Loved our stay at this gorgeous condo. Communications and videos were very helpful. My one suggestion is to provide the narrow width of the drive up to the unit at the very start of the booking process because if we had a larger rental car we would never have made it up that driveway, especially the left after the overpass—very tight. We originally reserved a van but changed it to a smaller Peaugot at the last minute. Thank goodness we were able to do this! Other than that—everything was lovely we had a wonderful stay and will definitely recommend this to others going to Stresa.

We really enjoyed the beautiful views from this great location overlooking Lake Maggiore and the surrounding mountains and villages. The apartment was very functional with everything we needed.

Nach einer schmalen, recht steilen, aber asphaltierten Auffahrt (wir hatten mit unserem VW T5 Multivan kein Problem), wird man mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick auf den See belohnt. Das Appartement bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Selbstverpflegung braucht. Klimaanlage in allen Räumen und sogar eine Waschmaschine und ein Gefrierfach. Wir genossen 5 Tage im August bei bestem Wetter mit 2 Erwachsenen und zwei 11-jährigen Jungs. Alles war gut erklärt - auch die Wegbeschreibung zum Privatstrand. Den wir jeden Tag auch nutzten und uns dort völlig allein bei über 30°C erholten.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit unfassbar guter Aussicht! Ich hatte meine Eltern dabei, denen hat es auch super gefallen, es kann nur etwas anstrengend sein, die ganzen Treppen zur Wohnung hochzukommen! Der Parkplatz ist groß und die Wohnung angenehm kühl durch die Klimaanlage. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Loved the location and the view!!! Our apartment was the best view of Lago Maggiore we had the entire trip! We sat on the balcony and just gazed over the lake every morning and evening. We also love the comfort and cleanliness of the apartment-- it was well-appointed and had everything we needed. Finally, the communication and instructions on how to arrive/ leave were very clear and easy to follow. In essence, the entire experience was perfect!

Die Wohnung war sehr gründlich gereinigt , es war alles top sauber und so hatten wir sie logischerweise auch verlassen! Die Dame welche sich um die Wohnung Vorort gekümmert hat war sehr zuverlässig und per WA erreichbar. TIP-TOP ! Der Ausblick ist traumhaft , insbesondere Morgens beim Frühstück auf dem Balkon wenn die Sonnen ins Gesicht scheint , ein leckerer Kaffee in der Tasse und schöne Musik im Hintergrund . Wir hatten für 3 Personen und 6 Tage genügend frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Was sonst woanders schon mal nicht der Fall ist. Hinweis: in Nächten die unter 5 Grad waren ( was nur 2 x im März der Fall war ) war es sehr frisch in der Wohnung ( wenn man nicht permanent die Heizung/Lüfter anlässt ) Ein Tipp : Wenn man auf der Happy-Rentals - Website die Location und die Anfahrtswege ( Google - Earth) anschaut dann ist es super einfach zu finden ! Einfach mal Machen. Die Wegbeschreibung die man im Vorfeld bekommt ist gut, ABER aus Richtung STRESA kommend beschrieben. Ich denke , dass auch sehr viele Touristen ( D / CH ) aus BAVENO kommend zur Wohnung fahren und da kann man den Abzweig / Schilder schon übersehen , da die Hinweisschilder nur von STRESA kommend gut sichtbar sind ;-) Grüße Dani & Chris

Wunderschöner Blick über den See und die Inseln. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und befindet sich in einer guten Wohnanlage. Schöner gepflegter Garten und Privatparkplatz beim Haus. Die Anreise und Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert dank Videos. Das Team von Happy Rentals war sehr freundlich. Toller Service.

Abbiamo avuto l'occasion di passare capodanno in questo splendido appartamento,eravamo in 4,due adulti e due bambini. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto una bella sorpresa,"una buona bottiglia di prosecco rosé".L'appartamento era pulito e la vista mozzafiato. Penso che torneremo presto e piú à lungo.

The location of the apartment: terrific view, not to beat. It's quiet despite the proximity of train and street down the house position. It's really no problem. The equipment: very good. Sometimes heating and drying don't work right. May be it was depended of the outside temperature of 17 grad. The room seperation: very good, but better for max. four persons. Parking site: very good. Cleanness balcony and rooms: good Information and contact by the provider:: verry good Result: The apartment and the provider are recommended

Het uitzicht is echt fantastisch! De omgeving is echt mooi! Verder is alles aanwezig in het appartement. We hebben een zeer goed verblijf gehad. Wel een punt van kritiek: het balkon was echt niet schoon, veel spinnenwebben die we zelf hebben weggehaald. Ook is het privé strand niet echt zoals in de omschrijving verteld wordt, het stelt namelijk niet echt iets voor. Zeer klein, je kunt liggen op een grasveldje zonder uitzicht.

The apartment had an excellent location with a view of the lake, and we never got tired of enjoying the view from the terrace. The apartment was reasonably furnished, but the kitchen facilities were somewhat limited, and we missed having a proper oven. The biggest criticism, however, was the rather poor cleanliness, where one should seriously consider changing the cleaning company. We have rarely experienced these issues with Airbnb rentals. So, all in all, a somewhat overpriced apartment for what you get."

We loved the view - simply amazing!! The kitchen was very well appointed; there was a lovely bottle of prosecco to meet us. The hosts were extremely responsive on Whats App. The apartment was very clean and the bed really nice and comfortable with extra bedding if required.

This is a beautifully decorated, well-equipped, comfortable apartment with the most fantastic views over the Borromean Isles. It is ideal for a couple of family with one or two small children, but probably not so good for older kids (see the negatives). The apartment is within a large, well-tended compound of similar properties, and is very quiet. There is plenty of parking for your car, and you will definitely need this!

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr schöne Lage oberhalb des Sees mit toller Aussicht. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut und neu, nur eine Schüssel für Salat wäre noch gut. Es gibt keine deutschen TV-Sender aber stabiles WLAN so dass Streaming gut funktioniert. Schlafzimmer mit sehr guten Matratzen, ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden, nur die Dusche könnte etwas größer sein. Insgesamt entspricht die Wohnung den Fotos, wirkt auf diesen aber etwas größer als sie ist.
