The place is truly beautiful – a set of apartments in a charming small building with spacious terraces and stunning views. There is also a pool available for residents, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. It’s definitely worth visiting even just for the morning views that open up from the terrace and the bedroom. The location is perfect for a relaxing stay at Lake Como. The hosts provided clear instructions with photos on how to get to the apartment, so it’s very easy to find.

We totally loved our stay at this apartment. The view of the apartment is exceptional and location is 15’ drive to the main square. Everything was so clean. Host was kind enough to leave a welcome package with food. We highly recommend this property. The facilities at the apartment are great for kids - swimming pool with a view, balcony, laundry room.

We loved our stay in Menaggio. Our apartment was roomy and well-appointed, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the view of the city and lake spectacular. Sad to leave.

Our stay to visit Lake Como was better than expected. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate, it was always amazing arriving back to our wonderful rental. Very comfortable and the views are amazing. I highly recommend this rental. It was perfect.

Maravillosa estancia para relajarse y pasar unos días con magníficas vistas al lago di Como. Cercano al pueblo con mucha restauración, y buena conexion via barco con el resto de pueblos de la província de Lombardía. Recomendable para unos días de tranquilidad y paz. Gracias!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The view is absolutely incredible, so much so, we decided to take dinner back every night to enjoy on the patio. We will for sure stay here again next time visiting Menaggio !

Lovely Airbnb! The apartment is spacious and modern, with a great shared pool area and incredible views. It is very difficult to walk into menaggio town (it is possible, but not advised). The buses are irregular and unreliable and there are three taxis that often do not reply/have availability. So it is best to hire a car for this villa!

The place was amazing! My friends and I stayed there for 2 nights and had so much fun. The place was clean and well polished, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The only downside was actually getting around and down the hill. We tried to utilize the information for the taxis provided at the accommodation; however, none of them were responsive. We tried to walk down towards the ferries or to any of the restaurants there, but there was no sidewalk, and the streets were very narrow with cars approaching fast. We ended up finding a little bar uphill after wandering around for quite some time. There, they were kind enough to help us out and called a taxi for us to go down the hill. Besides that, the stay was absolutely perfect. Thank you!

La vue de l’appartement est sublime et l’accès à la résidence se fait très facilement en voiture. Il n’y a pas de climatisation mais des ventilateurs étaient fournis par l’agence. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

This place way exceeded my expectations on every level. The apartment was amazing, large, had everything we needed and the views were spectacular. The pool was great ,very clean and at times we had it to ourselves. Great location to explore the lake and small towns.

June 2016 The listing is managed by a professional real estate firm located in the center of town. Everyone was exceptionally helpful ... whether it was to help us rent a boat for the day or take us across the lake and drop us off in Bellagio for a fantastic lunch! The apartment was amazing! Newer construction, amazing views, exceptionally clean. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of linens and towels, really has everything you need for a short or longer stay. We did not have any issues with the apartment. There is not a/c in the apartment, not a problem for us but just commenting. In town, there is a grocery store, produce store, wine store, and meat and fish store all on the main road. You don't need to leave Menaggio to get food or supplies. We loved our time here and would love to come back.” Christie, USA

Dont get me wrong the apartment itself, location, views are great and i would recommend. It was also cleaned to a high standard. However, i felt that the maintenance could be better for what we paid. For emample, it was cold at night in April and heating did not seem to work (we did get more blankets), some shutters were broken, bulbs had gone, microwave didnt seem to work, garden was over grown, did not have keys to the bin locker etc...

Die Lage und der Ausblick ist Top. Das Beste was ich je gebucht habe. Entgegen der Vorbewertungen war in der Wohnung alles Tip-Top sauber und die Anlage selbst ist Top gepflegt und in Schuss. In der Anlage sind 24 Appartements, von denen aber nur drei an Touristen vergeben werden. Der Rest sind Eigentümer, die mal mehr (am Wochenende) und mal weniger (unter der Woche da sind). So kann es sein, dass man den Pool unter der Woche für sich ganz allein hat. Der elektrische Sonnenrollo über der Terasse war defekt oder außer Betrieb und lies sich nicht nach vorne bewegen. Dies ist insbesondere bei der Mittagssonne oder bei leichten Schauern von Bedeutung, da man dann nicht draußen sitzen kann. Als ich das bei der Agentur reklamierte bekam ich zur Antwort: "das ist nirgends gekennzeichnet und auch auf den Fotos nicht zu sehen". Das fand ich ziemlich befremdlich und arrogant. Außerdem waren bei der enormen Auswahl an Gläsern weder ein Weißwein- noch ein Rotweinglas verfügbar! Am Pool waren nur drei Liegen verfügbar! Dass auch keiner der vielen Schlüssel für den Bereich der Müllentsorgung passte, traute ich mich dann gar nicht mehr zu melden (denn vielleicht war das auch nirgends gekennzeichnet :-)

Everything was as advertised but the check in process and communication with the property manager was difficult. Several days prior to arrival I sent emails and messages in VRBO app about checking in and other logistics, but the property manager never replied. Had to call them the day of check in to get answers. The property is great. Amazing views and fun location.

