Wir haben zu viert (2 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager) in der Unterkunft gewohnt. Es war alles bestens organisiert- angefangen mit der gut bebilderten Anleitung (wo man den Schlüssel abholen kann, wie man zur Unterkunft gelangt und was alles zu beachten ist), über die Ausstattung der Wohnung bis hin zur Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war sehr ordentlich und sauber, mitten in einer kleinen und ruhigen Wohnsiedlung. Die Altstadt ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso ein kleiner Supermarkt und eine Konditorei. Wir können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

I consider my stay at Riva\'s Garden Home to be a success. The apartment met all our expectations and had a beautiful view of the mountains from the garden. The apartment is in a good location, close to the town center, beaches, and local shops, and is also a good base for trips to other towns such as Limone sul Garda, Torbole, and Malcesine. The apartment is managed by a rental agency which quickly answered my question. The bed are pretty hard (but I think it's better than the opposite). In the kitchen a cutting board and a sharper knife would be great. Otherwise we had everything we needed. There are a few parking spots inside the lot, but it's on the first come first serve basis. If it's full, you'll need to find something outside.

L’alloggio si trova in una posizione strategica, a soli cinque minuti a piedi dal centro città. Presenta un elevato standard di pulizia ed è dotato di un letto matrimoniale e un letto ad 1 piazza e mezza. Unica nota negativa, il malfunzionamento del sistema di riscaldamento. Ci aspettavamo che tale impianto fosse sottoposto a verifica prima della messa a disposizione dell’immobile. L’host ha dimostrato grande disponibilità, intervenendo prontamente per accertare il problema e procedendo al rimborso di una parte del costo dell’alloggio. Per il resto tutto ottimo.

Had a great time in Riva del Garda. The flat was in a very convenient location to access the town. Easily walkable to restaurants and the lake. Clean and good facilities. In the middle of August it's a shame there's no air conditioning - the fans provided struggle to keep the temperature down over night.

Pros: This apartment is exactly as advertised. It’s a little tricky to find & get in to, but the host provided extensive instructions which made it a lot better. It’s quiet and peaceful, but still relatively close to the old town. The bathroom and kitchen are new; they’re not huge but very practical. Cons (depending on your point of view): There’s no AC, so in mid-summer it was hot inside. Fans are provided and there are screens on the windows to keep the mosquitoes out, but the garden would only be usable in cooler weather. It’s a fairly long walk to a swimmable beach so if that’s a priority for your stay, you might want to look elsewhere. Overall a nice place at a reasonable price, especially if the drawbacks above don’t bother you.

Een fijn appartement op de begane grond met omheinde prive tuin fijn voor onze hond. Het heeft een ruime keuken-en woonkamer en een schone moderne badkamer. Er zijn twee aparte slaapkamers met genoeg opbergruimte. Het appartement heeft geen airco maar inmiddels wel 3 ventilatoren ter beschikking. Het heeft een privé parkeergelegenheid. De ligging van het appartement ten opzichte van het centrum en het meer is super.
