Au cœur de Bari, Ravanas 314 est un appartement moderne pour 4 personnes situé au rez-de-chaussée. Il constitue un point de départ idéal pour les amis ou la famille qui souhaitent explorer cette ville fascinante. L'espace de vie ouvert est meublé avec des éléments contemporains, notamment un canapé, une télévision à écran plat, une table à manger pour 4 personnes et une cuisine équipée. La cuisine est bien équipée avec une plaque de cuisson à induction, un four, un micro-ondes, une bouilloire, une machine à café Dolcegusto et un réfrigérateur. Des portes-fenêtres mènent du salon à une cour intérieure où vous pourrez prendre votre petit déjeuner ou un verre en plein air. Couchage Chambre à coucher : La chambre principale est spacieuse et dispose d'un lit double, d'une penderie ouverte et de portes-fenêtres donnant sur la cour intérieure. Supplémentaire : Le canapé du salon se transforme en lit double (les matelas sont simples et seul le cadre du lit est joint), d'un accès à la terrasse et d'un climatiseur. Salle de bains La salle de bains séparée est équipée d'une douche, d'un lavabo et d'un WC. En plus - Wifi gratuit - Terrasse - Salon et salle à manger extérieurs - Smart TV - Climatisation - Bibliothèque - Sèche-cheveux - Détecteur de CO - Extincteur - Parking public (gratuit et payant) une voiture est recommandée - Animaux domestiques possibles sur demande - Accueil des enfants - Arrivée à partir de 16h00, départ avant 10h00 - Dépôt de garantie de 200 € pour les groupes de moins de 21 ans. Situation Situé dans une rue calme, l'appartement est proche du cœur de Bari, la capitale des Pouilles. Bari est surtout connue pour son port animé, mais son histoire est fascinante. Deux quartiers différents de la ville méritent d'être explorés. Bari Vecchia (la vieille ville) est à 20 minutes de marche de l'appartement et le Murat (10 minutes). Promenez-vous dans les rues étroites et goûtez à la délicieuse cuisine locale. Si vous êtes tenté de recréer les plats locaux chez vous, l'appartement se trouve en face de l'excellent marché couvert. Le marché aux poissons, qui se tient tous les jours sur l'élégant front de mer (Lungomare) et où les pêcheurs vendent leurs prises directement depuis leurs bateaux, est un autre lieu à ne pas manquer. Bari compte de nombreux autres marchés, notamment le marché aux puces du lundi matin dans la Via Napoli, où vous trouverez de l'artisanat, des textiles et d'intéressants articles d'artisanat. Si vous souhaitez explorer les Pouilles, la ville d'Alberobello (1 heure) est incontournable. Ce site classé au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO est célèbre pour ses Trulli. Polignano a Mare (35 minutes) offre d'excellentes possibilités de plongée avec tuba et Monopoli (40 minutes) est connue pour ses charmantes rues sinueuses blanchies à la chaux et son ancien port. La gare centrale de Bari se trouve à 16 minutes de marche de l'appartement. L'aéroport de Bari se trouve à 20 minutes.

Kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo łatwy i dobry. Apartament czysty i zadbany. Wszystko było wporządku. Lokalizacja apartamentu super. Blisko do dworca i na starówkę pieszo. Czuliśmy się bezpiecznie nawet wracąc w nocy do apartamentu. Nie było żadnych hałasów z podwórka ani od sąsiadów. Cisza i spokój w nocy. Nie włączaliśmy ogrzewania to nie wiem jak w miesiącach zimnych. Mało miejsca pod prysznicem ale dla nas ok. Apartament przestronny i wygodny.

muy amable Harold!!! nos mantuvimos en contacto y siempre con buena disponibilidad. El dpto esta muy bien ubicado y enfrente existe un mercado donde hay siempre lugar para dejar el coche a un precio muy economico. gracias

Още в началото ни направи добро впечатление в посрещането. Много приветлив стопанин, точно на врече и дружелюбен! Откликваше на всяка една наша молба и въпрос, за което сме му благодарни! Друго предимство в този апартамент е, че е голям и просторен! Много удобно легла и като цяло е уютен! Локацията на апартамента е много добра, намира се на пешеходно разстояние от главния център с магазини, заведения и в близост до Стария град! Хубавото е, че се намира в непосредствена близост до свободна зона за паркиране, стига да си намерите такова място!
