We had a lovely stay at this spacious, clean apartment in Genova. It’s in a great location just minutes’ walk from the train station, bus stops, and the town centre. Easy access with only a few stairs, which was a plus. One small tip: bring some coffee and water with you in case you arrive late or want something for the next morning. The entrance is actually through the free car park, not at number 6 as listed, which was a little confusing at first, but the host was very helpful and sent a photo to guide us. Once inside, everything was comfortable and just as described. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

The apartment was clean and the location in Genoa was very good. The center was completely within walking distance. This accommodation is highly recommended. The only drawback was the poor wifi, which fortunately we didn't need that much. Thanks for having us!

L’alloggio era come da descrizione, molto carino e comodo, eccetto per il divano letto che era rotto, per cui il settimo ospite ha dormito sul divano chiuso. Le coperte non erano pulitissime, ma tutto il resto sì. Il parcheggio tiene due macchine ma una deve necessariamente andare dietro l’altra, per cui ci potrebbero essere problemi se non si riesce a raggiungere l’altro ospite per far spostare l’auto. Tutto sommato esperienza positiva.

Appartement très correct, mais internet n'est accessible que dans la moitié de l'appartement et dans une des trois chambres seulement. Les indications pour l'appartement provenaient de plusieurs sources différentes dont deux numéros différents et visiblement non coordonnés. Par contre, contrairement à certains commentaires laissés, nous avons trouvé l'appartement très propre et avec assez de vaisselles.

We had some difficulty getting into the apartment because of identical lockboxes for each unit. Space was good for 6 adults, but the hot water heater only held enough for 1.5 showers at a time and the air conditioner was broken. Appreciated that detergent was provided for the washer.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo appartamento per 2 notti in 8 persone (2 famiglie ciascuna composta da 2 adulti e 2 bambini) e lo abbiamo trovato ampio e spazioso, fornito di tutte le comodità. La posizione è ottimale per spostarsi a piedi per la città e un grande punto a favore è dato dal posto auto privato. Gli unici contro che abbiamo riscontrato sono dovuti alla pulizia (sicuramente migliorabile) e alla presenza al piano terra di un lounge bar che suona musica alta fino all'una di notte e purtroppo in 2 delle 3 camere il rumore si sente forte.

Posizione ottima, centro storico raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Casa silenziosa e pulita con posto auto. Aggiungerei un po' più di vettovaglie ed unica pecca il divano letto aveva bisogno di una piccola riparazione.

Todo muy bien pero faltaba comunicación con instrucciones de llegada y salida. Por otro lado tuvimos un problema con la calefacción y no tuvimos solución.

The apartment is spacious, with three bedrooms and two (yes - there are two) bathrooms. Air conditioning worked well and beds were comfortable. Very close to a small supermarket, and quite close to the city centre and the Brignole train station. A nice touch was the possibility to check-in early which was possible despite some small problems.

When we moved in, the floor was dirty and there was a lot of dust. In general, all amenities were available, everything was fine.

Accomodatie en ligging erg goed voor deze prijs. Let op als je met 2 auto's komt. Er woont nog iemand op het terrein waardoor het parkeren van 2 auto's op het terras een soort tetris wordt.

La casa è ampia, con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni. E' stata da poco ristrutturata anche se presenta già alcune pecche... La posizione è comoda, vicina a tutti i servizi. Vi è un parcheggio privato all'interno, fondamentale per la zona.

Although the place would be easy to find if the instructions were clear. They weren’t. They should take some photos to show the lock box and entry door. The entry door isn’t numbered. There were dirty glasses etc in the dish washer. Wifi didn’t work. They eventually sent someone round to fix it. It lasted about 10 minutes. The problem place would be very good but they need some fine tuning to make it a top spot. I don’t like giving poor reviews but with some fine tuning it would be a great spot. Good location. Good restaurants etc basically at your door

