A casa é perfeita para um grupo de 3 pessoas, único ponto que ficou a desejar são os talheres, as facas de serra estavam ruins e 2 copos trincados, mas o resto estava perfeito.

We had great time there. The location is close to L Aiguille Midi, we can access to the main street on foot. But the area is quiet, so we slept well. And the view from the balcony is really nice. We would like to stay in the same room if we come back to Chamonix.

The place was clean and cozy. The host provided all necessities as described. Great location, right next to all activities. We were very happy with the place.

Logement central, très propre et à proximité du centre de Chamonix. Tout peut se faire à pied. Pour le ski, c'est top car à 50 mètres de l'arrêt Chamonix sud des bus qui mènent aux stations.Wifi de qualité et télé utile pour l'après-ski. Petits bémols sur l'équipement de la cuisine très basique (même si complété en cours de séjour à notre demande) et la literie des lits superposés (un peu bruyante et matelas compacts).

the apartment is small but well designed over 2 floors. The location is great being just a 5min walk from the main centre but much quieter than staying in the middle. Check in/out was really quick and easy. Would definitely come again.

Self catering kitchen with everything you need. Small but functional. Had no issues. Everything clean. Although I state below the decor was dated, there was plenty of hot water. Heating was always on and apartment was warm and clean. Lovely view from the balcony and quiet at night. Plenty of space to sleep 6. Table for 6 and L shaped couch fitted us all fine and was comfortable . TV had plenty of channels. Two toilets was great. Bus stop right across the road to Le Tour, Les Houches etc. Fab bakery on the corner where we got fresh bread each morning. Ski rental place available in the square off the apartment. If you arrive before checkin, there is a little Tabac shop that will allow you to store your baggage there. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to going next year hopefully!

En plein centre de Chamonix, tout se faisait à pied y compris le téléphérique du brevent où le train du Montenvers et juste à côté du départ pour l’aiguille du midi. Garage voiture appréciable juste en dessous de l’appartement. Parfait

Vi har varit mestadels nöjda med vår vistelse. Boendet var lite mindre än det ser ut att framstå på bilderna. Däremot så känns köket tyvärr inte alls utrustat för 6 personer, saknas porslin. Finns endast 2 dricksglas. Toalocket på den nedre toan var trasigt, sängbenet på dubbelsängen var trasigt. Det var mögel i fogarna i fönstret i ett av sovrummen, värden hävdade att det berodde på att vi inte vädrade tillräckligt och ombad oss att vädra 3 timmar om dagen, vilket inte känns helt rimligt. Detta var inget som nämndes innan vi flyttade in. Vi har haft problem med stopp i vasken i köket och att diskmaskinen inte har funkat som den ska men detta åtgärdades när vi bad om hjälp. Positivt var att det fanns en toalett till som inte nämns i beskriven, samt att TVn funkar jättebra. I helhet har vi varit nöjda trots en del brister.

Lidt forvirring ift at Mark ville have at kommunikationen foregik over deres hjemmeside og andre medier. selvom man booker på Airbnb. De beder en logge ind på en hjemmeside. Jeg synes alt burde foregå på Airbnb. Vores bolig blev af ukendte årsager ikke mulig at bruge alligevel, men Mark og teamet var hurtig til at finde en anden til os. Dog havde denne slet ikke de samme faciliteter som den vi skulle have været i oprindeligt. Dette gjorde vi Mark opmærksom på, men vi kunne ikke få nogen form for refundering. Dette var selvom vi manglede en ovn, vaskemaskine, en stor terrasse osv, som var i den oprindelige bolig. Dog havde den nye bolig god beliggenhed. Så en lidt blandet oplevelse, der var både gode og dårlige ting. Kommunikationen var okay, men til tider manglende, f.eks. når vi spurgte ind til hvorfor de skulle bruge alle vores personlige oplysninger. De svarede ikke på det vi spurgte om.

The check in process included going to a separate building with a lockbox to pick up the key. The instructions provided were very clear but the problem was there was no convenient parking spot to pick up the key and/or unload our luggage so that was sort of frustrating and we had to trek our luggage on a long walk to find the lockbox then the building where we stayed.The apartment itself was clean and orderly but smaller than it looked from the pictures. There was a spiral staircase up to the bedrooms which was tricky to carry our big luggage up. The 2 rooms with bunkbeds were very creaky and not comfortable at all. There was no AC (I know this is common) but it was a very hot weekend during our stay and so we were quite uncomfortable without any fans to help with air flow. Providing small plug in fans would have significantly improved our sleeping experience.There was no wifi access which we felt especially annoyed by (our mistake for not noticing it wasnt included) but I have never stayed at a rental property that did not include wifi so this felt very cheap on their part, especially considering the price per night we paid.The biggest highlight though was the location. The property was very conveniently located walkable distance from the main downtown area and a short bus/car ride to the cable cars and hiking spots.Overall our stay was worth what we paid. It was really just ok, with more things that were unsatisfactory than satisfactory. I would not stay here again
