Emplacement
Cet appartement à flanc de colline est situé dans un quartier très calme, à environ 6 minutes de la plage la plus proche. Pour le plus grand plaisir des golfeurs, ce luxueux appartement de vacances se trouve à moins de 500 mètres du parcours de golf le plus proche. Un restaurant et un supermarché sont également accessibles à pied. Avec un littoral de 21 kilomètres, la région regorge de plages bien entretenues dotées de chiringuitos et d’une promenade où vous pourrez profiter de vues panoramiques tout en dégustant des fruits de mer fraîchement préparés.
Autrefois village de pêcheurs, Estepona est aujourd’hui une destination touristique bien développée qui a su préserver ses racines andalouses et constitue un véritable joyau caché par rapport à ses célèbres voisines comme Marbella et Fuengirola. C’est une destination idéale pour découvrir la culture espagnole : les touristes y trouveront des maisons blanchies à la chaux aux balcons décorés, des rues pavées, des cafés pittoresques, des boutiques de souvenirs et des restaurants, notamment dans le centre historique (à 16 minutes). Le port de plaisance, construit sur l’ancien port de pêche, est bordé de restaurants et de bars servant des fruits de mer frais et de la paella. On y trouve également des boutiques ainsi que des boîtes de nuit et des discothèques très prisées.
Il y a également quelques parcs et musées qui méritent le détour. Pour des excursions d’une journée, les visiteurs peuvent se rendre en voiture à Marbella (23 minutes), Puerto Banús (15 minutes), Fuengirola (39 minutes) et Mijas Costa (42 minutes). ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, hochwertig ausgestattet, absolut sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die gesamte Wohnanlage überzeugt durch ihre Ruhe und den hervorragenden Zustand. Ein Highlight waren für uns die drei Terrassen mit gepflegten, hochwertigen Möbeln und einem traumhaften Blick bis nach Gibraltar. Ein dickes Plus war außerdem der blitzsaubere Weber-Grill, der keine Wünsche offenlässt. Ein großes Dankeschön an Anna und ihr Team für die hervorragende Betreuung. Als der Abfluss im Bad nicht einwandfrei funktionierte, wurde uns sofort und unkompliziert geholfen – ein Service, der nicht selbstverständlich ist. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen garantiert wieder. Klare Empfehlung! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Een super mooi appartement met mooi uitzicht. Wij hebben hier een maandje in mogen verblijven. Heel fijn dat er meerdere balkons waren. We hebben een hele leuke tijd gehad. Zeker een aanrader!

The apartment was beautiful in a very pretty complex. . Very spacious and well-equipped. It was sparkling clean and communication with the manager was 5 star . One of the best rentals we’ve had!

My wife and sister stayed in this apartment from 26th sept - 11th oct. The apartment is beautiful with a beautiful view day and night. The balcony's are very comfortable. The bedrooms is very comfortable. Good air conditioning too. Wi-Fi works perfect. Parking is very safe and our car was always cool to drive once in the underground car park. The site is very clean and enjoyable to walk around. The pool was open up to the end of September. The maintenance workers were very friendly especially Jorge. Plenty of restaurants with reasonable prices. Lot's of supermarkets. Plenty of beeches and nice walks along the cost. Beautiful views. People were very courteous. Anna is a brilliant host. She was very welcoming and supportive during out stay. My wife needed medical treatment for an insect bite. Anna sent us the nearest hospital details and pharmacy. Everything worked out well. Our stay in our apartment was very comfortable, enjoyable and very relaxing. We definitely love Spain. Thanks

Bairro muito bonito e calmo, precisa de carro para deslocações. Moradia de 2 andares, com 3 terraços. Excelente para uma família de 4. Cozinha tem tudo para preparar refeições, grelhador eléctrico e espaço exterior para ter bons momentos em família. Camas confortáveis, tudo muito limpo e bem conservado. Adoramos! É um lugar para desfrutar em pleno as férias.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer gepflegten Anlage! Wir haben schöne&ruhige Tage gehabt. Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet mit schöne Terassen zum Verweilen, gemütliche Betten und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Unterkunft war noch besser als auf den Bildern! Es handelt sich um eine Maisonettewohnung mit drei Terassen und wunderschönem Ausblick auf Gibraltar & Afrika, die in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft liegt. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, es gibt 24/7 Sicherheitspersonal und auch ein Bademeister ist vor Ort. In der Unterkunft hat es an nichts gefehlt, die Küche war mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, es war makellos sauber und funktional & modern eingerichtet. Man benötigt einen Mietwagen, damit ist man innerhalb weniger Minuten an einem Fitness-/Padelplatz und einem schönen Frühstückscafé. Estepona ist nur 10 min entfernt und Marbella ca 15 Minuten, um die Gegend zu erkunden ist es perfekt. Die Kommunikation war schnell und unkompliziert und die Wohnung war in beiden Etagen mit High Speed WLAN versorgt. Wir hätten uns keinen bessere Ort für vier Wochen vorstellen können!

It’s very rare you check in to an Airbnb and it is much better than you expected Excellent property excellent host excellent communication Unfortunately the pool was closed during my stay but out of there control I guess Also if you plan on renting a car make sure you are a confident Parker as underground car park is hard to manoeuvre

Kanon fint boende som passade oss perfekt! Väldigt fräscht och precis enligt våra förväntningar. Rekommenderar! Det enda man skall ha i åtanke är att poolen öppnar 12:30 och det fanns inte så många solstolar, men i övrigt en fräsch och fin pool.

Schöne geräumige Wohnung! Obere Etage mit Bad Schlafzimmer und 2 Balkone(gute Privatsphäre wenn man zu 4 Urlaub macht.Die Matratzen sind sehr hart. Man braucht definitiv ein Auto, keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Tolle Strände und schöne Umgebung.