appartement conformes aux photos , bien placé et calme . très mal équipé , après ma demande la conciergerie nous a dit qu il y avait une cafetière et il n y avait rien de rien meme pas un récipient pour en faire ( j avais amené ma cafetière électrique 😂 , pas de torchons de cuisine non plus , 4 petites tasses pour un appartement pour 8 aucun verre à vin , plaque de cuisson à 1 cm de l évier et pas de place pour poser la vaisselle lavée. Carrelage glissant dans la salle de bain et aucun tapis de bain , ni poubelle ( un détail ) , literie de piètre qualité comme tout le reste . Une telecommandes pour trois clims ( on ne peut faire fonctionner qu une clim à la fois , pas d insrtruction pour le wifi ou autres choses afin de faciliter le sejour des occupants . Nous n avons vu personne ni à l arrivée ni au départ pas de Check in / out . Avant d entrer dans les lieux nous avons dû remplir un questionnaire assez intrusif sur les participants bebe compris , par contre pas de service pour v

La posizione è ottima. Vicino al centro storico ma tranquillo. Gli spazi sono ampi e la disponibilità del parcheggio è un gran vantaggio. Mancano però alcune accortezze. Tipo la biancheria per la cucina, panni per asciugare, la biancheria del letto è macchiata di giallo. Non è sporco ma non fa un bell'effetto, il cassettone è mezzo rotto e ogni volta che si apre un cassetto bisogna risistemerlo, la quantità di carta igenica era appena sufficiente, per il bagno ha fornito solo sapone senza shampo o bagnodoccia, le tazze della cucina non sono sufficiente per tutta la capienza delle persone , i lettini e i materassi singoli non sono confortevoli. Tutti particolari che per le cifre richieste dovrebbero essere risolti

Super appartement et bon emplacement. Le parking privé dans une cour peut accueillir 2 voitures c’est super. Instructions claires et exactement comme sur les photos. Très spacieux. Mais appartement vraiment pas propre, poussière, poils, brosse à WC pas nettoyée, armoires complètement en désordre (cache misère), vaisselle pas nettoyée, savons et produits vaisselles pas remplis. Heureusement l’hôte était réactif et a fait renvoyer qqn pour le ménage mais c’était toujours mal fait. L’hôte est sympa et a accepté que l’on laisse la voiture même après l’heure de départ, très accommodant.

We had a lovely stay at this spacious, clean apartment in Genova. It’s in a great location just minutes’ walk from the train station, bus stops, and the town centre. Easy access with only a few stairs, which was a plus. One small tip: bring some coffee and water with you in case you arrive late or want something for the next morning. The entrance is actually through the free car park, not at number 6 as listed, which was a little confusing at first, but the host was very helpful and sent a photo to guide us. Once inside, everything was comfortable and just as described. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

The apartment was clean and the location in Genoa was very good. The center was completely within walking distance. This accommodation is highly recommended. The only drawback was the poor wifi, which fortunately we didn't need that much. Thanks for having us!

L’alloggio era come da descrizione, molto carino e comodo, eccetto per il divano letto che era rotto, per cui il settimo ospite ha dormito sul divano chiuso. Le coperte non erano pulitissime, ma tutto il resto sì. Il parcheggio tiene due macchine ma una deve necessariamente andare dietro l’altra, per cui ci potrebbero essere problemi se non si riesce a raggiungere l’altro ospite per far spostare l’auto. Tutto sommato esperienza positiva.

Appartement très correct, mais internet n'est accessible que dans la moitié de l'appartement et dans une des trois chambres seulement. Les indications pour l'appartement provenaient de plusieurs sources différentes dont deux numéros différents et visiblement non coordonnés. Par contre, contrairement à certains commentaires laissés, nous avons trouvé l'appartement très propre et avec assez de vaisselles.

We had some difficulty getting into the apartment because of identical lockboxes for each unit. Space was good for 6 adults, but the hot water heater only held enough for 1.5 showers at a time and the air conditioner was broken. Appreciated that detergent was provided for the washer.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo appartamento per 2 notti in 8 persone (2 famiglie ciascuna composta da 2 adulti e 2 bambini) e lo abbiamo trovato ampio e spazioso, fornito di tutte le comodità. La posizione è ottimale per spostarsi a piedi per la città e un grande punto a favore è dato dal posto auto privato. Gli unici contro che abbiamo riscontrato sono dovuti alla pulizia (sicuramente migliorabile) e alla presenza al piano terra di un lounge bar che suona musica alta fino all'una di notte e purtroppo in 2 delle 3 camere il rumore si sente forte.

