Three bedrooms located in the front of the home that opens to excellent common space (two rooms, large kitchen and living area) overlooking a courtyard out back (even had music one night!!). No AC - but with windows open extremely comfortable. We rented a car so we could visit Portofino and the Cinque Terre - parking was available on the port about a 5 to 10 minute walk depending on the parking lot. Easy access to plenty of food and access to various bars (right on the street - craft beer, Tequila bar, other bars).

Séjour parfait, appartement très fonctionnel, très bien placé. Nous avons signalé un problème de cafetière à notre arrivée, elle a été changée dans la journée, réactivité au top ! Attention, montée des escaliers pour arriver à l'appartement un peu sportive

The location is great — in the heart of Genoa's old town and within walking distance of most of the city's attractions. The apartment itself could be better kept. Faulty electrical outlets and bathroom and bedroom doors that could not be closed due to broken or missing locks made it difficult for a group to travel together. Still, the apartment is spacious, so for a family with three or four kids, the privacy issues might not be a big deal.

Very beautiful historical place. The host are response very fast. The place is ver clean and spacious. The only downside is located on the third floor with no elevator and no AC which is normal for Italy. If u have no physical issues to climb stairs then this place is so perfect for little shops and eating places around you.

Un très bel appartement, très grand, tout à fait conforme aux photos. L'emplacement est idéal pour vagabonder dans les ruelles ou sur le port. Nous etions en famille (6 personnes) et avons vraiment apprecié, y compris l'espace dans l'appartement. Nous avions laisser la voiture sur un parking ouvert payant à côté, pas de soucis à signaler. La seule raison pour laquelle nous mettons 4/5, c'est que l'equipement de l'appartement peut etre amélioré. L'équipement de la cuisine mériterait d'être un peu complété pour pouvoir mieux cuisiner. A savoir que les portes des chambres se poussent mais ne se bloquent pas, pour l'intimité... Et nous etions avec un bébé de 18mois, nous sommes debrouillé mais il n'y a ni lit bébé ni chaise haute. Mais à part ça, je recommande vivement le logement, et remercie notre hôte (et le service de reservation) pour leur amabilité et leir réactivité.

Très bel et spacieux appartement,fidèle aux photos. On est immergés dans le vieux Gènes typique. Nous étions 6 avec beaucoup d’espace pour chacun.c’est confortable. Mais quelques soucis d’équipements(lave vaisselle). Nous sommes très bien situés même si le week-end c’est très bruyant en bas. Il faut être en forme pour grimper et savoir qu’il y a deux mêmes numéros dans la rue ! ( petite frayeur à l’arrivée devant un rideau de fer…)

Wonderful flat in a great location. We could easily walk around Genoa and get to various places from the flat. The stairs up everyday helped our glutes and the noise from the piazza late on fri and sat nights gave us a real taste of the city.

Mieszkanie duże i idealne dla większej grupy - była przestrzeń wspólna do spędzania czasu czy zjedzenia śniadania. Kuchnia niestety trochę słabo wyposażona, w pokojach brak szafek, gdzie można zostawić swoje rzeczy, a po przyjeździe okazało się, że brakowało ręczników. Lokalizacja w dobrym miejscu, blisko sklepów i centrum, aby poczuć klimat miasta, ale w nocy bardzo głośno, więc nie polecam rodzinom z dziećmi. Można popracować nad precyzyjnym komunikatem - uprzedzić, że na tej samej ulicy jest kilka tych samych numerów. Kontakt z hostem sprawny. Mieszkanie jest na 3 piętrze i nie ma windy, warto o tym pamiętać. Jedna łazienka ogólnodostępna, druga łazienka w jednym z pokoi.

The location was great and it was easy to get to, and the host made sure the keys were available when we arrived so we could do a self check in. Plenty of shops and dining nearby, and a quick walk to the marina and other historical attractions. The apartment was very big, lots of space for a large family. It was well equipped, and had comfortable furnishings.

We really enjoyed the apartment. It is in a good location which is easy to get to from the closest parking lot. Being on the 4th floor, it is very bright with lots of light. It is large and clean. There is no elevator, which was not a problem for us, but could be an issue for people with small children or mobility issues. We did find that the host contact, Corrado, was a very poor communicator. We never received check in or check out instructions. Since it was supposed to be a contactless check in this caused problems. We had difficulty contacting Corrado to find out how to check in, as he was not responsive by phone. We spent a considerable amount of time waiting with our luggage in a busy street, not knowing if we would be able to access the apartment or not. When we did finally get in contact, we found Corrado to be unapologetic and rude. There were also no instructions in the appartment. We really liked the appartment, but this was our worst check in/out experience with Aribnb.

We really enjoyed the apartment. It is in a good location which is easy to get to from the closest parking lot. Being on the 4th floor, it is very bright with lots of light. It is large and clean. There is no elevator, which was not a problem for us, but could be an issue for people with small children or mobility issues. We did find that the host contact, Corrado, was a very poor communicator. We never received check in or check out instructions. Since it was supposed to be a contactless check in this caused problems. We had difficulty contacting Corrado to find out how to check in, as he was not responsive by phone. We spent a considerable amount of time waiting with our luggage in a busy street, not knowing if we would be able to access the apartment or not. When we did finally get in contact, we found Corrado to be unapologetic and rude. There were also no instructions in the appartment. We really liked the appartment, but this was our worst check in/out experience with Aribnb.
