This place was wonderful with all the restaurants and nearby beaches! Palau Port is less than a half hour drive. I highly recommend one of the all day boat tours of La Maddalena. There are lots of great restaurants that are walking distance or a short drive. Mama's Trattoria Pizzeria was our favorite! Get the Mediterranean pizza, pistachio tiramisu, and cheesecake. The best we've ever had! The check-in process was very easy. The walk through videos were helpful and getting the key from the lock box was great. The team was very responsive to questions and making sure we had all the information we needed to get in and understand the place. The shower started leaking and the owner came and fixed it the next day. I was amazed how fast this was addressed since multiple parts had to be replaced. The owners live there and are very nice people. They only spoke Italian but we understood well enough. The hot tub was broken but they let us use the pool (which was great). Highly recommend!

Ottima casa vicino alla spiaggia (200 m). Camere e bagno spaziosi. Comunicazione amichevole tramite WhatsApp, molto utile. L'unico inconveniente è stato il primo messaggio tramite Agoda. Ti veniva chiesto di registrarti tramite un link che non veniva visualizzato (bloccato da Agoda per motivi di sicurezza), con la minaccia (o almeno così sembrava nell'email) che se non lo avessi fatto, non saresti stato ammesso. La carta di credito era già stata addebitata. All'inizio, sembrava un tentativo di frode. Alla fine tutto è stato chiarito. Happy Rentals dovrebbe migliorare la situazione. È stata una giornata di tensione finché siamo arrivati.

Alloggio ben organizzato e con ampi spazi, sia interni che esterni. Molto apprezzato l\'accesso privato alla spiaggia, accessibile anche agli amici a 4 zampe. Posizione perfetta, comoda a tutti i servizi, facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Locale pulito ed ordinato, dotato di tutti i comfort ed elettrodomestici.

We stayed here during our trip to Sardinia. The location was very convenient — well-connected to nearby towns, with restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The host was communicative, responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The property was clean and provided all the essentials we needed. A big plus was the direct access to a nearly empty beach. While the beach itself isn’t the most scenic compared to Sardinia’s famous spots, it offered peace and privacy away from the crowds. One thing that surprised us: we believed we were booking the entire house, but in fact the unit is the basement level of the house, with the owners staying on the property above. This wasn’t clearly indicated in the listing. It didn’t cause major issues, but had we known beforehand, we might have chosen differently.