Posizione ottima, centro storico raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Casa silenziosa e pulita con posto auto. Aggiungerei un po' più di vettovaglie ed unica pecca il divano letto aveva bisogno di una piccola riparazione.

Todo muy bien pero faltaba comunicación con instrucciones de llegada y salida. Por otro lado tuvimos un problema con la calefacción y no tuvimos solución.

The apartment is spacious, with three bedrooms and two (yes - there are two) bathrooms. Air conditioning worked well and beds were comfortable. Very close to a small supermarket, and quite close to the city centre and the Brignole train station. A nice touch was the possibility to check-in early which was possible despite some small problems.

When we moved in, the floor was dirty and there was a lot of dust. In general, all amenities were available, everything was fine.

Accomodatie en ligging erg goed voor deze prijs. Let op als je met 2 auto's komt. Er woont nog iemand op het terrein waardoor het parkeren van 2 auto's op het terras een soort tetris wordt.

La casa è ampia, con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni. E' stata da poco ristrutturata anche se presenta già alcune pecche... La posizione è comoda, vicina a tutti i servizi. Vi è un parcheggio privato all'interno, fondamentale per la zona.

Although the place would be easy to find if the instructions were clear. They weren’t. They should take some photos to show the lock box and entry door. The entry door isn’t numbered. There were dirty glasses etc in the dish washer. Wifi didn’t work. They eventually sent someone round to fix it. It lasted about 10 minutes. The problem place would be very good but they need some fine tuning to make it a top spot. I don’t like giving poor reviews but with some fine tuning it would be a great spot. Good location. Good restaurants etc basically at your door

appartement conformes aux photos , bien placé et calme . très mal équipé , après ma demande la conciergerie nous a dit qu il y avait une cafetière et il n y avait rien de rien meme pas un récipient pour en faire ( j avais amené ma cafetière électrique 😂 , pas de torchons de cuisine non plus , 4 petites tasses pour un appartement pour 8 aucun verre à vin , plaque de cuisson à 1 cm de l évier et pas de place pour poser la vaisselle lavée. Carrelage glissant dans la salle de bain et aucun tapis de bain , ni poubelle ( un détail ) , literie de piètre qualité comme tout le reste . Une telecommandes pour trois clims ( on ne peut faire fonctionner qu une clim à la fois , pas d insrtruction pour le wifi ou autres choses afin de faciliter le sejour des occupants . Nous n avons vu personne ni à l arrivée ni au départ pas de Check in / out . Avant d entrer dans les lieux nous avons dû remplir un questionnaire assez intrusif sur les participants bebe compris , par contre pas de service pour v

La posizione è ottima. Vicino al centro storico ma tranquillo. Gli spazi sono ampi e la disponibilità del parcheggio è un gran vantaggio. Mancano però alcune accortezze. Tipo la biancheria per la cucina, panni per asciugare, la biancheria del letto è macchiata di giallo. Non è sporco ma non fa un bell'effetto, il cassettone è mezzo rotto e ogni volta che si apre un cassetto bisogna risistemerlo, la quantità di carta igenica era appena sufficiente, per il bagno ha fornito solo sapone senza shampo o bagnodoccia, le tazze della cucina non sono sufficiente per tutta la capienza delle persone , i lettini e i materassi singoli non sono confortevoli. Tutti particolari che per le cifre richieste dovrebbero essere risolti

Super appartement et bon emplacement. Le parking privé dans une cour peut accueillir 2 voitures c’est super. Instructions claires et exactement comme sur les photos. Très spacieux. Mais appartement vraiment pas propre, poussière, poils, brosse à WC pas nettoyée, armoires complètement en désordre (cache misère), vaisselle pas nettoyée, savons et produits vaisselles pas remplis. Heureusement l’hôte était réactif et a fait renvoyer qqn pour le ménage mais c’était toujours mal fait. L’hôte est sympa et a accepté que l’on laisse la voiture même après l’heure de départ, très accommodant.
