Schöne und geräumige Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht. Eigener Parkplatz vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man kann viele Dinge zu Fuß erledigen. Zu den Restaurants und zu dem See nur ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg. Die Vermieter wohnen im Nachbarhaus und sind sehr nett und aufmerksam. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Es hat alles sehr gut gepasst. Große Räume mit guter Aufteilung und ausreichend Platz. Zentrum und Strand sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Für uns auch sehr hilfreich war die optimale Parkmöglichkeit bei der Unterkunft.

Es war eine sehr geräumige und saubere Ferienwohnung nahe am Stadtzentrum von Riva. Es war ausreichend Platz für 6 Erwachsene Personen. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und ausreichend. Einzig ist das Badezimmer etwas knapp für 6 Erwachsene, aber man kommt damit klar. Eine Garage für einen PKW oder für Fahrräder ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Eigentümer sind vor Ort und sind höflich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt kann man die Unterkunft gut empfehlen.

Apartment is situated in an industrial part of Riva a bit away from the main town, more than a few steps, more like 5-600m to nearest restaurant/shops. The building is next to a huge paper mill which seemed to work 24/7 so not particularly peaceful with forklifts/lorries operating throughout day/night. Apartment was clean and spacious and ideal for our party with plenty of room for "bits". On arrival was very warm, in the 30's, BUT there is no aircon or ceiling/portable fans - definitely needs some provision as it was very hot and leaving windows open caused noise issues due to the industrial location. First few nights found it difficult to sleep, needs portable fans as a minimum! There is a WiFi hub which was free but for the first 2 days didn't seem to work then seemed to connect O.K. Could do with a bottle opener and an iron would be useful! So a very enjoyable holiday in a beautiful area, good size apartment but slightly disappointing location (and needs some fans!)
