvador Mt. And saw the Church. Beautiful views from up there. Walked around the lake, ate at the restaurants there. Visited Malian for a day. Had drinks at Porta Bello, then my wife sat in the river for a while to cool off. We will definitely book with you again. Thank you for sharing your apartment. We made lots of memories for our 40th Anniversary.

The view from this apartment is fantastic. Really special. The apartment is like the pictures, and it was clean. They provided a welcome gift of a bottle of wine on the table, which was nice, but there was no soap or shampoo, which was disappointing. The apartment doesn't have air conditioning; instead, they have fans. If you are in Lugano during the Summer, it gets hot, and the lack of a/c wasn't something we were prepared for. The key pick-up and drop-off is at their office in the middle of the city - about a 5-minute drive away. They provide clear instructions with color photos, showing you how to reach the apartment, where to park (both inside the building and outside for larger cars), and how to access the apartment. It is essential to look at the instructions and follow them - if you do, you'll get there easily and without problems.

Very great location in the heart of Lugano with an amazing view of the lake. Within quick walking distance to many restaurants, parks, beaches, and pools with cheap entrance fees.

Nicely furnished with great view. If you have a rental then make sure that you have a small car, because the road up to the apartment and especially the parking spot in the garage is very very narrow.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön, mit traumhaftem Blick über den See. Auch die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und freundlich. Das einzige kleine Manko war die Parksituation. Für größere Fahrzeuge ist es beinahe unmöglich einen Parkplatz zu finden. Ansonsten haben wir uns aber rundum wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank!!!

مضيف رائع شقه مثاليه ونظيفه ومرتبه واطلالتها من الخيال وبلكونه جميله جددددا واثاث راقي وبسيط مريح جدا . طريق الوصول لها صعب ضيق جدا خصوصا لمن لديه سياره كبيره متعب الوصول والمواقف ضيقه نوعا ما ونظام الخرايط في الهاتف غير دقيق . تعليمات الوصول جيده جدا وتفصيليه لكن الطريق صعب

Very happy with our stay. Please note the other reviews and do not expect the parking to work for you. Also- no AC! This is common in Europe but I’m sure plenty of Americans (like myself 😅) would be surprised by this. The view is just as stunning as it appears.. truly breathtaking way to enjoy Lugano. The beds were comfy and bathrooms clean. The kitchen could maybe use some salt/pepper/oil but it was well stocked otherwise with tools and kitchen necessities. Walkable if you’re comfortable getting up the hill! My brother purchased a local parking permit for $40 and we used that parking. Would definitely stay again!

Super Aufenthalt in diesem AirBnB! Die Wohnung selbst war ein Traum – gemütlich, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Perfekte Lage für Erkundungstouren in der Umgebung. Einziger Wermutstropfen: der Parkplatz. Er ist wirklich klein – eher was für einen Smart oder ein Fahrrad als für einen Golf. Dazu kommt der Nachbar, der wohl ein echtes Problem mit AirBnB-Gästen hat. Er hinterlässt „netterweise“ Hinweise auf der Windschutzscheibe, wie man parken soll, aber ehrlich gesagt, selbst wenn man den Wagen reinquetscht, kommt man unmöglich wieder aus dem Auto raus. Ein bisschen verrückt, um nicht zu sagen, abgef###t, aber solange man das Auto woanders parkt oder zu Fuß anreist, ist alles top! 😉

The condo was just like the photos and the view was as amazing as the photos. Simply gorgeous. What really stood out was how responsive the property manager was to question. Immediate response. Also, we asked for a late check-out because of the time of our train to Milan and the property manager happily granted the request making it a perfect stay.

We loved the apartment. The kids room was great. The size, decor, and amenities of the apartment were great. We liked the location and garage parking. The view of from the balconies was as beautiful as the pictures.

The honeymoon suite was amazing! Perfect and breathtaking view and exactly as it looks in pictures and the description incl house amenities were provided. The road to get to the air b&b was narrow and steep but it was definitely still walkable to grab dinner or groceries. Everything is about 10-15 minute walk but beware if you are bringing groceries the walk is uphill! I traveled here for a work trip with my colleague and the space was perfect. The best part of the trip was working with Happy Rentals! Christian was super helpful, friendly, super accommodating and so incredibly nice! He held our packages for us for our meeting in their office and was so helpful with all of our questions the entire trip. Sonja was also super friendly and helpful as well! I cannot begin to express how wonderful the customer service experience was but it was definitely worth booking with them! I can’t wait to come back but this time for leisure and book with Happy Rentals! 10/10 I would recommend!

Beautiful view. Well equipped for anything you could need, even a bottle of wine was waiting for us. Great place to stay with a car. But be aware, better travel with a small car cause the parking space is really tiny.

