C'est un lieu de séjour idéal à proximité des plages, où vous pourrez vous détendre et bronzer à Bagni Mauro et à Stone Beach, à 9 minutes de marche de l'appartement. Le célèbre sentier Lungomare Europa est une merveilleuse option de randonnée le long de la plage et peut être exploré à pied ou même à vélo, avec les services de location à proximité. Pour votre confort, vous trouverez plusieurs pizzerias en bord de mer, d'autres restaurants et des supermarchés à 10-12 minutes de marche ou à 5 minutes en voiture. En raison de la riche histoire de la ville, vous pourrez visiter l'hôtel de ville, le Fornace Bianchi- un musée d'histoire locale, et la paroisse de Santa Maria Maggiore à 5 minutes de route. Par ailleurs, si vous souhaitez vous adonner à des activités sportives, un terrain de rugby, un terrain de football, un terrain de volley-ball en bord de mer, un parc de skateboard et un complexe sportif se trouvent tous dans un rayon de 5 minutes en voiture. Les transports comprennent un arrêt de bus à 5 minutes de marche et l'aéroport le plus proche est l'aéroport international de Gênes, à seulement 25 minutes de l'appartement.

schöne Unterkunft, einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden sowie auch alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Super ist auch das man einen privaten Parkplatz zur Verfügung hat. Der Strand ist ca. 5-10 Minuten entfernt. Man hat auch die Möglichkeit sich am Strand Fahrräder auszuleihen für einen guten Preis. Gerne wieder.

Appartamento ampio e ben attrezzato, ambienti puliti. Luminoso e con un bel panorama. Sebbene l’edificio sia vicino all’autostrada, affaccia sul lato opposto e il rumore non disturba. Posto auto comodo.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Anthony war sehr schön. Die Zeit in Cogoleto war durch das Airbnb sehr angenehm. Der Strand, Cafés, Bars und leckere Lokale waren in der Umgebung gut erreichbar.

L,appartamento era molto bello, la vista sul mare bella il costo buono però scomodo tra salita e scale le pentole non ben lavate piuttosto unte e scomodo per tutti i servizi, per qualsiasi movimento ci voleva l'auto. Alla fine io appena operato avevo bisogno dell'aria di mare e così è stato. Vi mando i miei saluti. Piergianni
