Niché sous les combles d'une jolie résidence, à proximité des pistes de ski, ce charmant appartement au deuxième étage offre un cadre alpin idyllique à tout moment de l'année. L'appartement, pour 4 personnes, est principalement construit en bois, ce qui le rend à la fois confortable et contemporain. L'espace de vie ouvert est doté d'un joli plafond en pente, et les fenêtres mansardées offrent une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Le coin salon est meublé d'un canapé, d'un fauteuil et d'une télévision à écran plat. La table à manger peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. La cuisine est équipée d'une plaque de cuisson à induction, d'un four, d'un lave-vaisselle et d'un réfrigérateur/congélateur. Couchage Chambre 1 : La chambre principale dispose d'un lit double, d'une armoire et d'une porte vitrée donnant sur un balcon privé avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Chambre 2 : La deuxième chambre se trouve en haut d'un escalier raide depuis le salon. Elle dispose de deux lits simples. Salle de bains La salle de bains moderne carrelée est équipée d'une douche, d'un lavabo et de toilettes. En plus - Wifi portable gratuit - TV écran plat - Chauffage central - Bibliothèque - Sèche-cheveux - Vide-ordures - Local à skis et remontées mécaniques - Parking public (gratuit et payant) - voiture recommandée - Animaux possibles La date de mise en route du chauffage est du 1er novembre au 30 avril. Situation A la frontière de l'Italie et de la France, Claviere est connue pour ses paysages préservés et la variété de ses pistes de ski qui conviendront aux skieurs de tous niveaux. Elle attire à la fois les skieurs et les snowboarders pendant les mois d'hiver. L'appartement se trouve au cœur de la charmante station de Claviere, qui offre de nombreuses possibilités de divertissement après le ski pour tous les budgets. En été, les visiteurs peuvent faire des randonnées dans les forêts et les alpages. Il y a de nombreuses pistes de VTT pour tous les niveaux, ainsi que du tennis et du golf dans l'un des clubs de golf les plus anciens et les plus élevés d'Italie. La région accueille également de nombreux festivals, qu'il s'agisse de musique, de gastronomie ou de vin. L'aéroport de Turin se trouve à 1 heure et 20 minutes de route de l'appartement.

The apartment was clean and very nice. The information that we received before made it very easy to get into the property. We had a minor issue that need a repair. You took care of it within a few hours. Overall the best company I have ever booked through.

Bardzo dobre wyposażenie we wszystko co niezbędne w pokojach, kuchni i łazience. Ciepło w pokojach. WiFi. Bardzo blisko stoku narciarskiego (50m) oraz dobrych pizzerii (50m). Klucze w keybox dzięki czemu nie byliśmy uzależnieni od godzin pracy agencji.

The accommodation is very close to the ski lifts, ski hire shops and pizzerias. It is warm, quiet, charming and functional. The weather was very warm, reaching almost +15 C every day, but there was still enough snow for skiing, especially in Montgenevre. For food shopping we used to go to French side or to the Conad supermarket in Oulx. As we cooked a lot, we wished there was a proper frying pan in the flat. We managed to trip the fuse once, when we used the oven and hob at the same time. In case that happens to someone, the switchboard is under communal staircase on the ground floor - No3 at the top row. We booked our Clavier+Montgenevre ski passes via montgenevre. com, because we could not figure out how to buy the family package for 6 days through vialattea. com. Buying children's passes in France seemed cheaper. So we had to collect passes there. Marco and the team were very helpful, and so were the people in Claviere. Overall, we have had a positive and happy experience.

A great place to ski from straight onto the lifts very comfortable and plenty of room. The heating went off when we got back from skiing I got in touch to Marco and it was back on with in a couple of hours good service. I well recommend this property.

The location is perfect. A 2 minute walk to the main slope where the first lift is located along with bar, cafe and ski rental. We had a rental car and found it easy enough to find parking on the main street for free. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Useful utensils in the kitchen, towels and sheets on the beds. The bathroom is clean, the shower is great. There are some books etc. available which the kids enjoyed. There is no wifi in the property. There is a public network but the signals is too weak in the apartment, so be prepared to hotspot. I did text one of the phone numbers on the info sheet but didn't hear back.When you walk into the building, it smells of stale smoke. The apartment didn't really smell but when we got back we noticed our clothes did have a bit of a smokey smell. It wasn't a huge issue, but just worth knowing. The upstairs room with the 2 single beds is great for kids. If you're an adult sleeping up there though, the beds are very creaky and there's limited headroom.Overall, it's great value for money.

