Ce charmant appartement en duplex se trouve au premier étage d'une jolie copropriété au cœur de Sauze d'Oulx. L'appartement peut accueillir 4 personnes et constitue une merveilleuse destination de vacances tout au long de l'année. Le salon aéré est meublé dans un style contemporain, avec du parquet, un canapé d'angle confortable et une télévision à écran plat. Des portes vitrées donnent sur le balcon qui surplombe la ville et les montagnes. La table à manger se trouve à côté de la cuisine ouverte. Celle-ci est équipée d'une plaque de cuisson, d'une bouilloire électrique, d'un micro-ondes, d'un lave-vaisselle, d'une cafetière et d'un réfrigérateur. Un bel escalier en colimaçon mène de la salle de séjour aux chambres, nichées sous l'avant-toit en bois. Couchage Chambre 1 : La fraîche chambre principale dispose de lits jumeaux joignables, d'un fauteuil confortable, d'une télévision à écran plat, d'un bureau et d'une armoire ancienne en bois. Chambre 2 : La deuxième chambre est équipée d'un lit simple et d'un deuxième lit simple escamotable qui peut être joint. Il y a également une grande armoire et une télévision à écran plat. Salle de bains La salle de bain colorée, qui se trouve entre les chambres, est équipée d'une douche, d'un lavabo, d'un bidet, d'une machine à laver et d'un WC. L'appartement se trouve au centre de la ville, à proximité de toutes les commodités, y compris un supermarché, des bars, des cafés et des restaurants pour tous les âges et tous les budgets. En hiver, les visiteurs peuvent profiter de nombreuses options de ski et de snowboard, car la station fait partie du célèbre réseau de pistes de la "Voie lactée". L'appartement se trouve à proximité de la navette qui relie la station à ce vaste réseau. En été, de nombreux sentiers de randonnée traversent les alpages et les montagnes. La région accueille également de nombreux événements culturels et festivals tout au long de l'année. Il y a toujours de quoi occuper les visiteurs. L'aéroport de Turin se trouve à 1 heure et 20 minutes de route de l'appartement.

Fantastic flat in central Souze. It was a short walk to the lift (we stored our skis at the lift for convenience) and very close to all one needs (grocery, pastry shop, delicatessen, pizza, restaurants, etc). Kitchen was small but was sufficient for self-catering. We made most meals in the flat. Quiet and very clean.

The apartment was excellent and in a great location. The Clotes chair lift was a 15 minute walk up the hill and we were perfectly located for the nightlife and shops. The apartment would be better if there was a bin in the bathroom and mirrors in the bedrooms but they were very minor details. It was difficult to locate despite the photos but fortunately we had an understanding taxi driver and someone came to find us in the end. We have been going to Sauze for years and stayed in many places - we will DEFINATELY return to Marcos place! Thank you

Good value for money apartment in the centre of Sauze d'oulx. 5 minute walk to the chairlift. No ski storage at the accommodation unfortunately but you can get heated ski lockers at the chair lift for about £40 for 2 people for a week which I'd definitely recommend. The free car park was full when we arrived but there is a covered car park which had plenty of space which was €30 for a week about 100m from the apartment. Comfortable twin beds in both bedrooms. The check in process involved collecting the key from a lockbox at the office in Oulx which was fine because we travelled by car but something to bear in mind if you are getting a taxi/bus. The apartment was clean. There is a Nespresso coffee machine (the smaller pod type). Would stay again. Thank you.

Lovely historic building in the centre of town. Think it was once a school that has now been turned into apartments. Warm and comfortable with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Well equipped kitchen diner and comfy bed.
