Situation
La propriété est idéalement située à proximité du centre animé de Stresa au bord du lac (à 9 minutes en voiture), où les hôtes trouveront des bateaux d’excursion pour se rendre aux îles Borromées, et à 6 minutes en voiture de la « Passegiata Lungo Lago », la pittoresque promenade au bord du lac. Parmi les autres attractions à proximité, citons les jardins luxuriants de la Villa Pallavicino et la plage principale de Stresa, tous deux situés à environ 4 minutes en voiture. Pour les amateurs de golf, le Golf Club Alpino di Stresa et le Golf Des Iles Borromees sont tous deux accessibles en 13 minutes en voiture.
Les amateurs de plein air apprécieront le mont Mottarone situé à proximité (à 35 minutes en voiture), qui offre une vue panoramique sur le lac. C’est la destination idéale pour faire de la randonnée pendant les mois les plus chauds et du ski en hiver. Le téléphérique Mottarone-Alpino de Stresa (à 9 minutes en voiture) propose également un trajet divertissant et pittoresque en trois étapes jusqu’au sommet du Mottarone.
Le lac de Varèse, le lac de Monate et le lac de Lugano sont également facilement accessibles en voiture, tout comme le centre-ville de Milan (accessible en train en moins de 50 minutes). L’aéroport international le plus proche est celui de Milan-Malpensa (MXP), situé à environ 40 minutes en voiture du logement.

This is a beautiful apartment with stunning views- the photos are accurate and it really is a great place. It’s spacious and comfortable. The pool is a real bonus. Really good place to stay with kids as there is loads to do in the local area. It’s a fairly long walk from Stresa so you need a car to stay here and the drive to it is a bit of a challenge if you have a large car as the road is narrow.

Wij hebben een fantastische tijd gehad! Het appartement was brandschoon, volledig ingericht en het uitzicht over het Lago Maggiore was werkelijk adembenemend. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Het zwembad was heerlijk om even af te koelen en we hebben ook leuk contact gehad met zowel een aantal andere bewoners als met eigenaresse. Dankzij hen kregen we zelfs nog een geweldige tip voor een lokaal restaurant (Oriental Express -> echt een aanrader😊). Voor ons was dit verblijf echt genieten van begin tot eind!

We had a wonderful stay, enjoyed the apartment very much. It was comfortable for our family with young children, well equipped, and we enjoyed the panoramic view every day. The pool is lovely, and we only had to drive for 4 minutes to get to the lake beach. The welcome bottle prosecco was very kind!

We had an amazing stay at Francesca's place. The apartment is tastefully decorated, in perfect condition, and boasted incredible views of the lake. It is just a few minutes drive from Stresa, which suited us great as we prefered to be just out of the town to enjoy the peace. Highly recommend staying here, and would love to go back!

Super Wohnung, schön eingerichtet! Wunderbarer Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore. Aber die Anreise zur Unterkunft ist mit einem großen SUV teilweise schwierig, aber es geht!:) Es hätte auch etwas sauberer sein können bspw. auf dem Balkon. Die Betten sind in Ordnung & die Wohnung ist modern und wirklich schön. Wunderschöne Aussicht, aber der Zug fährt 1 x die Stunde ca. entlang.

Le logement était très bien, la cuisine bien équipé et plutôt grand pour notre famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants de 3 et 6 ans). Il est très proche de Stressa ce qui est super pratique pour les visites ! Cependant la piscine manque un peu d’entretien et par ailleurs il y a quand même pas mal de train qui passe dans la journée et la soirée.

Regarding the swimming pool, it is a shared facility, and all guests are entitled to use it in accordance with the applicable rules. We regret that your interactions with other residents were not always pleasant. As for the toilet paper, please note that, as a holiday home, we provide an initial supply of rolls upon arrival, while any additional supplies required during the stay are the guests' responsibility.
