Emplacement
L'appartement de vacances bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement qui permet de découvrir le meilleur de Lugano sans avoir besoin de voiture. Le terminal des ferries, la gare de Lugano (le train dessert Paradiso, Melide et d’autres villes importantes au bord du lac de Lugano), le funiculaire menant au Monte Bre et même les rives du lac se trouvent tous à 10-15 minutes à pied d’ici.
Pour un séjour en toute sérénité en gestion libre, le quartier regorge de magasins, de restaurants, de bars et d’un supermarché, et toutes ces commodités se trouvent à deux pas de l’appartement de vacances.
Le centre de Lugano, avec le Parco Ciani, l’emblématique Piazza della Reforma, le Trenino Turistico, le casino de Lugano et le Lido di Lugano, est accessible en 15 minutes à pied depuis l’appartement de vacances. Cependant, pour ceux qui souhaitent se détendre loin de la foule, le Lido San Domenico et le sentier de l’Olive Grove, idéal pour des randonnées au bord du lac, se trouvent à 8 minutes en voiture d’ici !
L’aéroport international le plus proche est celui de Milan-Malpensa, situé à environ 70 minutes en voiture de cet appartement de vacances à Lugano.
Malheureusement, les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas admis dans cet établissement.

Bei der Buchung hat alles bestens geklappt und die Orientierung betreffend die Wohnung und die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr gut. Wir waren zu zweit in der Wohnung. Diese war sauber und es hat viel Stauraum. Zur grossen Freude ist das Bett sehr gut. Auch die Lage ist gut. Bushaltestelle, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir können die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen und würden sie wieder mieten.

This apartment was very cozy, big and spacious with everything you would need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Good location with walking distance to the lake, city center and beautiful hikes. Lots of grocery stores near by and a couple of restaurants and cafes. Beautiful view from the balcony! I recommend this place for anyone who wants to visit Lugano😊

I highly recommend booking this stay. Lugano is beautiful, it is a longer walk to downtown but very close to groceries, beach, and a few restaurants. The host was very communicative and brought us a fan when we did not have one. The free parking made things very easy too.

Wir haben die Zeit in Lugano sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war fantastisch. Wir haben mehrere Abende auf dem Balkon mit der wunderschönen Aussicht genossen. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend die etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums ist. Zu Fuss ist man in ca. 15 Minuten ist man am Strandbad und in 20-25 Minuten in der Stadt.

This place was the perfect size for our weekend in Lugano. Plenty of space for my boyfriend and I, with ample space to spread out as there's also a small space available to work from the apartment if you need to. In a great walking location, Coop is just a few blocks away and the lake only 10 minutes walk. Parking and check-in was super easy and clear.

The location and apartment itself were as described. We liked the location, you can walk to Lugano town centre, to the Olive Trail, Lugano lido etc all within 30minutes. Several supermarkets are within 5min walk. We liked the spacious apartment for us as a couple plus the beautiful terrace. However I wish we would have known in advance: - the apartment lacked a lot of basic amenities, e.g. hand soap, salt, extra towels, beach towels. - There was a heatwave and it was 30+ C degrees in the apartment until 9pm and we had to ask for a fan to be delivered the next day. - The apartment did not have any instructions. We had to search for the WiFi password and the washing machine. - Beyond the hosts’ control but we would have appreciated a heads up or a small refund: there is a construction site in front of the building. Machines and trucks started at 7:30am and it quickly became quite noisy and dusty We’d still recommend the place but hope the host addresses our feedback.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt um Lugano zu erkunden. Die Busstation ist nah und der See sowie auch die Innenstadt sind Fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und man hat alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Auf der Terrasse hat man abends einen schönen Blick auf die Lichter der Stadt.

the place itself is nice. walkable to the station albeit quite a distance so if you big luggage with you, it's better to maybe just take the taxi. that aside, everything is good.
