We had a great trip to Lugano and the apartment had a great location and was very clean and spacious. As a self-catering apartment, it could have been better equipped with more utensils, cutlery, tea towels, cleaning products but on the whole we had a fantastic stay.

Lugano is a very underrated, gorgeous, walkable city. The location of the unit is outstanding. The view of the snow-covered mountains was a treat every morning. Highly recommend the place.

We had a great stay in Sonja’s apartment in Lugano. The apartment was spotless, with access to all the amenities one could need while travelling. The 3-bedrooms are a great find you’ll see nowhere else. The washer/dryer combination was super efficient as well. The building was still under some construction, but they seem to be nearing the end of construction process. The property was in a great location; right in the center of Lugano and minute walk from the lake front. Could not recommend this place enough!

The apartment is as beautiful as the photos you see. The location is extremely convenient, on the doorstep of the old town and main shopping areas, 5-6 minutes away from Migros, a 2-3 minute walk from the lakefront, and less than 10 minutes away from Parco Ciani. It had everything we needed and more, everything was super thoughtful and they surprised us with a bottle of Champagne upon arrival. The apartment is spacious, with 2 bathrooms, and a washing machine which came in super handy mid-way through our trip. Really clean, and just overall a delightful stay.

Flawless check-in. Great location in the proximity of the city center with a nice coffee shop downstairs that offers great breakfast options but in the same time in a quiet street. Love the building, the amenities and the design of the apartment that is generous in space and cozy. It's one of those places that puts a lot of effort in the details and it's noticeable: In the shower I was like: 'that's a good soap & shampoo. Where can I find this?', in the bedroom 'Wow...that's a cool ceiling lamp!' and so on...We will for sure consider it for our next visits to Lugano.

The apt is exactly as described - it is large, very well appointed and very clean - we were six and it was a very pleasant stay. Location wise - could not be better ! Only downside is that the building is currently being renovated and thus there is heavy construction during the day. We were proactively told about this by the landlord and chose to keep the booking.

I recently stayed in this apartment unit, and I was impressed by its spaciousness and cleanliness. The unit was well-maintained, and I appreciated the attention to detail. However, there were some issues that affected my stay. The freeze and fridge weren't working and was disconnected prior to my arrival. The washer and dryer unit is one machine that does both, didn't dry clothes very well. Additionally, the lack of trash cans in the bathrooms and bedrooms was noticeable. One thing that would have been helpful is a more detailed description of the main building entrance location and a manual with essential information like the WiFi password. The biggest drawback, however, was the construction noise coming from the apartment next door and/or above. The hammering and drilling started at 8 am and was quite annoying. It would have been great if the host had mentioned this in the description, as it might have affected my booking decision. Despite these issues,the apartment had positives
