Das Appartment liegt herrlich ruhig und ist recht groß. besonders die Balkone warehen sehr angenehm. Alles ist in die Jahre gekommen und sehr ungepflegt. Die Wohnung war leider auch sehr schmutzig. Okay, wir waren aber tagüber unterwegs, daher zu ertragen.

Points positifs : emplacement proche plage de la salis, bel environnement sans vis à vis, pièces spacieuses et grand balcon. Points à améliorer : Appartement vieux et aménagé au goût des années 70/80. Salle de bain à refaire car meuble cassé, pas de miroir, fenêtre sans isolation , inondation par la baignoire et toilette qui sent le vieux pipi, Belle cuisine aménagée avec des ustensiles et vaisselles des années 70/80, pas toujours en bon état, Dans les chambres, ne regarder pas sous les lits….

Stayed here for five days with my family. Our biggest issue was that the air conditioner never worked for the duration of our stay. This meant that the apartment was consistently at 28 degrees C (82 F), even at night, and even after the hosts provided one portable AC for the living room on our fourth day in the unit. We also had to deal with ants that swarmed at night in the main bathroom. We asked for ant traps, but definitely did not enjoy spending our first night in the unit trying to find a vacuum and then dealing with a swarm of ants each evening. Very few amenities provided (one bath towel for each guest, one kitchen towel, no beach towels, no trash bags, no laundry detergent, one dishwasher tab, etc.). There aren't really stores nearby, so getting our own supplies proved a bit difficult. The unit is part of a gated community that is a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the size of the unit. There are three full-sized bedrooms, a living/dining room and access to a balcony from each of the bedrooms. The layout of the second bathroom was bizarre and it was impossible not to get water on the floor because the shower curtain is not curved around the shower itself (this may not have been as much of an issue if we were provided with more towels). Overall, this unit had so much promise, but so little delivery that I would not recommend it to friends or family.

Appartement trés bien situé proche de la plage des Salis. Il est dans un environnement calme. points à améliorer : - vétusté du matériel de cuisine - vaisselles des années 80 dépareillées - rafraîchissement des pièces à faire car la peinture des murs s'effrite - changer l'aspirateur - modifier le rideau de douche de la sdb car il englobe les toilettes et ça met de l'eau partout points tops : - localisation idéale - résidence sécurisée au calme - bonne literie - logement fonctionnel - belle terrasse ensoleillée - pas de vis à vis

Good location, quiet neighborhood with a short walk to Antibes, JLP and Cap d’antibes. Excellent floor plan with two balconies. Fixed the cleaning when it was brought up.
