Situé au rez-de-chaussée d'une charmante copropriété, avec de magnifiques vues sur le lac, le Giardino Floreale di Menaggio est un appartement pour 8 personnes et constitue la maison de vacances idéale pour les familles ou les amis. Les intérieurs sont élégamment contemporains, avec des meubles de style. Le salon/salle à manger est doté de hauts plafonds et de deux portes-fenêtres qui s'ouvrent directement sur la grande terrasse. La pièce est meublée de deux canapés, d'une télévision à écran plat, d'une table à manger et de chaises. La cuisine moderne et spacieuse, qui se trouve de l'autre côté du couloir, est très bien équipée avec une plaque de cuisson, un four, un four à micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle, un réfrigérateur, un congélateur et une machine à café. Il y a également une petite table et des tabourets pour les collations rapides sur le pouce. À l'extérieur de la salle de séjour se trouve la terrasse privée avec la balustrade en pierre d'origine et une vue magnifique sur le lac de Côme et les montagnes au-delà. La terrasse est meublée d'une table et de chaises de style café, ombragées par un grand parasol. Un élégant escalier en pierre mène de la terrasse au jardin commun bien entretenu. Couchage La villa dispose de 4 chambres élégantes au total. Deux d'entre elles sont équipées de lits doubles et de rangements pour les vêtements et les affaires des hôtes. Ces chambres donnent toutes deux sur le lac. Les deux autres chambres sont équipées de deux lits simples chacune. Salle de bains La salle de bains moderne et spacieuse est équipée d'une baignoire avec douche, d'un lavabo, d'un bidet et de toilettes Il y a une deuxième salle de bain avec WC et lavabo. Il se trouve à quelques minutes de marche de plusieurs bons restaurants, de boutiques et des plages de la ville. Les clients peuvent prendre un ferry depuis le port de Menaggio (3 minutes à pied) pour Varenna ou Bellagio et passer une journée dans ces villes réputées pour leur beauté. Pour les visiteurs qui recherchent plus de sensations, Lake Como Adventures (40 minutes de route) propose un large éventail d'activités telles que l'escalade, le canyoning, la randonnée et le ski pendant les mois d'hiver. En outre, les hôtes peuvent essayer la voile à Nobiallo (6 minutes de route) ou le golf au Golf Club Menaggio Cadenabbia (10 minutes de route). We had a wonderful stay! The property was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. The step by step arrival instructions from the hosts made the property super easy to find. Beautiful views and a beautiful property. So close to the ferry which was important for all the hopping around cities we planned to do and close to all the local restaurants. Would definitely stay again!!

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt. Leider gad es in der Küche kein Salz, Pfeffer, Öl zum Kochen. Auch das Toilettenpapier war knapp. Ansonsten super Unterkunft!

The house is spacious & welcoming. It feels homey. The kitchen is well equipped. The host left a nice welcoming gift. The stairs from the garage to the property is very steep especially to bring luggage down. I recommend to the host to bring to the guests attention about the paid service to carry luggage during check in & out. We only found out about this service after arriving. The property is close to the ferry, to shops & restaurants. We loved the area & our stay. Thank you for having us.

We adored this apartment, the ground floor of a villa with easy access to the lake front, ferry and Menaggio shops & restaurants. High ceilings, well appointed kitchen, comfortable bedrooms & fantastic patio for alfresco dining and enjoying the lake view and bells of the city. The only thing to note is that you need to be able to navigate quite a few steps to get to the villa - so ideally you are packing light! Tranquil and beautiful with old world charm - I would love to stay again.

The location is close to everything. Just be prepared for the 115 steps from the main road to your door. It’s a beautiful old building and the main room plus two of the bedrooms have AC units which was great in the incredible heat this week. My favorite part of the house though is the outdoor seating area with views of the lake. Car parking is further up the hill so be prepared to carry luggage. The only true negative was the old house had very old bathrooms, so an update to those would be welcome.

amazing air bnb!! views were incredible! the office hours made it a bit difficult to contact them especially for check out since not many instructions are included within air bnb itself. Other than that it was amazing and the view was the best thing ever!! Rooms were perfect for 8 people, would 100% recommend.

