Location, the size and the balcony of the apartment, possibility to park the car without issues (although, pls mention next time the height of the garage and if SUV possible to park), although we didn't use the garage as it was not convenient for our SUV car pls also mention that the room upstairs does not have enough height as we are all tall people and we really needed to make sure not to hit any of the balks - our son from 1.90cm could not sleep there for example. the bathroom downstairs is also not suitable for taking shower

The home is beautifully located…wonderful landscaping leads to sea views…wonderful outdoor spaces to enjoy meals outdoors. Our family loved our time in Grimaud and surrounding area.

Dear Florian, Thank you for your feedback and for appreciating the lovely location. As this is also the owners’ own family vacation home, we take great care in keeping it welcoming for guests, so we are a little saddened. Since your stay, several improvements have been made: the town has installed official waste containers in the building, with a large convenient bin also provided as backup. For mosquitoes and wasps — which are naturally part of summer life in the South of France — we checked carefully for nests (none found) and added electric mosquito diffusers and discreet wasp-repellent fans to improve comfort outdoors. Most issues with the main air conditioner have been fixed, and to ensure comfort even on very hot days, a portable air conditioner has been added as extra support. Regarding the bedroom, it is a private loft-style layout on the second floor without a door by design, and this is now made clearer in the listing description. The parking space is compact, especially for larger cars, but guests can also park safely just outside the building, as the owners themselves do. We value your input and are continuously improving, always with the goal of ensuring a comfortable and authentic holiday experience. La ubicación muy buena, el lugar hermoso pero el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y no fui advertido. Había un equipo de emergencia que era insuficiente. Una vez que lo señale antes de irme me comentaron que tenían programada una mantencion. La potencia del agua de la ducha era muy mala. El resto todo bien. El anfitrión siempre disponible
