Située au calme au premier étage d'un immeuble moderne de trois étages, la propriété dispose d'un salon spacieux et lumineux qui s'ouvre sur un balcon privé. Cet espace clair et aéré intègre la cuisine et est confortablement meublé avec deux canapés, une table à manger et une grande télévision HD à écran plat. La cuisine moderne est équipée d'une machine à café Nespresso, d'une plaque à induction, d'un four, d'un micro-ondes, d'un lave-vaisselle et d'un réfrigérateur-congélateur. Chambres Chambre 1 : La chambre principale est meublée d'un lit double, d'un bureau et d'une armoire. Cette chambre dispose de la climatisation et d'un accès à un balcon privé. Chambre 2 : La deuxième chambre dispose également de la climatisation et est meublée d'un lit double, d'un bureau et d'une armoire. Pour la culture, les visiteurs peuvent se rendre à la Villa Masséna, au musée d'art et d'histoire, le Musée des Beaux-Arts de Nice (tous deux à 10 minutes à pied) ou prendre la voiture pour se rendre au Musée Matisse, au Musée national Marc Chagall ou au Musée d'art moderne et contemporain (MAMAC), situés à 10 minutes en voiture. Les clients peuvent également visiter l'emblématique place Masséna et le Vieux-Nice (la vieille ville), tous deux situés à environ 20 minutes à pied. Plusieurs restaurants se trouvent à 5-10 minutes à pied et un supermarché à moins d'une minute à pied. Pour des produits locaux, les visiteurs peuvent se rendre au marché du Cours Saleya (à 12 minutes en voiture ou 30 minutes à pied le long de la Promenade des Anglais), au cœur du dédale de bâtiments colorés, de boutiques d'artisanat et de restaurants traditionnels de la vieille ville. Le tramway se trouve à moins de 10 minutes à pied de l'appartement. De là, les visiteurs peuvent rejoindre l'aéroport de Nice Côte d'Azur en moins de 20 minutes (10 minutes en voiture).

We really enjoyed our stay in Nice. The accommodation was in a great location — close to both the beach and the main sights. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We recommend that future guests arrange the number of blankets in advance according to the number of people staying.

When we stayed in Nice, we truly loved this spacious, bright apartment equipped with absolutely everything we could need. Every detail was thought through to the smallest touch — the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with a convenient parking space and just an 800–900-meter walk to the sea. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the entire place was immaculately clean with all-new furnishings and appliances. Our stay was wonderful — the apartment had all the devices you could wish for, including an air fryer, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, and even a bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge. This was simply a superb holiday, and we can’t recommend this place enough!

The apartment was in pristine condition, clean and very comfortable. Air con worked perfectly, furniture was stylish, situation was very quiet and although we didn't use the kitchen, it was very well equipped. Comfortable beds. It would have been easier if the key had been available at the apartment rather than at another location as we arrived quite late from our UK flight.

I liked that there was a washing machine, and a dishwasher—though we had to buy our own capsules, it was pretty convenient. The kitchen had coffee, sugar, tea, pots, cups, and a frying pan, but we also had to buy oil and basic salt. The location wasn’t bad; I liked that the room was spacious and had a bedroom. It would be ideal for a family.

Про заселение/выселение: пишут постоянно с разных номеров, инструкции не понятные, требуют за ключами заезжать в офис, что не удобно. Точно так же и при выезде Спальных мест меньше чем ожидалось. Вторая кровать на самом деле односпальная. Расположение: до пляжа минут 15. Квартира находится на холме, не очень удобно добираться пешком В целом чистая светлая, но неадекватно дорого для такого расположения
