We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. The location is excellent and very convenient, close to everything we needed. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Just a couple of minor notes: There was no iron available. Air conditioning is only available in the living room, which might not be ideal for those who prefer cooling in every room. Aside from that, the apartment was perfect in every way, and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The apartment is right in the middle of the Riva del Garda old town, 2 minutes walk from the water front. It was fresh, clean and just like the description. It comes with an underground garage 300mtrs away, ideal to park your hire car in, which is a real bonus . Thanks Les

We can highly recommend Thomas's airb&b. It is perfectly located in the heart of Riva Del Garda; its in walking distance to the restaurants and the beautiful lake. The airb&b was clean, beds were comfortable and a bottle of Prosecco awaited us on arrival; lovely touch. We are definitaly are going to stay at Thomas's airb&b again.

Nice place, good comfortable apartment. A bit difficult to get to with a car , familiarize yourself with the town on a map before going there

Świetny apartament w świetnej lokalizacji na starówce tuż przy wodzie. Wysoki standard miły gest butelka prosecco na przywitanie. Bardzo miła obsługa dobry kontakt z wynajmującym polecam każdemu pobyt w tym miejscu byliśmy całą 6-osobową rodziną

Sicuramente una posizione super per visitare la città. Ottimo e vicino il parcheggio,essenziale a Riva per non dover girare ore in cerca.

Apartament przystosowany do długich letnich i gorących pobytów. Pomimo upałów budynek nie przepuszczał gorąca do środka a klimatyzacja dawała komfort. Garaż niedaleko od apartamentu. Gospodarze przywitali nas butelką Prosecco. Świetna baza wypadowa aby do wycieczek nad jezioro. Pomimo, że ulica to ulica z barami było cicho w apartamencie.

A great property and perfect for our stay. Right in the heart of the old city with lots of restaurants to choose from and walking distance to most attractions this property is in a great location. Particularly we found the very beds comfortable and the washing machine very helpful.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Herzen der Stadt und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Der Zugang erfolgt über eine etwas steile Treppe. Innen ist alles sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Der wunderschöne See ist in nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar – wirklich perfekt! Die Zufahrt mit dem Auto ins Zentrum ist leider nicht erlaubt, daher muss man das Gepäck ein Stück entfernt entladen. Das ist aber kein großes Problem. Sehr praktisch ist auch der kostenlose Parkplatz, der sich nur etwa 250 Meter entfernt befindet. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Abends kann man die Fenster kaum öffnen, da die Gerüche aus den Küchen der umliegenden Restaurants schnell in die Wohnung ziehen.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated that the management were responsive when the shower wouldn’t drain. It still didn’t drain after it was treated. It was disappointing that our many requests to lower the air conditioning temperature were not responded to. It was very hot and even though it said 22° on the thermostat it was not 22° in the apartment. It was excessively warm. We appreciated that there was a washing machine for our use.

Apartament położony jest w samym centrum miasta, bardzo blisko do restauracji i portu. Do najbliższej plaży można dojść spacerem w około 10 minut. Część okien wychodzi na ulicę, ale na szczęście nie jest to ulica z lokalami gastronomicznymi, raczej zaplecze, więc nie ma dużego hałasu. Zdarzają się jednak odgłosy i zapachy dochodzące z kuchni pobliskich restauracji. Pozostałe okna wychodzą na niezagospodarowane podwórko. Mieszkanie jest dobrze wyposażone i posiada klimatyzację, choć działa ona jedynie w głównym pokoju i nie jest zbyt wydajna. Do dyspozycji jest także miejsce parkingowe, oddalone o około 300 metrów. Nie da się jednak podjechać bezpośrednio pod budynek – do najbliższej ulicy jest około 100 metrów.

اكتب التعليق بالعربي لكي يستفيد من يتحدث بلغتي. اولا لابد من قراءة الإرشادات للحصول على المفاتيح لكي تكون سهلة جداً .. حيث انني لم اقرأ بشكل كاف صعبت علي مهمة الوصول بشكل سهل من ناحية الموقع جدا جميل و في وسط المدينة القديمة حيث لا مرور للسيارات وله إطلالة على الأزقة من ناحية النظافة كل شي جميل ونظيف ولكن في الحمام لا يوجد مكان لتصريف المياه الزائدة متوفر مطبخ متكامل و دورة مياه واحدة وغرفتين النوم و صالة كبيرة. الشقة بالدور الثاني ولكن لايوجد مصعد يتوفر موقف مجاني ليس بعيد ولكن لا حاجة للسيارة في هذه المدينة فعلا اشكر المالك على رحابة صدره وتواصله حتى وقت متأخر

Very cozy and tight space with so so A/C, suitable for really only 4 people comfortably. Clear communication but not in love with the place as a whole.
