Die schöne Wohnung mit dem grossen Balkon ist super gelegen. Die Treppen zu der Wohnung sind sehr steil und eng. Ist das Gepäck mal in der Wohnung geht es. Das Bad ist ein bisschen eng, aber völlig ausreichend. Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein. D.h. bessere Küchenmesser und auch ein Brotmesser.

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was beautiful and super clean. The location was perfect right in the midst of the Old Town with lots of great restaurants within a few minutes walk. The beds were super comfy. The stairs can be a challenge with luggage and a tall husband.. but it was no problem.! We would definitely book again with no hesitation.

Our group of 4 from Vancouver loved the unit. We visited in 3rd week of May and the place did not need A/C yet. Spotless and well kept up. A bit too breezy for the deck but it would be great outside space. Highly recommended!

Een heel mooi sfeervol appartement in de schilderachtige oude binnenstad vol kleine straatjes. Groot zonnig dakterras. Matras mag iets zachter, of een zachter topmatrasje erboven op. Top locatie om dagelijks door de prachtige kleine straatjes en steegjes en langs het mooie haventje te struinen. Minder goede locatie voor dagtochten met huurauto omdat je in deze ZTL zones met de auto niet mag komen. Reken op een stukje lopen van en naar auto met bagage. Voordeel is wel ook dat je geen verkeer hoort. En dat de binnenstad dus zo pittoresk blijft.

Très bel appartement avec terrasse, bien situé* Nous avons séjourné dans un très bel appartement, spacieux, lumineux et propre, avec une grande terrasse très agréable. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout, parfait pour découvrir la ville à pied. Seul petit bémol : l’accès à l’appartement nécessite de passer plusieurs portes, avec cinq clés différentes, ce qui peut être un peu contraignant. L’appartement est très agréable .

Excellent séjour, dans le centre, proche de la plage! Possibilité de laisser bagages un peu en amont et le tout accessible à pied!!(gare a 20mn)!! Bonne réactivité de l hôte si problème!! Juste préciser que non adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite car 2eme étage et marches hautes!! Et entrée salle de bain et douche étroites!!! Manque couteaux cuisine/pain et préciser prise spéciale pour cafetière, sèche cheveux…

We really enjoyed the home and roof top terrace. It was big enough for a family of 4 and neat and clean. There are a few small additions that could easily be made to make this accomodation more desirable. Add a toaster, a chopping board, a sharp knife, connect a washing machine and supply a beach umbrella in shed for guests to take to beach. All these additions would be inexpensive but make the stay more enjoyable.

We stayed in an apartment rented out by Happy Rentals for 6 nights in October 2024. Location is perfect - street is quiet but still you're only minutes away from the sea, restaurants and the heart of Monopoli old town. Also I need to compliment Gianvinto from Happy Rentals who was responsive and helpful. Apartment is nice with good terrace. Kitchen area is small but stove and microwave worked well. However more utensils should be added to the kitchen to make cooking easier. We had problems getting into the apartment on our first night. We tried to open the wrong door for 15 minutes...but entrance is via the terrace. I can recommend for people who want to stay in a great location in Monopoli and have the benefits of kitchen area and private terrace. Stairs are narrow and steep so consider that if you don't have the health to carry bags / stroller / baby in such environment.

Lokalizacja apartamentu była idealna, lepszej nie można sobie wyobrazić. Apartament na ostatnim piętrze z wąska klatką schodową (jesteśmy w samy centrum starego miasta więc to norma) z pięknym dużym tarasem. Czuliśmy się w nim bardzo bezpiecznie. Bezproblemowe odebranie kluczy.

The apartment is super good located. The apartment is clean and have good air conditioning. I have only rated 3 starts, as there were no wi-fi all 4 days of our stay. We wrote to the host, and the feedback was not so helpful on this matter. But great location and clean apartment.

Parking nearby. Great location of flat. 3 flights of stairs up. Stairs dirty/ unswept. Paint peeling off walls.poor first impression. Balcony large with good table and chairs/ loungers. Recent renovation to the flat means there are visible boxes/ tiles/ washing machine and builders rubbish pushed into one corner of the balcony. 4 keys needed to access the flat. Initial impression is good. It looks like the pictures but it does not function as it should. In our 4 day stay we had no wifi for 2 days. Aircon all good. Kitchen consists of a sink/ twin hob and a microwave. The microwave is not at all portable and is built into a unit with no access to power! All the plates still have sticky labels from the shop on them. Pans and cutlery supplied. No kitchen knives or cooking utensils. No tea towel/ sponge. 2 new ceiling light fittings don’t work and one still has the plastic cover on top. Very damp bathroom ceiling. Shower door does not close and water leaks out. Detail really matters.

Great location as described. Beautiful terrace, limited household items, no bin and lack of toilet paper. Overall would come back again

Lokalizacja apartamentu była idealna, lepszej nie można sobie wyobrazić. Apartament na ostatnim piętrze z wąska klatką schodową (jesteśmy w samy centrum starego miasta więc to norma) z pięknym dużym tarasem. Czuliśmy się w nim bardzo bezpiecznie. Bezproblemowe odebranie kluczy.

The apartment is super good located. The apartment is clean and have good air conditioning. I have only rated 3 starts, as there were no wi-fi all 4 days of our stay. We wrote to the host, and the feedback was not so helpful on this matter. But great location and clean apartment.

Parking nearby. Great location of flat. 3 flights of stairs up. Stairs dirty/ unswept. Paint peeling off walls.poor first impression. Balcony large with good table and chairs/ loungers. Recent renovation to the flat means there are visible boxes/ tiles/ washing machine and builders rubbish pushed into one corner of the balcony. 4 keys needed to access the flat. Initial impression is good. It looks like the pictures but it does not function as it should. In our 4 day stay we had no wifi for 2 days. Aircon all good. Kitchen consists of a sink/ twin hob and a microwave. The microwave is not at all portable and is built into a unit with no access to power! All the plates still have sticky labels from the shop on them. Pans and cutlery supplied. No kitchen knives or cooking utensils. No tea towel/ sponge. 2 new ceiling light fittings don’t work and one still has the plastic cover on top. Very damp bathroom ceiling. Shower door does not close and water leaks out. Detail really matters.
