Bel appartement, propre, avec une vue imprenable sur le lac. Quartier calme, le restaurant n'est pas dérangeant et ferme tôt. Il manque juste le lave linge pour que ce soit parfait mais il y a une laverie pas très loin. Le centre de Menaggio est accessible à pied, à environ 15 minutes, il y a des sentiers et escaliers qui permettent d'éviter la route. Un séjour magnifique qui permet de se reposer tout en découvrant de beaux endroits. Hôtes réactifs et de bons conseils.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Wir haben an der Ausstattung nichts vermisst. Toller Balkon mit super schöner Sicht auf den See. Wenn wir zuhause waren, haben wir die Zeit auf dem Balkon verbracht. Wegen der super schönen Aussicht war die Lage hervorragend. Allerdings ist der Fußweg zur Altstadt/zum Strand ca. 30 Minuten. Auf dem Rückweg geht es meist bergauf (nicht sehr steil), so dass das bei Hitze schon etwas anstrengend ist. Das wussten wir aber vorher und haben wir bewusst Inkauf genommen. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war ganz hervorragen. Das erlebt man so nicht überall.

We really enjoyed our recent stay of 5 nights at CO.RI (apartment 1). The location and view is stunning. We were already aware of the distance from the centre of Menaggio which took us around 25 minutes to walk with bags. It is steep so be prepared. Walking back down to the centre took 15 minutes and is quite pleasant, especially passing the waterfall. Check-in was extremely easy. A keysafe is located outside the door and prior to arrival clear instructions on getting to the property and accessing the keysafe were sent to my email. The apartment itself was spacious and clean. As the apartment does not have aircon a fan is provided. This did work well at night in keeping us cool but at times we found the apartment slightly too warm. The main attraction of course is the balcony and spectacular view over Lake Como which exceeded expectations. It was a lovely space to spend hours relaxing and reading. Check-out was simple, just placing the key back in the keysafe. Thanks again.

Fantastic apartment close to Menaggio with unparalleled panoramic breathtaking views of lake Como! May want to consider a car if elderly, less physically able, young children as lots of walking up a steep hill.

Do not miss staying in this peaceful, clean apartment for one of the best views on the lake! A truly unforgettable lake view and not obvious from the VRBO site! It is mesmerizing and special!! But, in order to get a fantastic view - the elevation means a big hike up a hill. Would recommend a car, especially if young children or older/less physically able visitors. Management were on site as they also own the Cori pizzeria beneath. Very friendly and helpful. The pizzeria was fantastic with similar lake views. (Don’t worry about noise as it closes at 9pm). There is also a great trattoria close by, so no need to brave the hill back to menaggio if tired after a long day out and looking for more dinner options! Apartment is also close to some fantastic hikes (including Breglia to Mont Grona). Will definitely be back!!!!!

The apartment was absolutely perfect and had stunning views over Lake Como. The pizzeria next door was also great and had fab food. We really appreciated the welcome package too on arrival, with food, snacks and wine. However, the apartment is quite far away from the main town area. We didn't mind the walk down to the centre as it was all downhill, but the walk back was pretty tough (and we are late 20s and consider ourselves quite fit!). It was quite easy to organise a taxi to take us back but was €15 a go and was unsure on the bus timetable. I would recommend hiring a car if you are to stay here. Other than this, it was a beautiful place to stay and can highly recommend!

Det var som på bilderna och jättebra med kommunikation via WhatsApp. Nyckel till lägenheten i ett skåp med kod skickad innan så vi kunde komma när vi ville. Vi fick en välkomstbox med en vinflaska och frukosttillbehör, uppskattades. Restaurang i samma hus med bästa lasagnen. Lugnt och tyst, parkering vid huset, vacker omgivning och fantastisk utsikt.

L’appartement se situant sur les hauteurs, il offre une vue magnifique sur le lac. Il y a un restaurant juste en bas de l’appartement, ce qui est top quand on ne veut pas prendre la voiture.

Do obiektu z miasta trzeba iść sporo pod górę ale widok z balkonów (wszystkie mają widok na jezioro Como) jest CUDOWNY i rekompensuje wszystko. Restauracja pokoi serwuje pyszne pizze i wino.

Traumblick auf den Comer See vom Balkon aus. Wir haben die paar Tage sehr genossen und können es nur empfehlen. Auch das zugehörige Restaurant hat sehr leckere Speisen serviert. Leider hatte die Dusche erhebliche Wasserdruck- und somit Temperaturschwankungen. Würden aber wieder kommen!

Der Ausblick und die Lage. Die Anreiseinformationen waren sehr hilfreich. Leider funktionierte das WLAN im 1.Stock nichtund auch die mobilen Daten nur eingeschränkt. Hinsichtlich der Müllentsorgung hätten wir uns einen Hinweis gewünscht. (Keine öffentlichen Mülltonnen in Menaggio)

Lage und Aussicht Top.Anreiseinformationen super.Appartement bei Anreise sehr sauber.Leider keine Klimaanlage (der vorhandene Stand Ventilator roch nach ca. 2 Std. immer leicht nach Rauch).Hinweise zur Müllentsorgung (keine öffentlichen Müllcontainer in Menaggio) wären vorab hilfreich gewesen.

Die Lage des Apartments und die Aussicht vom Balkon waren großartig. Die Heizung funktionierte tadellos. Die Ausstattung ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig: Der Toaster war defekt, die Dunstabzugshaube verdreckt, es gab kein Brett, um Gemüse, Brot oder Fleisch zu schneiden. Sitzkissen für die Balkonstühle fehlten. Wir mermissten auch eine Mappe mit Infos über den Ort, Reestaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw.

Nettes kleines Ferien Apartment. Für 2-3 Leute völlig in Ordnung. Mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher komplett eingerichtete Küche. Der Balkon mit seinem Blick ist umwerfend. Genug, Sitzmöglichkeiten. Eine Markise gibt es auch. Das Apartment liegt sehr günstig zwischen Como und Lugano. Beides sehr gut zu erreichen. Auch tolle Wanderungen können fast direkt ab dem Apartment gestartet werden. Direkt unter dem Apartment befindet sich eine Pizzaria, die aber nur bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet hat. Man kann sich auch essen dort bestellen und in seinem Apartment essen. Ansonsten liegt das Apartment sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Perfekt zum ausspannen und die Ruhe genießen.