Het appartement is sfeervol. Douche en keuken zijn recent. Het appartement is warm en dicht bij de pistes. De douche is goed en warm. Alles is aanwezig om te Koken. Er is geen wasmachine (dat staat ook in de advertentie) maar ik vond dat toch onhandig. De bedden zijn ok voor een kort verblijf In de advertentie wordt gesproken over mobiele wifi. Deze was in onze week niet aanwezig. Dus bespreek dit van tevoren. Ik heb hier veel discussie over gehad.. Claviere is een heel rustig dorp. Veel mensen uit Turijn zijn er in het weekend. Er is een goede pizzeria, koffiebar en 1 supermarkt maar met weinig groente/fruit. En geen animatie na het skiën. Wij vonden het er heerlijk maar het is goed om te weten

Tuvimos un problema con el wifi y nos costó muchos mensajes recibir respuesta y solución por parte de los agentes locales (que al final fue muy amable). Por otro lado el apartamento no disponía de nada básico a excepción de una balleta para fregar, un trapo de cocina y un poco de jabón para fregar ah y rollo de papel del baño. Totalmente suficiente en mi opinión. La casa estaba muy limpia cuando llegamos, que es genial, tenia un mantel blanco puesto y servilletas de tela, pero no se podían lavar ya que no hay lavadora. Es cierto que el anuncio no dice que tenga lavadora pero se hace extraño tener que usar mantel sucio todo el tiempo ya que no hay lavandería en Claviere ( si en Cesana Torinese que no está lejos pero te implica perder tiempo de las vacaciones en esas cosas). Por último comentar que la escalera para subir a la habitación/ buhardilla de los niños es realmente peligrosa por la inclinación y por la trampilla. No sé cuál será la normativa en Italia pero estoy seguro que aquí al menos no pasa una inspección de seguridad. Realmente hay riesgo de caída por el agujero de la trampilla así que la cerrábamos por la noche para evitar el riesgo aunque cuando los niños se levantan al baño, tenían que abrir y asegurar la trampilla una maniobra de riesgo con el agujero abierto al lado y sin mucho espacio

la casa corrisponde alla descrizione in tutto gli aspetti. è carina e ben arredata ed ha una piacevole vista nella camera da letto. da segnalare però un salotto scomodo per guardare la TV con due poltrone non all'altezza del resto dell'arredamento. stessa segnalazione per il letto che non dispone di un materasso adeguato ed è fornito di cuscini ikea assolutamente non adatti a dormire. peccato perché il posto attira molto ma per il prezzo di vendita non è adeguato. i referenti molto gentili quando, la prima sera di pernottamento, abbiamo notato l'assenza di connessione internet. il giorno dopo si sono adoperati per rimediare, anche qui, alla mancanza. direi da migliorare decisamente nei dettagli del riposo, della zona tv e della zona notte. da segnalare i bellissimi lavori di ristrutturazione in cucina e in bagno. peccato perché il potenziale è alto e il prezzo non proprio basso.

Es cierto que el anuncio no dice que tenga lavadora pero se hace extraño tener que usar mantel sucio todo el tiempo ya que no hay lavandería en Claviere ( si en Cesana Torinese que no está lejos pero te implica perder tiempo de las vacaciones en esas cosas). Por último comentar que la escalera para subir a la habitación/ buhardilla de los niños es realmente peligrosa por la inclinación y por la trampilla. No sé cuál será la normativa en Italia pero estoy seguro que aquí al menos no pasa una inspección de seguridad. Realmente hay riesgo de caída por el agujero de la trampilla así que la cerrábamos por la noche para evitar el riesgo aunque cuando los niños se levantan al baño, tenían que abrir y asegurar la trampilla una maniobra de riesgo con el agujero abierto al lado y sin mucho espacio

la casa corrisponde alla descrizione in tutto gli aspetti. è carina e ben arredata ed ha una piacevole vista nella camera da letto. da segnalare però un salotto scomodo per guardare la TV con due poltrone non all'altezza del resto dell'arredamento. stessa segnalazione per il letto che non dispone di un materasso adeguato ed è fornito di cuscini ikea assolutamente non adatti a dormire. peccato perché il posto attira molto ma per il prezzo di vendita non è adeguato. i referenti molto gentili quando, la prima sera di pernottamento, abbiamo notato l'assenza di connessione internet. il giorno dopo si sono adoperati per rimediare, anche qui, alla mancanza. direi da migliorare decisamente nei dettagli del riposo, della zona tv e della zona notte. da segnalare i bellissimi lavori di ristrutturazione in cucina e in bagno. peccato perché il potenziale è alto e il prezzo non proprio basso.
