Cet élégant appartement pour quatre personnes est idéalement situé dans le centre commercial d'Antibes, à proximité des plages de Juan Les Pins\, du musée Picasso et du célèbre marché du Cours Massena. Au calme, au troisième étage (avec ascenseur) d'un immeuble moderne, cette propriété est le point de départ idéal pour un séjour en ville ou une escapade estivale en famille ou entre amis. L'appartement dispose d'un salon spacieux qui s'ouvre sur un balcon et comprend une cuisine bien équipée avec une plaque de cuisson à induction, un four, un micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle, une machine à café Nespresso, un réfrigérateur-congélateur et un bar à petit-déjeuner pour quatre personnes. L'espace de vie confortable est meublé d'un canapé en L, d'une table à manger et d'une télévision HD à écran plat par satellite. Couchage Chambre 1 : La première chambre est meublée d'un lit double, d'une grande armoire et a accès à un balcon. Chambre 2 : La deuxième chambre est meublée d'un lit double et d'une armoire. Lit bébé disponible sur demande (pour éviter le risque d'étouffement, nous ne proposons pas de draps ou d'oreillers pour le lit d'enfant). Salle de bains Salle de bain 1 : La salle de bain moderne est équipée d'une grande douche à l'italienne et d'un lavabo. Extra : Il y a un WC séparé pour plus de commodité. En plus - Balcon - Salle à manger extérieure - Sièges extérieurs - Climatisation - Voiture non nécessaire - Wi-Fi gratuit - Lave-linge - Parking public payant - Interdiction de fumer Emplacement La propriété est située à Antibes, sur la côte sud-est de la France, entre Nice et Cannes. La ville est connue pour ses belles plages, sa culture vibrante, son histoire riche et sa vieille ville pittoresque. L'appartement est idéalement situé à proximité d'une variété d'épiceries, de restaurants, de bars et du célèbre marché du Cours Massena (à 10 minutes de marche). De nombreux musées, galeries d'art et théâtres se trouvent également à 10 minutes de marche, notamment le musée Picasso, qui possède l'une des plus grandes collections d'œuvres de l'artiste, le musée de l'Absinthe et, pour l'histoire classique d'Antibes, le musée d'Archéologie. Vous pourrez également assister à des orchestres, des festivals de jazz et de la musique techno au théâtre Antibea. Le littoral d'Antibes et de Juan Les Pins abrite également de nombreuses plages, les plus proches étant la Plage du Ponteil, à 13 minutes de marche, et la Plage de La Gravette, à 5 minutes de route (15 minutes de marche). Pour les amateurs de parcs aquatiques, Marineland n'est qu'à 8 minutes en voiture. Pour ceux qui préfèrent ne pas conduire, la gare est à 10 minutes de marche. L'aéroport international le plus proche est celui de Nice Côte d'Azur, à environ 20 minutes en voiture ou 45 minutes en train.

Amazing location and close to all in Antibes! Everything in Antibes was withing a 10-minute walk. There is a world class boulangerie next to the building. The only real drawback was the elevator - it was only operational from the first floor (premier etage) to the apartment's 3rd floor location. My only suggestion would be better instructions for use of things like microwave. Also, towel racks would be good in the bathroom. We loved the Nespresso coffee machine - bring your favorite small pods!

Great location, close to town, nice modern apartment, great kitchen and quality utensils. Washing machine, dishwasher, Prime TV was great and the internet was very fast.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hat top Küchenutensilien. Die 3 Klimaanlagen funktionierten super und auch die Betten waren toll. Das Badezimmer war modern. Der Verwalter war schnell zu erreichen, konnte aber nicht alle Probleme beheben.