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser traumhaften Wohnung verbracht. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns: - Der malerische Ausblick - Die absolut makellose Sauberkeit der Wohnung - Die äußert umfangreiche Ausstattung (vom Luftdiffusor bis zum Feuerzeug alles vorhanden) - Der gute Geschmack bezüglich des Designs Wichtig zu beachten: - Die Wohnung ist von der Küstenstrasse aus nur über eine sehr steile und teils enge Straße zu erreichen. Wir kamen mit unserem SUV gut durch, zu Fuß ist es allerdings etwas anstrengend. - Der Stellplatz in der Garage ist relativ schmal, es lässt sich mit größeren Autos nicht vermeiden, leicht über den Linien zu parken - der Hauswart und die anderen Bewohner sehen dies allerdings nicht gerne. Ansonsten ist die Garage aber sehr groß und bietet einen direkten Zugang zur Wohnung. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und würden wieder kommen.

The view is amazing!!! The apartment is very big but the furniture is all white ikea, not really my style but that is personal. The shower needs some cleaning and the floor has some water damage. The fact that you have to pick-up and bring back the key at another location is very unhandy. Parking is not included unless you have a tiny car and even than it will be a challenge. Overall the appartement is nice but price:quality could be better.

Schöne, helle, gut ausgestattete, grosse Wohnung mit viel Stauraum. Tolle Aussicht, ruhige Lage. Auch mit dem ÖV gut erreichbar, bzw. gut angeschlossen. Kein Warmwasser in der Küche, Badezimmer weist Mängel auf. Happy Rentals ist sehr freundlich und reagiert sofort bei Anfragen.

Views were the highlight of the stay! Clean, modern apartment within walking distance of Mont Bre funicular and Olive Trail. Peaceful and quiet. Longer walk to historic center, but a bus stop is nearby. Picking and dropping off keys at the management office, while not excessively inconvenient does take some time out of your trip. Great instructions for arriving by car and parking but would have liked some more guidance for finding the apartment via public transport. All in all, a wonderful stay!

Location wasn’t described properly to us due to which we had to walk a lot with luggage, however, the stay was amazing. Beautiful views and a very comfortable apartment! Would recommend it totally!

A lovely place with great views. It is perfect for two couples who arrive on motorcycles. We were able to park in the evenings after 7:00 in the blue spaces until morning at 8:00 am for free. We arranged our schedule to leave every morning and park in town or at local sights of great beauty. Sunday is free parking at the blue spaces so we could sleep in.

Good place nice views, very clean no doubt about that. But if you are in need of the parking spot don’t go for it . Extremely small to park a car. The parking spot is meant to park bicycle or motorcycle not a car So be aware of this disadvantage

Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Die Wohnung war extrem sauber und roch gut. Uns hat allerdings gestört, dass die Schlüsselübergabe in Lugano ist, das ist ungewohnt und war umständlich. Zudem ist die Wohnung sehr billig eingerichtet (alles IKEA) und im Badezimmer hat es einen Wasserschaden (Parkett steht auf und Schimmel in der Ecke). Aber es war sehr ruhig und wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Unit was terrific. Parking spot was a bit challenging - very narrow and neighbouring car seemed to intentionally park close to the separating line. Neighbours also do not seem pleased with how you are instructed to park your car. Came down in the morning to find a tow warning on the windshield and a foam pad stuck to the side of the vehicle. Glad it was a rental! Seems just like a disgruntled neighbour however the unit itself is terrific and the view from the balcony is outstanding. Good value all things considered. Would recommend.

The apartment is good and have great lake views, yet the absence of air conditioning, the trouble garage door and the many doors and keys required to enter the apartment spoiled everything. The host made collecting keys for check in, the many steps to get in the apartment and return keys for check out, in addition to very late or mostly no response a puzzle for the guests. Works as he doesn’t want guests to comeback.

Happy Rental's staff was very helpful. We came to Lugano by train and then walked to the rental agency to get the key. We then took the bus to the stop near the rental, consulted our phones and walked uphill and out of our way. We would have avoided this hassle if we had read the pamphlet from Happy Rental with driving directions at first. There are a few walkable places nearby for food and we were able to get around easily by bus, but it would probably be easier with a car. The rental itself was very clean and comfortable. The view over Lake Lugano was phenomenal (unfortunately there was also a crane near the lake) and a bottle of prosecco awaited us. Master bedroom also had the same view. The second bedroom had bunk beds and overlooked a concrete wall. This place would be ideal for a family with two kids and a car. We were two couples.

First of all the incredible view, wow!! But you pay a heavy price for it. The house at first glance is clean and tidy but after further inspection was just a sloppy surface clean and the devil is in the details, each cushion on the chairs and couch were stained. A cheap $2 table cloth covers the table. We were unable to park in the given space as parking is not realistic for anything outside a smart car or motorcycle. We had to park 2 miles away and the cab fare cost us $30 francs. This location is beautiful and could be great with a few small things updated. Also worth noting we found a parking lot pay to park above our place if you use the key from the 4th floor you can access it easy. Otherwise it's a steep walk down to the main road. This would have been nice to know from the host prior to checking in.

Amazing View and nice apartment. Listing was slightly in accurate. Unfortunately there was no mention of the extremely tight parking, or the hostile neighbors that will not give you enough room to get in and out of your car and then will still threaten to with a 2K CHF fine. Also, management company was extremely communicative until I pointed out that they had claimed to have soap/shampoo but there wasn't any in the apartment. Then radio silence. Apartment was nice, but cleaning crew before hand must have missed some spots as there was multiple bug marks on the walls.
