Esta encantadora y colorida villa está situada en la ladera de una colina con preciosas vistas al golfo de Kvarner. Tiene capacidad para 6 personas y es la base ideal para amigos o familiares que quieran disfrutar de las hermosas playas de Croacia y descubrir parte de su fascinante historia. La entrada principal a la villa se encuentra en la primera planta. Cada habitación está pintada de un color diferente. El salón principal es de un acogedor color rojo y cuenta con un sofá esquinero, un televisor de pantalla plana y grandes ventanales franceses que dan al balcón privado con vistas panorámicas. De vuelta al interior, el comedor se encuentra a través de un arco fuera de la sala de estar. Está amueblado con una mesa de comedor y sillas. La cocina americana se encuentra junto al comedor. La cocina está equipada con vitrocerámica, horno, lavavajillas, frigorífico, congelador y cafetera. El jardín compartido incluye una logia a la sombra, una barbacoa y una zona de comedor al aire libre. Para dormir Dormitorio 1: El dormitorio principal tiene unas vistas impresionantes al mar, una cama doble, TV de pantalla plana y un armario grande. Dormitorio 2: El segundo dormitorio está amueblado con una cama individual, TV de pantalla plana y un gran armario. Dormitorio 3: El tercer dormitorio aireado también tiene una cama individual, TV de pantalla plana y un armario. Extra: El sofá del salón se convierte en una cómoda cama doble. Cuarto de baño El amplio cuarto de baño está equipado con ducha, lavabo, bidé, lavadora y WC. Adicional - Wifi gratuito - Aire acondicionado - Comedor al aire libre - Biblioteca - Lavadora - Apto para niños - Aparcamiento privado - imprescindible coche - Jardín compartido - Barbacoa Ubicación En la ladera de una colina, al final de una calle tranquila, este apartamento goza de una posición soleada y fantásticas vistas. Se encuentra a sólo unos cientos de metros de la costa en una zona que es conocida por sus hermosas playas y aguas cristalinas. La playa de Kostrena está a 6 minutos y la de Zurkovo a sólo 6 minutos. Si puede alejarse del mar, hay mucha historia que explorar. El encantador puerto de Bakar está a sólo 15 minutos y es una maravillosa excursión de un día o una salida nocturna. O la ciudad de Kraljevica (18 minutos), que no tiene uno, sino dos castillos, así como el astillero más antiguo del Adriático. La ciudad de Rijeka (a 5 minutos) también es una excursión fascinante. El principal puerto de Croacia tiene muchos lugares interesantes que visitar. El mercado (de lunes a sábado por la mañana) merece una visita. Aquí podrá encontrar productos locales para preparar y disfrutar en casa. El aeropuerto internacional de Rijeka está a sólo 20 minutos, por el puente de Krk.

Jeden Morgen Frühstück in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit großartigen Blick auf das Meer. Auch ab sehr heißen Tagen angenehm, da die Terrasse noch im Schatten und Sonnenrollos vorhanden. Fußläufig kleine feine felsige und auch für Kinder geeignete Strände erreichbar. Schönet großteils schattiger Strandpromenadenweg mit netten kleinen Bars und Restaurants.

Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Der Empfang und Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend und herzlich. Das Objekt ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch die Betten sind uns besonders angenehm aufgefallen (nicht zu weich oder durch gelegen). Der Blick aufs Meer ist fantastisch und die große Terrasse ein wunderbarer Ort.

Dom w spokojnej okolicy. Przepiękne widoki i kameralne plaże, do których gospodarz udostepnia sekretne przejście 😉. Pod domem prywatny parking z zamykaną bramą. Przestronny teraz umożliwia odpoczynek z widokami na morze i pobliskie wyspy. Gospodarze pomocni. Polecamy serdecznie dla osób pragnących odpocząć od miejskiego zgiełku😀

Everything is very nice and pleasant. It's great if you have a car, because it's a long walk to the nearest supermarket. But it's not a problem, it's easy to find a taxi through uber or bolt to take you there. There are many beautiful beaches that are close by.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr still gelegen. Man kommt sehr gut zu Fuß an verschiedene Badeorte und hat auch die Möglichkeit sich in der Nähe sportlich zu betätigen. Auch nach Rijeka bspw. kommt man gut, da in der Nähe der Bus fährt. Wenn man mit Auto anreist, sollte man wissen, dass die Auffahrt zur Straße sehr(!) steil ist. Die Unterkunft war sauber und bei Problemen, waren die Gastgeber immer hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar. Sie leben mit in der Unterkunft (untere Etage), sind nett und tolerant, falls es abends mal länger gehen sollte. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist unbeschreiblich schön. Einziges Manko ist der Hund der Familie. Sehr nettes, aber auch lautes Tier. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, kann davon früh schonmal geweckt werden.
