We had a pleasant stay at this Italian-style apartment. The atmosphere was very authentic, and it felt a bit like staying with relatives, which added to the local experience. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The air conditioning functioned well. The location was convenient for exploring the area. A significant advantage was the parking space, which is hard to come by in August. However, the space was somewhat cluttered with personal belongings, which made it feel a bit crowded at times. Overall, it was a decent stay.

Good central location, spacious apartment with impressive furniture, nice terrace. Stayed during the heatwave and barely used air conditioning as the house is very well insulated.

السكن قديم جدا وبه زحمة اثاث ويحتاج صيانه والكهرباء لا يحتمل الضغط حيث انه فصل التيار الكهربائي ثلاث مرات خلال اقامتنا وغرفه النوم الثانيه لايوجد بها تكييف من اول يوم جاء الموظف ليخبرنا انه يوجد تسريب خارج المبنى من شقتنا مع العلم اننا نقضي معظم الوقت خارج السكن حيث استخدامنا لمرفقات السكن قليله وبعد خروجنا نتفاجأ بطلب غرامه اكثر من 1300 ريال تقريبا !! على خلل موجود سابقا في تسليك المياه وتسريب موجود بالجدار يبدوا ان المالك يريد عمل صيانه لسكنه على حسابنا !! اضافه الى ذلك تم دفع رسوم تنظيف 800 ريال تقريبا وبعد خروجنا يطلب مننا مبلغ اضافي لغسيل بعض الاطباق المتبقيه في المطبخ !!! ارجوا احترام القوانين وثقة العملاء المتعاملين مع هذا الموقع وسيتم رفع بلاغ بخصوص ما حدث من المضيف … وشكرا
