Excellent apartment, large and spacious. There are two air conditioners in each room, a dishwasher (but no tablets), a washer/dryer, an oven, an induction stove, a kettle, a microwave oven, enough dishes, and an iron. Excellent shower. Everything was fine. The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything we needed (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, etc.). Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. We appreciated the free parking in the underground garage directly in the building. The location was also convenient, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The surroundings were beautiful, with lots of options for trips, beautiful bike paths for both children and more demanding cyclists, and swimming in the nearby lakes was also great! Comfortable new spacious apartment with well working A/C. Big enough for 2 adults and 2 children. Good quiet location close to the town centre. Parking lot is in cool garage underground.

Eine schöne, geräumige und gepflegte Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage, nur 5 Gehminuten ins Zentrum von Arco. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hat ein großzügiges Bad, durch die Tiefgarage muss man keinen Parkplatz suchen. Handtücher, Bettzeug, Fön, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Bialetti, W-Lan war alles da. Wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung - aufgrund der Größe der Wohnung war dies total unkompliziert.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Arco und haben uns in der schönen Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Man ist zu Fuß in 5 Min in der Fußgängerzone und hat keinen Stress mit der Parkplatzsuche. Vom Hotel nebenan kann es abends schon mal lauter werden, wenn dort Sänger untergebracht sind, sonst war die Wohnung aber ruhig. Leider sind alle Informationen in der Wohnung nur auf Italienisch und das Müllentsorgungssystem ist sehr konfus. Die getrennten Müllarten werden an unterschiedlichen Tagen abgeholt und man darf die jeweilige Tonne nicht vorher rausstellen. Wie soll das gehen, wenn man am Abreisetag allen Müll entsorgen soll? Zumal wir in der Stadt keine öffentlichen Container gesehen haben, in denen wir am letzten Tag alles hätten entsorgen können. Das ist für Urlauber in der Praxis nicht umsetzbar. Da erwarte ich in einer Ferienwohnung eine einfachere Lösung.
