Marco er en superfin og informativ vært! Boligen er rigtig god (dog ikke en ægte ski in/out) men ca 5 min gang til lifter og tæt på ski udlejning etc! Der er masser af gode restauranter i nærheden og gode busforbindelser! Eneste minus er en langsom WiFi forbindelse og støj fra naboen ovenpå!

Marco was erg vriendelijk. De chalet had alles wat we nodig hadden. 3 aparte slaapkamers en een opbergruimte voor ski en snowboards. Er is wel maar 1 badkamer en de wc is in de badkamer, dus dat is soms een beetje puzzelen met 6 personen. Verder was alles netjes en ging de communicatie erg vlot. De chalet ligt vlakbij de grootste après-ski bar wat voor ons ideaal was. Ze ligt ook op 3 min wandelen van de skipiste. Het dorp is iets verder weg, maar de skibus stopt vlakbij.

Wonderful place and a wonderful host. Good location for skiing, a lovely apartment - we had everything we needed. The only 2 small improvements - quality and speed of WiFi - it should be better. Boots drier in skiroom will be helpful. Other than that - great place and awesome stay

January 2017 Good afternoon. Thank you for your vacation. everything was great. Find apartments was not difficult. location is very good. Very close there is a good shop and a good restaurant Bellavista. The house is very warm and inviting. Not only had enough space for drying ski boots. and a very small entrance room. but it is a feature of almost all the apartments in the mountains of Italy. Thanks again. Pavel, Russia

We had a good time in Livigno staying in Marco’s place. The location is great - right by a bus stop and a few minutes walk to a ski lift, ski rental shop, grocery store and restaurants. The town centre is about 30mins walk or you can take the free shuttle. We were 4 adults and were comfortable in the apartment. There is no heater in the ski locker, but we put our ski boots in the bathroom to heat. There is only a kitchen-and-dining room, no living room with sofa etc. The kitchen has the basics for cooking, but is not extensively stocked. No wine glasses for example. There is an apartment above this one so you can hear some sounds from upstairs. Marco is a good responsive host and he sorted out all issues we raised. We had everything we needed and would stay here again.

Marco is een zeer vriendelijke man. Het contact verliep vlot. Hij hielp ons meteen met de verhuur van ons skimateriaal en de skilessen voor onze kinderen. Het appartement was op wandelafstand van dit allemaal. De supermarkt was op 5min stappen en dat was zeer handig. We kochten daar heerlijke kazen en charcuterie voor ´s avonds. Ben je van plan om uitgebreid te koken dan raden we je aan om een set goeie messen mee te nemen. Er zijn ook geen wijn of cava glazen. We komen zeker nog eens terug! Het was een zeer toffe vakantie!

Firstly Marco was a very responsive and helpful host but he isn’t the owner of the apartment. The location proved a bit difficult for us to find as we arrived in a snow storm, but Marcos remained up to guide us in. While matching the description the apartment was dusty and not as clean as I had anticipated. It was also hugely under-furnished. For 6 of us there were 5 small cups and 1 mug. There was no hairdryer but later provided. There were only 6 small glasses so nothing to drink a beer or long drink from. There was no bread knife and just sufficient cutlery and crockery for 6 people. There were only 6 towels on arrival but we were given more on request including hand towels. The kitchen is the dinning room is the communal room with a small TV set up over the entrance to one of the bedrooms. It had wooden seats with only meagre cushions making it uncomfortable for long periods of seating. The apartment is next to the main road so is very noisy if window open at night. Poor overall

Wer Ski fahren möchte wohnt direkt am Lift und an allen Linien der Skibusse. Zur Fussgängerzone ist es etwas zu laufen, man kann aber auch die Skibusse nutzen. Es gibt aber auch alles in der näheren Umgebung (500 m). D

Es tut uns leid, dass Sie eine so niedrige Bewertung abgegeben haben, obwohl der Aufenthalt insgesamt positiv war. Das kleine Problem mit den Entfernungen ist eigentlich kein Problem, da die Fußgängerzone gut mit dem Skibus erreichbar ist und alles Wichtige in der Nähe liegt.
