This rental is AMAZING! Amazing views, very clean, and spacious. It is really hard to get to and a bit further from town than expected. I do not suggest booking without a car. It was a 20 min walk to town straight down hill. The location on the Vrbo site makes the apartment look a little closer to town than it is. The rental is run by Lake Como Holiday, they are very responsive but each time I reached out to them I would get a different answer from someone from the team. I change my reservation from 5 days to 2 days, needed a refund, and asked for early check in. With each question I got a completely different answer. They kept telling me to contact the property managers and never got a response from them. Other than that, it is a great home with a beautiful view! If you have a car, checking in and out exactly when they have check in and check out time, it’s the perfect place!

We were very impressed with the home. It was actually much nicer than the pictures which is unusual. Our only issue was that we had difficulty locating the home initially. Google maps wants to put it in two different places and the directions were for driving to the property while we were walking and carry her bags. We finally found it and everything turned out very nicely.

A very lovely place in a gorgeous town! Very roomy with the second bedroom and bathroom in a loft. All the amenities one would need. You can walk to town but hike up will take you a bit; great restaurants and the ferry right down the hill. Views were spectacular, we had pizza and wine on our deck table the final night!

June 2017 This was a well furnished apartment in a lovely setting. Our stay was very comfortable and the air conditioning was appreciated as we had outside temperatures of 36 degrees. The pool is a good size and we were able to take full advantage of it. The welcome pack was also very acceptable. The information supplied prior to arrival was clear and the directions to the property from Tremezzo could not be faulted. (It would be helpful to add a note stating that when travelling from Como you should follow the written directions and not rely on Sat Nav.) We had a thoroughly enjoyable time at Tremezzo which is a great location for exploring the central lake area. David, UK

Vi er en familie på 3 som hadde 4 overnattinger i leilighet nr. 7. Leilighetskomplekset består av 2 bygg med 8 leiligheter i hver bygg, totalt 16 leiligheter som deler felles swimmingpool, garasje og parkeringsplass. Leiligheten var skinnende ren, veldig godt utstyrt, veldig gode senger og rolig beliggende tett på skjønn natur. Det ligger et bra supermarked 10 minutter i bil fra leiligheten. Det tar ca. 20 min å gå til restauranter og turen hjem er oppover. Egner seg ikke for barnevogn eller personer i dårlig form. Fantastisk utsikt og balkong. Veldig behjelpelig vært som hjalp med en gang, da senger ikke var klare da vi ankom. Det finnes ingen skygge på balkongen, da markisen er ødelagt og det var ingen parasoll tilgjengelig. Det er bare 3 solsenger ved swimmingpoolen til benyttelse av 16 leiligheter. Resten er ødelagt og ligger henslengt i en haug i et rom ved garasjen. Disse to ting er det eneste som trekker ned på opplevelsen. Alt annet var utrolig bra!

The location of the apartment and the view were amazing. Our children also really enjoyed the pool. The only thing that bothered us was the mosquitoes, but that had nothing to do with the accommodation, just the weather. The apartment was clean and had plenty of towels and bath towels. There was a great terrace with a table and parasol, which we used every day. We didn\'t try the washing machine, so I don\'t know if it worked properly (the dishwasher didn\'t work as it should). Amazing views of Lake Como in a quiet setting with a beautiful apartment to enjoy the stay. Beds were comfortable and Air Con was incredible. Quite a drive (uphill) to get to but villages around to find food. Great stay

Wir würden uns bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt in der Einrichtung einen Tisch vor der Couch wünschen, damit es noch eine gemütlichere Atmosphäre ergebe. Auch an dem sehr schönen Pool würden ein paar Liegen das Ganze noch angenehmer gestalten. Ein wenig Informationsmaterial zu möglichen Ausflügen wäre toll gewesen. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und werden sicherlich nochmals diese herrliche Landschaft besuchen. Die Betreuung durch Ihr Team war im Vorfeld prima. The apartment and grounds were lovely and we were very happy with the quality of all the fixtures and fittings that were supplied in apartment 7 and the pool when it was warm enough to use was fantastic. Out of all the towns/villages that we visited we found that Varenna was lovely and the walk up to the castle although long and hard was well worth the effort. We also enjoyed the cable car up to Argegno up to the top from where we embarked on the fairly challenging 3 hour walk back down through the woods and farmland back to Ossucio.

The standard of the appt was even better than the property description and the air conditioning very welcome after a day on the Lake. The Pool was kept immaculately clean on a regular basis, and as all appts were not occupied we had full use of the facilities. The appt layout was also ideal, and the upstairs room perfect for the kids. We loved the area, and particularly enjoyed our visits to Bellagio and Varena. We also visited Como and went up the Funicular Railway which was great. I attach some photographs, some of which were taken at the villa. We went to the welcome session at Mennagio on the Sunday afternoon, and found this to be very informative and picked up some good tips. I would like to say that I have been very impressed by the whole booking process, the amount of detailed information you have supplied, even advising on the best route from the airport etc. I also think that the appartment was good value. So thanks once again for a great holiday and hope that you find our comments constructive.

Place was in a great location. Only challenge was checking in - hard to fine place using their coordinates on Google maps. Plus when we got there, our key did not work to the gate to get into the property. And the management company continued to fight with us and refused to send someone over to help. We finally hopped the fence and push the button in the maintenance guy came over several hours later with a new key. Management company receives very low marks. How are you doing