STUNNING location. We booked this home with the hopes of a lake view and were not disappointed. The house is a bit tricky to find if you're arriving at dusk, so make sure you give yourself plenty of time to arrive in the daytime! Our party of 6 had plenty of space and privacy when we needed it, and very comfortable living room in which to reunite to watch movies and eat meals. The house is located a 5 minute walk from the ferry and bus stops, making it easy to move around the area and visit other locales. There is a cute shopping and dining area about a 10 minute walk from the home, and a very conveniently located supermarket close to the bus and ferry stops. If you're a lover of antique homes, this is a must-book. You'll feel like royalty sipping your espresso on the terrace.

Excelente departamento muy bien ubicado. Limpio, espacioso, luminoso y muy bien decorado. Lo único que no se explica en la publicación son las escaleras para la bajada a la calle y las escaleras para la subida al garaje. Al estar con personas mayores se dificulto un poco la llegada y la salida. El resto excelente!

Good home with what we needed at a more reasonable price. There were a couple small issues with leaking toilets that management will fix and some minor noise from apartment above us but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

A beautiful place , typical a with amazing surrounding walkable distance to the town where you can find cute cafe and food . Menaggio is a beautiful town colourful and peaceful . The only thing I would recommend to the host is to update the toilet system as it’s an old one we had an issue one day with no toilet but it was fixed by the end of the day overall great stay

pros: looked like the pictures very clean location great nice welcome basket AC worked well cons: for some people not all: several stairs to walk into town and to get up to parking. totally fine for most in our group but grandparents needed teenagers to carry all their bags up and down and one grandparent struggled a little all the time with stairs. For the rest of us no problem! Just so you know if trouble with stairs or travel with lots of baggage we were only supplied with 1 and 1/2 rolls of toilet paper. when i asked where it was kept i was told we were only supplied enough to get started. We only had a two night stay and the grocery store was already closed. This was the first airbnb we have stayed at that didn’t have at least one extra roll of toilet paper, most have several.

Die Lage war gut. Die beiden kleinen Zimmer etwas zu eng und keine Ablagemöglichkeiten. Beim Eintreten in die Wohnung einen chemischen Raumduft . Dieser war beißend und äußerst störend. Ansonsten ok aber zu teuer.

This villa was nice and very close to the ferry terminal which makes it the perfect spot to explore lake Como. We were 4 adults and 2 kids and the villa is spacious and a big living room was perfect during those rainy hours when we needed to stay inside. However, there are some issues with the property (grass too high, my kids couldn't enjoy it, some wobbly taps, not a great attention to details in general). for what we paid I expected a perfectly maintained property, there were some faults and some aspects that I didn't like. being an old villa, you can hear every movement from the people living upstairs - if you are a light sleeper like me, bring earplugs. for the price we paid, we expected a lot more

pros: looked like the pictures very clean location great nice welcome basket AC worked well cons: for some people not all: several stairs to walk into town and to get up to parking. totally fine for most in our group but grandparents needed teenagers to carry all their bags up and down and one grandparent struggled a little all the time with stairs. For the rest of us no problem! Just so you know if trouble with stairs or travel with lots of baggage we were only supplied with 1 and 1/2 rolls of toilet paper. when i asked where it was kept i was told we were only supplied enough to get started. We only had a two night stay and the grocery store was already closed. This was the first airbnb we have stayed at that didn’t have at least one extra roll of toilet paper, most have several.

We appreciate you took some time to review your stay. The information about the steps is already mentioned in the advertisement so the guests are prepared. Additionally, we do not provide cooking and cleaning supplies as this is a self catering property. We hope you will return another time!

Die Lage war gut. Die beiden kleinen Zimmer etwas zu eng und keine Ablagemöglichkeiten. Beim Eintreten in die Wohnung einen chemischen Raumduft . Dieser war beißend und äußerst störend. Ansonsten ok aber zu teuer.

This villa was nice and very close to the ferry terminal which makes it the perfect spot to explore lake Como. We were 4 adults and 2 kids and the villa is spacious and a big living room was perfect during those rainy hours when we needed to stay inside. However, there are some issues with the property (grass too high, my kids couldn't enjoy it, some wobbly taps, not a great attention to details in general). for what we paid I expected a perfectly maintained property, there were some faults and some aspects that I didn't like. being an old villa, you can hear every movement from the people living upstairs - if you are a light sleeper like me, bring earplugs. for the price we paid, we expected a lot more
