We had a wonderful stay here and would absolutely recommend it. The location was excellent. We loved being able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and the waterfront without needing a car. The apartment was extremely clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out a little later, which made our travel day so much easier. They were also very responsive whenever I had questions and gave us great local recommendations. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Wir haben die Unterkunft zu viert (2Pärchen) für unseren Sommerurlaub gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr nah am Wasser & Strand. In die Innenstadt ist es etwas weiter, aber es gibt einen schönen Weg am Wasser entlang bis in die Stadt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Das kleinere Zimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten und kein Doppelbett. Die Küche ist sehr geräumig und mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Die Vermietung war gut erreichbar, wenn was fehlte oder für Fragen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, gerne wieder!

It was soundproof, which was super convenient for 2 families with toddlers, there was free parking and everything was near! We loved it! We wanna visit again for sure!

We had a great stay. The location was excellent, the property was very clean, and communication with the host was smooth and efficient. Manuela was especially helpful. The only minor issues were the weak Wi-Fi signal on the top floor, probably because of the thick walls, and the absence of an iron.

We are frequent travelers and have stayed in quite a few Air BNBs. This was the best place we have EVER stayed. It has completely been remodeled, and it is obvious it is well maintained. The place was spotless when we arrived - it was extremely clean, which is not something you always get with other properties. Manuela left very good instructions on where the apartment was located, including a picture of the gate we were to look for. The location is literally steps from the lake, as the name implies. Down the street to the left is a camp ground which has a restaurant/bar called Zucchero e Pepe. We ate breakfast each morning there, and the staff was wonderful. There is a walking path along the lake that leads to the center of Peschiera - very nice walk. We plan to return to the lake and definitely will stay at this property again. Can't imagine that any other place can compare.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit – so etwas haben wir wirklich selten erlebt. Man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Auch die Lage ist einfach perfekt: sehr zentral, alles gut erreichbar und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Parkmöglichkeiten waren ebenfalls problemlos vorhanden, was für uns ein großer Pluspunkt war. Wir waren mit Freunden dort und würden definitiv jederzeit wiederkommen. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Eine Sonnenliege im Garten oder ein Grill wären das i-Tüpfelchen gewesen. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern noch ein Hinweis: Durch die sehr dicken Wände hat man keinen Empfang mit dem Babyphone, das sollte man vorher wissen. Insgesamt aber eine klare Empfehlung – wir waren rundum begeistert!

Appartamento perfetto. Posto ,comodo e pratico anche con bambini . Accessibilità alla spiaggia comodamente a piedi . Parcheggio gratis Insomma, perfetto.!!

Estava bem limpo…a cozinha não é tão equipada, poderia ter mais coisas para facilitar, como cafeteira, microondas: Sala bem espaçosa, sao 2 pisos, estávamos em 5, com dois quartos, sendo uma suite, o outro banheiro ficava no piso de baixo. Meu filho dormiu na sala em um sofá cama, não muito confortável (mais duro), as camas nos quartos eram boa, com roupas de cama e banho de boa qualidade. A localização é para quem está com carro, de facil acesso, mas um pouco distante dos pontos de interesse.
