Le Middle Apartment Vernazza est un charmant appartement au rez-de-chaussée auquel on accède par une passerelle qui enjambe un ruisseau. Il offre une retraite paisible aux amis et à la famille à tout moment de l'année. La propriété se trouve dans la jolie ville de Vernazza, l'un des célèbres villages des Cinque Terre. Au cœur du réseau de randonnées côtières, elle constitue un point de départ idéal pour explorer cette magnifique côte et la campagne préservée des environs. L'appartement se compose d'un salon ensoleillé avec un canapé et un fauteuil, à côté d'une salle à manger spacieuse. La salle à manger dispose d'une table ancienne avec des chaises et un banc, ainsi que d'une belle armoire. La cuisine moderne séparée est bien équipée avec une plaque de cuisson, un four, une machine à café et un réfrigérateur/congélateur. Couchage Chambre à coucher : La chambre principale aérée est équipée d'un lit double, d'un fauteuil et d'une commode ancienne pour le rangement. En plus : Le canapé du salon se transforme en un confortable lit double. Salle de bains La salle de bains carrelée et lumineuse est équipée d'une douche en verre, d'un lavabo, d'un bidet et d'un WC. En plus - Wifi gratuit - Ventilateur - Télévision à écran plat - Détecteurs de fumée et de CO - Extincteur - Sèche-cheveux - Accueil des enfants - Parking public payant - voiture non nécessaire - Arrivée à partir de 16h00, Départ avant 10h00 - Dépôt de garantie de 1 000 € pour les groupes de moins de 21 ans. Situation Vernazza est connu comme l'un des plus jolis villages d'Italie, avec ses maisons peintes de couleurs vives et son port de pêche traditionnel. Il y a une petite plage de sable (5 minutes à pied) et la plupart des bars et restaurants de la ville sont concentrés sur le front de mer. Loin de la plage, les visiteurs trouveront des randonnées spectaculaires le long du Sentiero Azzuro, qui relie les cinq villes de Cinque Terre. Il existe également un service régulier de ferry le long de la côte et un service de train. La gare de Vernazza se trouve à une minute de marche de l'appartement. Pour l'auto-apprentissage, il y a un marché hebdomadaire (mardi matin) où vous pouvez trouver les meilleurs produits locaux. Pour les besoins quotidiens, il y a un supermarché dans la ville (1 minute) et de plus petits magasins spécialisés dans le poisson, le vin et la charcuterie. L'aéroport international de Pise se trouve à 1 heure et 35 minutes et l'aéroport international de Gênes à 1 heure et 45 minutes de route de l'appartement.

The apartment was very clean and cozy! Great communication before and during our stay with clear cut instructions for check-in. The location for us was perfect as short walk to everything from that end of town. Loved being so close to the train station. We plan to come back and spend more time exploring/hiking Cinque Terre and hope to stay here again!

Close to the Railway Station, laundrette and easy walking distance to the centre of Vernazza. Very comfortable.

I highly recommend it! The apartments (middle and yard) are clean, nice, and well-located. The beds are comfortable too. Each apartment has a hairdryer, as well as a cooker, a fridge, and a kettle. We found our stay here very satisfying and comfortable.

Great and quiet location just outside the noisy and tourist filled streets of Vernazza. Beautifully furnished and fully functional apartment. Nice breeze and no need for aircon. Great follow up service, they satisfied a few additional requests we asked for with professionalism and kindness. We stayed with our small daughter and it totally worked.

A fantastically located apartment right on the road, but on the quieter side of town. It is 2 minutes walk from the train station and 5 from the central piazza, with no flights of stairs. It was so convenient to pop in and out with our baby/pram throughout the day. The middle apartment is very clean and spacious, with a lovely little kitchen. The river noise is lovely and makes the apartment feel even more secluded. The flat was so perfect for us that we extended our stay by several days to fully enjoy the cinque terra.

Make sure you read the description. It is listed as a 2 bedroom, but if you read the description it mentions that the living room doubles as the 2nd bedroom. Accurately mentions that there is no Air Conditioning, be aware that the place holds the heat and does not cool off much if you are visiting during the summer (specifically with a young child). Beautiful location and nice space overall

A parte l' inizio con l'host Corrado un po' problematico, non siamo riusciti a farci dare due risposte molto semplici: se potevamo lasciare i bagagli prima dell' ora di check-in e dove potevamo parcheggiare l'auto. Lo abbiamo trovato poco collaborativo . Poi però al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato disponibilità assoluta dai suoi collaboratori. L'appartamento è come nelle foto, ottima posizione per visitare Vernazza e le 5 Terre, risulta umido perché posto accanto ad un torrente. Manca tanto la presenza di un armadio. molto comodo il parcheggio a 1km sopra Vernazza anche se la strada per arrivarci è veramente stretta! ma fattibile!!
