great location and communication. check-in instructions was easy to follow. the only issue which was beyond their control was the lift was broken and it was difficult to carry the luggage down to the car

July 2017 It was a great stay at Laglio. Beautiful house with a great location. A pity you can't see the lake from the garden but the stay was great!!! Karel, Netherlands

La maison est très bien située, elle est grande mais pas super bien agencée (en tout cas il vaudrait mieux dire 6 personnes plutot que 8 personnes.La cuisine qui se situe 2 étages au dessus du jardin, ce n'est pas complètement satisfaisant.La buanderie qui se trouve dans la sous-cave n'est vraiment pas facile d'accès.

In spite of the floors needing to be swept when we arrived, we were comfortable in this apartment. The instructions provided by Lake Como Holiday were adequate, however, any questions we reached out to them for clarification on (except for providing the WiFi password) were simply directed back to the initial instructions. In this regard their customer service is lacking.

Villa itself is fantastic. Spacious rooms, great location, and good air flow with huge windows. Comfy beds, convenient garage parking, and within walking distance of the lake. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the following: the elevator was not operating when we arrived and the road in Laglio was closed due to a landslide, but no one informed us before arrival. We were given no instructions for reaching the level 4 villa via the stairs (which only go up 2 flights and then end mysteriously...). The check-out instructions require the guest to bring all rubbish down to separate trash and recycling receptacles on the ground floor, but there is only 1 bin in the kitchen with no extra bags. Also missing were sponges and dish soap in the kitchen, as instructions require cleaning all dishes before check out. The host did allow us to check out a couple hours late to compensate for elevator closure. Check out instructions also require stripping of all beds, and did not explain how to exit main gate after keys have been placed in lock box, as the key fob holds the remote for said gate.

great location very nice neighborhood unfortunately the ad listing is not very precise: it mentioned 8 guests / 6 beds incl. 2 bedrooms with twin separate beds and there was only 1 such bedroom, and we had to share beds in our group of 6

Les - : Il n y a pas d'internet ni de WIFI comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Le ménage n'était pas très bien fait (poussière, sols sales et bcp de toiles d'araignées). La buanderie n'est vraiment pas pratique d'accès. Plusieurs niveaux. Le ventilateur au plafond de la salle à manger ne fonctionnait pas bien mon mari a du le réparer.Les : parking pour voitureCuisine bien équipée pour cuisiner.Près du lac et d'une petite crique pour se baigner.

We moesten uren zoeken naar de manier hoe het appartement konden inkomen. Gelukkig hielp een van de bewoners ons. Bleek later dat we daar een bericht in de vorm van een afbeelding over hadden gekregen (dat we na controle inderdaad hadden gekregen maar door de scanner verwijderd was vanwege een virusdreiging). Communicatie met de eigenaar was niet mogelijk. Een vervelende verrassing is de schoonmaaksom van 275 Euro. Tweehonderdvijfenzeventig EURO!!!!!!! Het appartement is verder leuk, mooi ingericht en ruim bemeten. De supermarkt ligt buiten loopafstand en ook voor de bakker zult U een klim ( wel een heel mooie klim) nodig hebben. Uiteindelijk was het afgezien van deze details een erg leuke tijd. Maar die 275 schoonmaakkosten vind ik echt belachelijk.
