Helle und freundliche Wohnung mit guter Küchenausstattung.

Ich war mit meinen zwei Kindern in dieser Wohnung. Sie war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Tiefgarage ist ein Segen, auch die Waschmaschine, die man nutzen darf. In der Küche ist alles Erforderliche vorhanden, um zu kochen oder Vesper zu richten. Die Terrasse ist mega süß und der Ausblick wunderschön. Ich persönlich habe in dem Bettsofa geschlafen. Es ist jetzt kein Luxusbett, aber für die Tage gut auszuhalten. Die Lage ist ein Traum, 10 min Fußweg zum See und maximal weitere 10 Min in das Zentrum. Supermärkte gibt es sehr viele fußläufig (Denner/Micros/Lidl). Restaurants hat es auch einige fußläufig. Man kommt zu Fuß auch zur Funicolare, die einen zum Monte Brè fährt. Man ist eine Stunde von Mailand entfernt. Meine Kinder und ich waren mit der Wohnung und mit der Ausstattung und mit der Lage mega zufrieden. Wir kommen wieder.

We had a lovely stay. Apartment was clean and in a quiet area, with lovely views of the mountains and lake to the left. Main shops, restaurants and lake are around 15 minutes walk away with supermarkets a couple of minutes walk. Local buses stop close to the apartment too.

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 erwachsenen Kindern für ein paar Tage in Lugano. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Sie entsprach vollkommen unseren Erwartungen. Durch ihre zentrale, aber trotzdem ruhige Lage war sie idealer Ausgangspunkt für unsere Unternehmungen. Ein großer Vorzug war auch die zugehörige Tiefgarage, da wir mit dem Auto angereist sind und Parkplätze in Lugano rar sind. Vom Balkon aus hatte man einen guten Blick auf Lugano, den See und im Hintergrund waren die Alpen zu sehen. Vor unserer Anreise erhielten wir von HAPPY.RENTALS alle notwendigen Informationen - vielen Dank an das Team! Die Wohnung können wir definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Perhaps this was just one of the dozens of apartments we have stayed in over the years, but the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the apartment, its outstanding location, the fair price, the convenient parking, the well-equipped facilities, and the way the team promptly attended to our requests made this apartment truly one of the finest places we have ever reserved. We have traveled all over the world, yet this apartment and its owners left us with a remarkably positive impression. We paid nothing extra, everything was exactly as promised, and we felt very well taken care of. I strongly recommend this place to others, and we are sincerely grateful to the owners—even though we have never met them personally and only communicated through the helpful staff who assisted us whenever needed. A very clean and well-maintained apartment. It’s a bit of a walk to the lake, but the very quiet neighborhood makes up for it. Amenities—it had everything we needed 👍. A plus: parking in the garage.

Great location, 20min walk from city center, the appartment is not on a hill. Parking space in the garage. Although not specifically said in the description, the appartment has free high speed wifi.

Leider hat es aus den Abflüssen im Badezimmer sehr stark gestunken, das Schlafsofa hatte überall grosse gelbe Flecken, die Essstühle hatten keinen Bezug mehr

Appartement idéalement placé ( près du Lido et du funiculaire . ) et ville de Lugano à 30 min à pied . La communication avec le gestionnaire n’est pas optimum ( pas de réponses à plusieurs demandes ) et la vaisselle n’est pas suffisante et aucun porte- manteau dans les placards. L’annonce indique 2 chambres , mais la 2 eme c’est le salon ! En dehors de ces désagréments, l’appartement est agréable .
