Wir waren als Familie mit 2 erwachsenen Kindern für ein paar Tage in Lugano. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Sie entsprach vollkommen unseren Erwartungen. Durch ihre zentrale, aber trotzdem ruhige Lage war sie idealer Ausgangspunkt für unsere Unternehmungen. Ein großer Vorzug war auch die zugehörige Tiefgarage, da wir mit dem Auto angereist sind und Parkplätze in Lugano rar sind. Vom Balkon aus hatte man einen guten Blick auf Lugano, den See und im Hintergrund waren die Alpen zu sehen. Vor unserer Anreise erhielten wir von HAPPY.RENTALS alle notwendigen Informationen - vielen Dank an das Team! Die Wohnung können wir definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Perhaps this was just one of the dozens of apartments we have stayed in over the years, but the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the apartment, its outstanding location, the fair price, the convenient parking, the well-equipped facilities, and the way the team promptly attended to our requests made this apartment truly one of the finest places we have ever reserved. We have traveled all over the world, yet this apartment and its owners left us with a remarkably positive impression. We paid nothing extra, everything was exactly as promised, and we felt very well taken care of. I strongly recommend this place to others, and we are sincerely grateful to the owners—even though we have never met them personally and only communicated through the helpful staff who assisted us whenever needed. Great location, 20min walk from city center, the appartment is not on a hill. Parking space in the garage. Although not specifically said in the description, the appartment has free high speed wifi.

Clean, kitchen well equipped, shower was nice, quiet location. Washing machine was a big plus.

Ottima posizione, casa comoda e confortevole, bella zona, unico neo una leggere puzza di scarico nel bagno. Bisogna tenere l’aeratore sempre acceso. In complesso una buona esperienza.
