Ce havre de paix contemporain est situé au 2e étage (sans ascenseur) d'un immeuble moderne de trois étages. La propriété bénéficie d'un jardin commun et d'un balcon ensoleillé, idéal pour les repas en plein air.
À l'intérieur, le salon baigné de lumière est meublé d'un confortable canapé-lit en L, d'une table à manger et d'une télévision HD à écran plat connectée. La cuisine séparée est entièrement équipée d'une plaque de cuisson, d'un four, d'un lave-vaisselle et d'un réfrigérateur-congélateur.

Situation
L'appartement Matta est situé au calme dans un quartier résidentiel de Sirmione, à 300 mètres de la rive sud du lac de Garde. Cette station balnéaire très prisée s'étend sur une étroite péninsule qui s'avance dans le lac et est réputée pour son patrimoine culturel et sa beauté naturelle. Parmi les sites populaires, on peut citer : le Castello Scaligero du XIIIe siècle (à 10 minutes en voiture), les vestiges des Grotte di Catullo, une villa romaine à l'extrémité de la péninsule (à 15 minutes en voiture) et les sources thermales Terme di Catullo (à 13 minutes en voiture).
Pour les journées à la plage, les clients peuvent se rendre aux eaux cristallines de Jamaica Beach à la pointe de la péninsule, à la Spiaggia Lido delle Bionde (toutes deux à 15 minutes en voiture) ou à la Spiaggia Lido di Lugana Sirmione (à 5 minutes en voiture / 20 minutes à pied).
Pour ceux qui souhaitent cuisiner, le marché fermier de Sirmione a lieu le mercredi matin sur la Piazza Virgilio (à 5 minutes à pied). C'est l'endroit idéal pour se procurer les meilleurs produits locaux. Vous trouverez également un restaurant et un supermarché à moins de 5 minutes à pied de l'appartement.
Les visiteurs de tous âges peuvent passer une journée divertissante dans l'un des parcs d'attractions voisins, Gardaland et Movieland, tous deux à 20 minutes en voiture. Vous trouverez également plusieurs centres de location de bateaux et écoles de planche à voile à proximité.
L'aéroport international le plus proche est celui de Vérone Villafranca (VRN), situé à environ 35 minutes en voiture.
Malheureusement, les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas admis dans cet établissement.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral. Sie entspricht der Beschreibung. Supermarkt und Bäcker direkt um die Ecke. Wir haben gut geschlafen und es war nachts sehr ruhig. Wir durften auch schon früher einchecken. Wir hatten zweimal Kontakt zu Manuela und sie war immer gut zu erreichen und hat schnell geantwortet und mit uns eine Lösung gefunden.

Absolut Wertig. Wir wollten etwas außerhalb sein um auch mal unsere Ruhe zu haben. Genau das ist hier gegeben. Man ist dennoch in 10-15min im Kern des Getümmels. Die Unterkunft selbst kann ich nur empfehlen. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Eine Grundsätzliche Ausstattung ist vorhanden. Im Umkreis von 5min zu Fuß sind zwei Supermärkte, ein Drogeriemarkt und ein Bäcker. Der Stellplatz ist selbst für sehr große Autos geeignet und ist auch noch im gesicherten Gelände.

Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold i leiligheten! Leiligheten lå i et godt og trygt område, med massevis av butikker, kaféer og restauranter rett i nærheten. Det var også kort vei til stranden – bare 8–10 minutters gange, noe som var helt perfekt. Alt var rent, pent og som forventet. Vi satte pris på den gode beliggenheten og at alt vi trengte var i nærheten. Den eneste ulempen var innsjekk- og utsjekkstidene. Innsjekk etter kl. 16 og utsjekk før kl. 10 gjorde det litt upraktisk – spesielt når man må vente ute i 30 varmegrader med bagasje. Det kunne vært løst med litt mer fleksibilitet eller et sted å oppbevare bagasjen. Alt i alt et flott sted som vi gjerne kommer tilbake til!

Apartment Matta ist sehr schön alles neu und Gute Lage. Wir haben uns sehr gut eingelebt. Es müssen noch die Spiegel befestigt werden weil nur so hingestellt ist Riskant wenn Kinder dabei sind.Ansonsten alles Top.

Schönes Appartment mit guter Ausstattung. Große geräumige Zimmer die klimatisiert sind. Die Lage ist super und in 5 Gehminuten ist man am Strand. Die Vermieter sind nett und bemüht. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus im 3.Stock. Alle Mieter sind freundlich und aufmerksam. Eine Filtermaschiene für Kaffee wäre sehr vom Vorteil, da es für die Bosch Kapselmaschine nirgends die passenden Kapseln zu kaufen gibt. Wer also gern einen Kaffee trinken möchte sollte sich vorab die Kapseln mitbringen.

It has a great location, close to the beaches, supermarkets and good restaurants. It’s a clean and comfortable flat. Met our expectations. The only problem was cleaning, since we stayed more than 10 days needed to clean the floor but missed the vacuum cleaner.

On arrival shower did not work, due to national holiday , happy rentals unable to get it repaired until the following week. We were moved to another apartment. The new apartment was fabulous & management company staff ( Manuela & her son?) were excellent & ensured everything was fixed for us asap & we could start our holiday.
