Au centre de la fascinante ville de Bari, cet appartement au premier étage peut accueillir 4 personnes et constitue un point de départ idéal pour explorer la ville et la région environnante. Les intérieurs modernes de la maison ont été soigneusement équipés de tout ce dont les clients peuvent avoir besoin pour un séjour confortable. La porte d'entrée s'ouvre sur un salon spacieux. Il y a un canapé contemporain, une télévision à écran plat et une table à manger avec des chaises. La cuisine équipée se trouve à côté de la table à manger et dispose d'une plaque de cuisson à induction, d'un four, d'un réfrigérateur américain, d'un congélateur et d'une machine Nespresso. Couchage Chambre à coucher : La chambre principale dispose d'un lit double, d'une commode et d'une grande armoire. Des doubles portes vitrées s'ouvrent sur une cour intérieure. Autres chambres : Le canapé du salon se transforme en un confortable lit double. Salle de bains La salle de bain joliment carrelée est équipée d'une grande douche, d'un lavabo, d'un bidet et d'un WC. En plus - Wifi gratuit - Smart TV - Climatisation - Chauffage central - Lave-linge - Sèche-cheveux - Détecteur de CO - Parking public, voiture recommandée mais non nécessaire - Animaux domestiques admis - Très bien adapté aux enfants - Chaise haute et lit bébé disponibles - Ascenseur - Arrivée à partir de 16h00, Départ avant 10h00. Situation Situé dans une rue calme, l'appartement se trouve à deux pâtés de maisons du cœur de Bari, la capitale des Pouilles. Bari est surtout connue pour son port animé, mais son histoire est fascinante. Deux quartiers différents de la ville méritent d'être explorés. Bari Vecchia (la vieille ville) et Murat. Promenez-vous dans les rues étroites et goûtez à la délicieuse cuisine locale. Si vous êtes tenté de recréer la cuisine locale chez vous, essayez le marché aux poissons quotidien sur l'élégant front de mer (Lungomare) où les pêcheurs vendent leurs prises directement depuis leurs bateaux. Bari compte de nombreux autres marchés, notamment le marché aux puces du lundi matin dans la Via Napoli, où vous trouverez des objets artisanaux, des textiles et d'autres articles intéressants. Depuis Bari, vous pouvez vous rendre dans des villes plus petites des Pouilles, comme Alberobello (50 minutes), célèbre pour ses Trulli, Polignano a Mare (35 minutes), qui offre d'excellentes possibilités de plongée avec tuba, et Monopoli (40 minutes), avec ses charmantes rues sinueuses et blanchies à la chaux et son ancien port. L'aéroport de Bari se trouve à 20 minutes.

We found our home in Bari for 4 nights. We chose this apartment to be around the local community. We found it safe, authentic and unpretentious. The apartment is safe . The door is too safe and it required skill and patience to open it. Really triple locked. Do not be turned off the inside has great amenities hot water , good water pressure for showering, aircon( we did not use) temp was comfy without, microwave we did not use, oven and stove fridge, lots of towels, crib, high chair sofa that turns into queen and queen sized bed. A great pizza place with a few steps that open 6 pm 12, groceries around the corner, bakery and q great coffee shop. Bari old town is 20 minutes comfortable walking from the apartment. The manager will contact you for the key door code one day before you arrive so do not panic. The key box is just located outside the right side of the entrance door. If you are like us who prefers authentic local flare, clean and reliable accommodation this is it! It has a wifi too. We love it.

The apartment is great, clean and what is the most important with AC and near the center of city. There is a lots of local cafe and pizzeria. The apartment perfect even you are going with child. I loved the owner, she is so kind and smiling Italian woman:) I’m going to come back to this place, highly recommend☺️

Mieszkanie przestronne, w pełni wyposażone, czyste i w miarę ciche. W kuchni były nie tylko naczynia, ale nawet kawa, cukier i kapsułki do ekspresu. Drobne elementy dekoracyjne uprzyjemniły nam pobyt. W pobliżu duży market.

Good location. You could walk to old part of town and shopping. Grocery store just around the corner. Could use a few more things in kitchen, kettle, larger frying pan. Overall, a great place to spend a few days

The apartment was clean and matched the photos. The location was not convenient for us as we hung out primarily around the Christmas markets in the center of the city. We visited in December and the apartment was very cold. It is covered with tiles and there are no carpets. There was an AC but it could not get the apartment warm enough. There is pretty much no natural light in the apartment. We only went to the apartment to sleep but if you plan on hanging out there it gets a bit weird with no windows. There is a narrow door by the entrance that gets a bit of natural light. The other windows are looking onto the corridor. The noise isolation is also not good. We travelled with our two kids 8 and 6 and were planning on using the couch. When we went to the apartment, the couch was not made and there was no extra duvet. Luckily, our 6-year-old decided that it will be fun to sleep in the baby bed and our daughter slept with us but it wasn't quite convenient.

Ein sehr schönes Apartment mit direktem Anschluss zu Bussen in die Stadt und nur 15 Minuten Fußweg zum Meer. Leider ist es dort etwas lauter, da unterhalb eine Bäckerei ist, daher sollte man die Fenster geschlossen halten, wenn einem Schlaf wichtig ist.
