Cet élégant appartement contemporain se trouve à seulement trois minutes de marche du lac de Garde, le plus grand lac d'Italie. Au cœur du magnifique Desenzano del Garda, cet appartement de vacances pour 3 personnes situé au premier étage permet aux clients d'accéder facilement à tout ce que le lac a à offrir. Il constitue un point de départ idéal pour explorer les sites historiques de Desenzano del Garda et d'ailleurs. Le salon/salle à manger aéré est élégamment meublé d'un canapé confortable, d'une table à manger pour 4 personnes et d'une télévision à écran plat. Des portes-fenêtres s'ouvrent sur un petit balcon qui donne sur une rue tranquille. La cuisine séparée se trouve à côté de la salle à manger. Elle comprend des éléments neufs et est bien équipée avec une plaque de cuisson, un four, un lave-vaisselle, un réfrigérateur/congélateur et une machine à café. Couchage Chambre 1 : La chambre principale est fraîche et dispose d'un lit double, de barres de suspension et d'une commode. Supplémentaire : Il y a un canapé-lit simple dans le salon. Salle de bains La salle de bains moderne et carrelée comprend une douche, un lavabo, un bidet, des toilettes et un lave-linge. En plus WiFi gratuit - Jardin commun - Balcon - Climatisation - Chauffage central - Sèche-cheveux - Lave-linge - Accueil des enfants - Parking public, voiture non nécessaire. Situation La charmante ville de Desenzano del Garda est connue pour sa villa romaine (8 minutes à pied), son château médiéval (7 minutes à pied) et son musée archéologique (6 minutes à pied). Les rues sinueuses abritent de nombreuses boutiques, restaurants et cafés séduisants. Les clients trouveront tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer des vacances détendues. Le marché hebdomadaire de la ville (à 5 minutes à pied) le mardi matin est le meilleur endroit pour trouver des produits locaux frais à cuisiner à la maison. Plusieurs plages se trouvent à proximité et les visiteurs peuvent s'y baigner, faire du kayak, du paddleboard ou de la planche à voile. Les hôtes peuvent louer leur propre bateau (centre de location à 4 minutes à pied) ou bien des ferries partent régulièrement de Desenzano del Garda pour rejoindre de nombreuses villes historiques et charmantes autour du lac. L'embarcadère des ferries se trouve à 8 minutes de marche de l'appartement. Les aéroports les plus proches sont Vérone Villafranca (35 minutes de route) et Milan Bergame (55 minutes de route).

Harika bir konumdaydı, Desanzano’ nun kalbindeydi, heryere 2 dakika yürüme mesafesinde ulaşıyorduk. Otopark olması çok rahattı. Tek problem uzun kalışlarda evde elektrikli süpürge yoktu, yine de müthiş konforlu bir evdi. Çokta tatlı sade döşenmişti.

We had a fantastic vacation in Desenzano at Manuela’s place. The apartment is convenient, sparkling clean, close to everything that we needed during our stay (shops, restaurants, beach, ferry, etc). The flat is situated in the downtown , though in a surprisingly quiet street. The flat is newly renovated, comfortable. Manuela’s team is experienced and I think they do everything for their guests’ positive experience. We had a relaxing holiday and we’d be happy to return here again.

Eine absolute 5/5, wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder versuchenm in diese Unterkunft zu kommen. Die Kommunikation war stets schnell und unkompliziert, auch auf deutsch möglich. Die Lage ist zwar ohne Seeblick aber gleichzeitig perfekt zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Hervorragende Ausstattung. Sehr sauber. Der Parkplatz ist eng (wir befinden uns mitten im historischen Kern - da sind Straßen eng und Platz knapp). Aber der Parkplatz ist vorhanden und abschließbar. Top!

Great place to stay. Clean, comfortable and easy to check in and communicate with property. The property itself wasn’t very well lit outside at night, which was fine, just use caution when coming back after a nice evening out!

