Very nice, clean and spacious apartment. When entering, the apartment was nice warm and making you feel at home immediately. Welcomed as well with a bottle of prosecco! Location is perfect, right in the centre overlooking the pedestrian street decorated with Christmas lights and walking through the nice streets of Riva towards the lake in less than 5 minutes. The office of Happy Rentals just at 50 metres on the same street which made it very easy to check in. Great support and assistance given by the whole team. I definitely will consider to return to this apartment and to Riva! Thanks a lot.

A lovely flat, with a nice view, and well within walking distance to the lake. A nice walk nearby up the hill.

Super Lage, direkt in der Stadt. Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon. Gute Kommunikation bereits vor der Anreise und alles wie beschrieben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, gerne wieder.

This place is in the most beautiful, convenient location! Place was clean and spacious. Gorgeous little balcony with stunning views of mountains and bustling Main Street. We all loved staying here!!!

Vi følte oss veldig velkommen. En fin leiligheten midt i sentrum. Leiligheten er veldig lys og har fint størrelse, med seks gode senger. Velkomst drikke var der når vi kom sent på kvelden, noenting vi satt veldig pris på.

Perfekt zentral in Riva gelegen und hat alles was man braucht, ausser, wie im Inserat beschrieben, aber keinen Parkplatz. Einkaufen und Baden geht ohne Probleme zu Fuß, gerne wieder!

lovely flat right in the centre of Riva del Garda. easy to walk everywhere, from shopping to old town to beach. Air conditioning is a real plus.

Modernes ganz frisch saniertes Appartement in einem sonst von regulären Mietern bewohnten Mehrfamilienhaus. Das Haus selbst ist etwas heruntergekommen, stört aber nicht. Sehr zentrale Lage, direkt an Fußgängerzone in Riva - was auch heist man kann nur mit geschlossen Fenstern schlafen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig mit moderner Küche und guten Betten. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Klimaanlage defekt. Ohne Klimaanlage ist es im Hochsommer praktisch nicht auszuhalten. Der Vermieter hat sich aber sehr bemüht und nach 2.5 Tagen gelang es einem Techniker, den Schaden zu beheben. Wir wurden für die Tage entschädigt und der Kontakt war immer sehr nett. Einziges Manko: WLAN ist sehr langsam und unzuverlässig und der Fernseher hat ausschließlich Italienische Sender. Zum Apartment gehört eine Garage was mit Fahrrädern perfekt ist. Alles in Riva und der See ist einfach fußläufig erreichbar. Wir würden wieder dort buchen.

The apartment was really big and comfortable - more so than in the listing - airy and good air conditioning . It was great to have so much space (we are a family with 2 young kids) and also to look out on the pedestrian street in front. it was great atmosphere - loud but the windows blocked out the noise (and light) very well. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped but it was a bit frustrating to not have any basics like oil, salt or pepper - made cooking difficult. Similarly, there was a washing machine but we had to buy our own detergent which felt a bit unnecessary. It was a little dusty when we arrived. The location is excellent within Riva (easy to walk everywhere), but overall I'm not sure Riva is necessarily a place we would visit again - very expensive, touristy and food not great, and not super friendly. felt a bit inauthentic. having said that, the lake and mountains were stunning and we probably didn't have enough time to explore them properly.

This is a spacious apartment with easy access to the historical center of Riva del Garda. It was very clean and the air conditioning worked well (which was key because it was really hot when we were there). The property management people were easy to deal with. On the downside, it is up four flights of stairs, and the apartment feels more sterile than the photos convey (they staged the photos effectively, using dishes and bottles of wine to make it feel more fully decorated than it feels when you get there). Overall, I thought the apartment was a good value for the money and would would be a really great option for a family with three or four kids (as long as they can climb the stairs themselves--I would not want to carry a toddler up those stairs several times a day).

Die Lage, kurze Weg in der Stadt und zum See. Sehr gute Möglichkeiten Ausflüge zu machen. Es ist alles in der nähe von der Wohnung.
