Un appartement récemment construit dans un bâtiment de style rustique - un bel exemple de l'architecture italienne traditionnelle. Il est situé dans la petite ville de Pianello del Lario, à 15 minutes de la ville populaire de Menaggio. C'est un endroit idéal pour profiter de belles vues panoramiques sur le lac et les montagnes. Il dispose de deux chambres pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes, d'une salle de bains, d'une cuisine ouverte, d'un salon ouvert avec cheminée et d'une terrasse offrant une vue spectaculaire sur le lac. HORAIRES D'OUVERTURE DE LA PISCINE ~ 1er juin - 30 septembre La résidence exclusive dispose d'un garage privé pour les clients et d'une piscine extérieure commune, idéale pour se détendre pendant la journée entre les activités et les visites du lac de Côme. Un parking public gratuit est disponible juste devant l'appartement. Pianello del Lario est un endroit idéal pour ceux qui souhaitent profiter du calme et de la beauté de la région. Les plages publiques les plus proches se trouvent à Pianello del Lario, Domaso et Cremia, où vous pourrez faire de la planche à voile. La ville de Dongo se trouve à 2 km, Cremia à 4 km et Menaggio à 10 km.

We stayed for several nights in July, Mostly for Hiking around the Como lake. The house located on wonderful lake view place, the house was clean and equipped with the needed facilities for breakfast and dinner. Far from the city noise .

Zwembad, uitzicht, appartement compleet, goed ingericht. Genoeg ruimte. Was het geld wel waard. Minpunten waren, dat er geen airco is, je dreef het appartement uit. Lijkt verwend, maar in die temperaturen is airco echt geen luxe meer. Verder zou het fijn zijn, als er n paar horren goor de ramen waren geweest. In de avonden stikte het van de wanden, heel vies. Om die buiten te houden moesten alle ramen en deuren potdicht, met 35 graden niet te doen...

The place is beautiful and the host gave us a lovely welcome hamper. It is perfect if you have a car as it is a 30 minute walk up the hill if you have kids or older people in the group. Only hiccup we had was the clothes washing machine not working, otherwise the place was great and the views amazing!

- Die ruhige Lage über dem See und sehr schöne Aussicht mit Morgensonne - Die Kommunikation war gut und schnell - Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht - Das Bad ist dringend renovationsbedürftig ( veraltet). - Die Küche ist nicht im guten Zustand. -Das Geschirr ist teilweise angebrochen und angeschlagen. - Die Wohnung war nicht sauber genug An vielen Orten waren Spinnennetze , Staub und Ameisen. Das Reinigungsgebühr in der Höhe von CHF 209 finden wir extrem hoch für das kleine Appartament im Verhältnis zur Gesamtmiete.