The host (Manuela) was very accommodating, the keys were easy to pick up and the apartment was very nice, plenty of storage coat hangers, towels washing facilities a car space the location of the apartment was also amazing right next to the centre of desenzano but in a bright yet quiet side street meaning it was very quiet.. we were a couple with a small baby.. we would recommend and come again, if we did we would be happy to stay in the same apartment or another provided by happy rentals

Die Wohnung ist sauber und bietet ausreichend Platz. Es ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Der Laminatboden könnte mal erneuert werden. In den z.T. recht großen Fugen verirrt sich auch mal die eine oder andere Ameise. Haben wir aber nicht als lästig empfunden. Das Mehrfamilienhaus ist von außen schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Italienischer Altbau-Charme eben. Der Parkplatz ist überdacht und befindet sich auf dem rundum eingezäunten Grundstück. Sehr gut. Obwohl es eine ruhige Ecke ist, ist man in 2 Minuten im Zentrum oder am Hafen von Desenzano. Auch das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis können wir als gut bewerten. Eine Bitte noch: Hängt doch bitte ein paar freundlichere Bilder rein, so wie auf den Fotos des Angebots 😉

Die Lage der Wohnung der Wohnung ist außerordentlich gut. Mit nur wenigen Schritten ist man am Hafen, am Kastell oder an der Eisdiele. Zusätzlich ist es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig, weil sie an einer Sackgasse ohne Durchgangsverkehr liegt. Das Haus, in dem die Wohnung liegt, ist älter und könnte von außen neu gestaltet werden. Ingesamt wohnen sechs Mietparteien im Haus. Die Ferienwohnung ist grundsätzlich in einem ordenlichen Zustand: Sauberkeit, Mobiliar- vor allem die Betten - sowie die Sanitärausstattung. Wenn man genauer hinschaut, lassen sich Mängel entdecken: Die Warmwassermenge reichte immer gerade für eine warme Dusche, Türen und Fenster klemmten teilweise auf den Fußböden fest und ich musste sie anheben, um sie bewegen zu können. Ist halt ein altes italienisches Haus mit Patina. Es gab meines Erachtens zu wenig Teller, Tassen und Besteck. Wir mussten die Spülmaschine jeweils nur wenig gefüllt laufen lassen. Gravierend war zu Beginn eine sich anbahnende Ameiseninvasion. Nach Rücksprache mit der Betreuerin vor Ort besorgte diese eine Sprühdose mit Gift; damit wurden die Ameisen besprüht und sie wurden von Tag zu Tag weniger.

Location was really convenient - unfortunately I could only spend one night on my own instead of 3 nights with my daughter due to Visa problems but I really enjoyed the unique Italian feel of the place - very authentic

Die Wohnung ist sauber und bietet ausreichend Platz. Es ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Der Laminatboden könnte mal erneuert werden. In den z.T. recht großen Fugen verirrt sich auch mal die eine oder andere Ameise. Haben wir aber nicht als lästig empfunden. Das Mehrfamilienhaus ist von außen schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Italienischer Altbau-Charme eben. Der Parkplatz ist überdacht und befindet sich auf dem rundum eingezäunten Grundstück. Sehr gut. Obwohl es eine ruhige Ecke ist, ist man in 2 Minuten im Zentrum oder am Hafen von Desenzano. Auch das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis können wir als gut bewerten. Eine Bitte noch: Hängt doch bitte ein paar freundlichere Bilder rein, so wie auf den Fotos des Angebots 😉

Die Lage der Wohnung der Wohnung ist außerordentlich gut. Mit nur wenigen Schritten ist man am Hafen, am Kastell oder an der Eisdiele. Zusätzlich ist es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig, weil sie an einer Sackgasse ohne Durchgangsverkehr liegt. Das Haus, in dem die Wohnung liegt, ist älter und könnte von außen neu gestaltet werden. Ingesamt wohnen sechs Mietparteien im Haus. Die Ferienwohnung ist grundsätzlich in einem ordenlichen Zustand: Sauberkeit, Mobiliar- vor allem die Betten - sowie die Sanitärausstattung. Wenn man genauer hinschaut, lassen sich Mängel entdecken: Die Warmwassermenge reichte immer gerade für eine warme Dusche, Türen und Fenster klemmten teilweise auf den Fußböden fest und ich musste sie anheben, um sie bewegen zu können. Ist halt ein altes italienisches Haus mit Patina. Es gab meines Erachtens zu wenig Teller, Tassen und Besteck. Wir mussten die Spülmaschine jeweils nur wenig gefüllt laufen lassen. Gravierend war zu Beginn eine sich anbahnende Ameiseninvasion. Nach Rücksprache mit der Betreuerin vor Ort besorgte diese eine Sprühdose mit Gift; damit wurden die Ameisen besprüht und sie wurden von Tag zu Tag weniger.

Location was really convenient - unfortunately I could only spend one night on my own instead of 3 nights with my daughter due to Visa problems but I really enjoyed the unique Italian feel of the place - very authentic
