We had a great stay at this property, It was very easy to gain access and the communication from Lorena throughout was excellent. The property is a short walk to all that Stresa has to offer and the train station which gets you to Milan! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Stresa. When we go back to Stresa we will certainly book back here again.

We had a nice week in a clean and spacy apartment. It was a nice surprise to realise that beside the bathroom there was a "powder room". We didn't see that in the descripton. We had a week there and did not once sit in the living room. When we were in the partment we were always sitting on the lovely balcony enjoying the views and the weather! One minor thing - that was not perfect - was the shower. The water was warm but not much water came through the shower head.

Chère Madame, Merci pour vos commentaires et pour avoir laissé l'appartement en ordre. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié l'emplacement, la vue sur le lac et la réactivité de notre équipe. En ce qui concerne la chaleur, nous comprenons que cela ait pu être inconfortable, les températures ayant été exceptionnellement élevées. L'appartement est présenté comme ne disposant pas de climatisation, mais il est équipé de ventilateurs afin que les clients puissent prendre leur décision en connaissance de cause. Le problème d'eau était dû à une interruption temporaire du service municipal, et non à un défaut de la propriété. Quant au lave-vaisselle, nous fournissons un kit de démarrage, comme c'est la norme dans les maisons de vacances. We’re sorry to hear that the cot wasn’t ideal for your baby. As requested, we provided a cot with linens, towels, and an extra mattress to enhance comfort. Our cots are typically used this way and we've never received concerns before, so this was unexpected. We truly understand that every child is different, and we regret that we couldn’t meet your specific request for added support. We did our best to assist and appreciate your understanding. Chère Madame, Merci pour vos commentaires et pour avoir laissé l'appartement en ordre. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié l'emplacement, la vue sur le lac et la réactivité de notre équipe. En ce qui concerne la chaleur, nous comprenons que cela ait pu être inconfortable, les températures ayant été exceptionnellement élevées. L'appartement est présenté comme ne disposant pas de climatisation, mais il est équipé de ventilateurs afin que les clients puissent prendre leur décision en connaissance de cause. Le problème d'eau était dû à une interruption temporaire du service municipal, et non à un défaut de la propriété. Quant au lave-vaisselle, nous fournissons un kit de démarrage, comme c'est la norme dans les maisons de vacances.
