En hiver, les pistes de ski se trouvent à seulement 300 mètres. Au printemps et en été, de superbes sentiers de randonnée et de VTT vous attendent à deux pas. Idéal pour les familles ou les groupes d'amis en quête d'une escapade active. Au rez-de-chaussée, cet appartement coloré dispose d'un espace de vie ouvert et chaleureux, avec un canapé confortable, une smart TV et une table à manger ronde. Une porte vitrée donne sur un balcon privé, d'où les hôtes peuvent profiter du paysage montagneux. La kitchenette séparée, attenante au salon, est équipée d'une plaque de cuisson, d'un four, d'un réfrigérateur et d'un lave-vaisselle. Chambres Chambre 1 : Cette chambre est équipée d'un lit superposé et d'une armoire (lit de 1,8 m de long). Chambre 2 : La deuxième chambre dispose également d'un lit superposé, d'une armoire et d'une porte vitrée donnant sur le balcon. En plus : Le canapé du salon se transforme en lit double. La pièce offre également de nombreux rangements. Salle de bains Il y a une salle de bains indépendante avec douche, lavabo, WC et bidet. Plus un WC et un lavabo supplémentaires. En hiver, outre le ski et le snowboard, les hôtes peuvent pratiquer le ski de fond, l'héliski, le patin à glace, la motoneige, le traîneau à chiens et la raquette. Pendant les mois d'été, Sestrières et ses environs offrent aux visiteurs un riche programme d'animations et d'événements culturels et sportifs pour adultes et enfants. Pour la randonnée, la Valle Argentera se trouve à 10 minutes en voiture et le Parco Naturale Val Troncea à 20 minutes. Le Sestriere Golf Club est à seulement 8 minutes à pied et la piscine en plein air à seulement 6 minutes à pied. L'aéroport de Turin est à 1 heure et 30 minutes de l'appartement.

A localização não batia certo , deram o nº. 8 e era o 6. na porta não havia qualquer indicação. Os tapetes da sala tinham terra da rua e cabelos, foi necessário aspirar. Num apartamento para 6 pessoas havia uma minúscula cafeteira de café que só dava para 1 de cada vez. Havia talheres , pratos e copos sujos, foi necessário lavar a loiça antes de usar. Facas de cozinha poucas e não cortavam. Não havia uma torradeira. O projector entre os beliches do quarto maior estava partido, não dava luz. WCs e restante espaço estava em condições
