A pesar del percance del primer día , el anfitrión logró darnos una buena solución y cumplió al 100% con lo conversado. El alojamiento estuvo igual a las imágenes, muy bien ubicado, muy cómodo, espacioso y equipado. Volvería nuevamente. Gracias por todo.

What an amazing place and location in beautiful Sestri. I stayed with my wife and three kids…. Had a blast. I would recommend to anyone travelling alone or as a family. Kid friendly, close all the beautiful restaurants and five minute walk to both beaches. A gem in Sestri.

This property is absolutely beautiful, Immaculate with good sized accommodation. Three beautiful bedrooms plus two stunning bathrooms and a third wc. Extremely well located too two minutes from the beach.

Fantastisk lägenhet mitt i Sestri Levante. Modernt inredd lägenhet med fräscha rum, badrum och toalett. Kommer gärna tillbaka till både Sestri Levante och lägenheten. Hade det funnit balkong och bra utsikt hade den fått 6 av 5. Corrado var mycket hjälpsam och vi fick snabbt svar på de frågor som vi hade kring lägenheten. Sestri Levante är en fantastisk by/stad där det mesta finns inom gångavstånd. Vi tog tåget dit och saknade inte bil, behövdes inte. Vi rekommenderar verkligen både Sestri Levante och denna lägenhet som tillsammans gav fantastiska dagar.

die wohnung ist wunderschön, warm, geräumig und sauber. die vorherigen gäste haben dreckiges besteck in der waschmaschine gelassen. das war etwas gruselig. dies wahrscheinlich, weil es keine spültabs/spülmittel hatte. aberdas ist jammern auf hohem niveau und hat die freude nicht getrübt. super unterkunft!

Ottima posizione x "dimenticare l'auto". Casa grande e spaziosa, fornita di ottimi elettrodomestici, 3 bagni funzionali e camere spaziose. Ottima per famiglie numerose con bambini, come la nostra.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Charming Flat in Sestri Levante war rundum fantastisch. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach unschlagbar – zentral und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu allen wichtigen Annehmlichkeiten sowie den atemberaubenden Stränden der Region. Die Wohnung selbst ist ein echtes Schmuckstück. Sie wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und bietet modernen Komfort in einer stilvollen Umgebung. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die wunderschönen Badezimmer, die sowohl funktional als auch ästhetisch ansprechend gestaltet sind. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war die hervorragende Kommunikation mit Corrado. Er war stets erreichbar, hilfsbereit und sorgte dafür, dass unser Aufenthalt reibungslos verlief. Insgesamt können wir die Charming Flat in Sestri Levante wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns bereits auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

La comodità, le dimensioni e la bellezza della casa. É una casa luminosissima!! La casa ha due bagni con finiture e docce veramente belle e una lavanderia. La casa presenta elettrodomestici comodi e indispensabili per un soggiorno con bambini. La posizione della casa é ottima. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa!!

Da die Wohnung so nahe am Strand lag,konnte man am Morgen kurz ins Wasser hüpfen,wenn niemand sonst am Strand war. Zenrum ist super nahe,Bahnhof auch. Super eingerichtete Wohnung. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt.

La casa si trova in posizione centrale, comoda per raggiungere le spiagge. La cucina è ben attrezzata con oggetti di ottima qualità e in quantità più che sufficiente per il numero di ospiti previsti. Le tre camere sono ampie e luminose, anche se in due sarebbe necessario un comodino in più. La presenza di due bagni completi e di una lavanderia con water e lavandino è stato un plus. Abbiamo avuto qualche problema di apertura di una finestra e di qualche zanzariera. Unico neo è stato l'insufficienza di indicazioni precise all'arrivo e la mancanza di più mazzi di chiavi (eravamo in sei con un solo mazzo). Ci torneremo sicuramente

The apartment is very conveniently located in the center of Sestri Levante. The interior design looks modern and the space is generally like the photos. Prior to arrival, I was forwarded messages regarding the key lock and parking (without even a hello!) However, it turned out that these instructions were unclear and the host was unresponsive. For example, the parking is 10minutes away, while the parking spot is in a huge building so we were looking for a long time. Also, the keys to the parking were separately located so looking for them added to the stress of arrival, unloading the car on the street etc. we were shocked that dishes had been left in the dishwater and there was no dishwashing liquid or tablets. The airconditioning wasn’t working to the point that we had to reset the fuse. 1 day we had no water and when I contacted Corrado he said it was a general problem in the area but didn’t give us a warning or check on us. Also, no shampoo etc. Overall, very poor hosting but ok.