You enter the apartment and will directly view the amazing lake of Como. The place is beautiful and has a little garden and a shared pool area too. We recommend traveling by car to this place since it is up on the hills. You can easily drive to oldtown where you will find lots of delicious restaurants. The owner was very nice and provided us with additional towels and toilet paper except for the dish wash soap upon request the same day. Following the house rules we were required to leave the property in clean condition. However, noteworthy to mention is that this was quite hard since there were no tabs or dish wash soap available so we left the dishes in the dishwasher. These are basic equipments in every apartment. The only flaw was basically the cleaning part: we were provided with clean sheets but filthy blankets. They smelt badly and were not even properly folded when we found them in the closet, which is surprising since they charge cleaning fees of CHF 230.-. Apart from that, we had a wonderful stay and can recommend this place to everyone who wants to enjoy some days at the lake of Como.

The things we really enjoyed were hiring a speedboat around the lake and the ferry trip to different villages (particularly Bellagio). Great apartment and a fabulous stay. Thank you. We have had a beautiful week on Lake Como. Thank you so much HHH. Your holiday home was very stylish and comfortable for us. The location felt very exclusive and the lake views were simply breath taking! We really enjoyed the outdoor dining terrace and the shared outdoor swimming pool. We are rather impressed!

Our group had the best Lake Como getaway! The place was spotless and offered us a super sophisticated retreat. The lake view garden was a great venue for our dinner parties and we managed to find some great places too; namely La Barcola, Ristorante di Paolo, La Darsena and Crotto dei Platani. The golf at the Menaggio & Cadenabbia club was excellent and all the guys loved the power boat rental, watersports and climbing day; thanks HHH!

We would like to thank you all for making our recent holiday at Como Lake an unforgettable experience. Although it has already been our fourth stay in Sant' Andrea Vista, we will probably never get tired of the stunning view of the lake and the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. Of course, it's not only the view that makes us come back every year, it's the variety of attractions, plentiful activities, great food and wine and last but not least the wonderful climate. This year it was boiling hot all week so we spent a lot of time just lazing by the pool or reading a book on the terrace. We also played tennis every morning at a nearby sports centre, took a boat trip to Bellagio to stroll through wonderful Villa Malzi gardens and taste delicious local wines at Enoteca Cava Turacciolo - I recommend both! By taking one of the scenic walking routes in the Val Sanagra Park along old mills and farms one evening we literally discovered new dimension of this great place on earth! And there are so many of them yet to be discovered:-).

Thank you for your email. It's a pleasure for us to give a feedback on our holiday, which we really enjoyed in the best possible way. Well, first of all, the directions and instructions we got from you were clear and simple so we had no trouble finding the office, collecting the keys and getting to the apartment. We were also grateful for the information about the places of interest, restaurants, ferry timetables, shopping, etc. that helped us a lot. We actually needed help from your staff only once when we asked for the password to the internet, which we obtained promptly. The property was great, but what was astounding - the view of the lake and the mountains. We were totally impressed! Unfortunately, I had some health problems before our arrival in Como, so I couldn't walk much. But the view, the swimming pool and the weather were absolutely amazing so we didn't regret that we couldn't have visited all the places we had intended to visit. Well, hopefully next year... The weekend at Parc Andrea was quite busy, but almost all residents left on Sunday evening, so the rest of the week was absolutely quiet and soothing. Nevertheless, there were a few places we'd been to, and again, I have to repeat myself, we were impressed. We visited Varena and Bellagio, and of course Villa Balbianello, and although we were late for the tour of the interior, the walk through the gardens needs no further comment...But still, I believe it's worth seeing from the inside as well, and that's also why we're coming back next year. Michaela, The Czech Republic Without your advice we wouldn't be also able to find the cosy restaurant called Barcarola?? (I'm not good at names) where we enjoyed a typical Italian dinner and wine in a pleasant domestic atmosphere. As for suggestions, I would just say - keep going on...Well, maybe one thing - the shower could have been cleaner, and the cover over the settee didn't look very neat and clean either. But comparing to the rest, it's negligible. We're really looking forward to coming next year and experiencing more adventures and collecting more wonderful memories. Thank you for organising the restaurants for us. We did not make it to Barcola (I telephoned and cancelled) but Gatto Nero was very good - we had a great table outside. The boat hire was a super day. Good Afternoon, We thought the property was excellent and the online photos fail to do it justice. Staff in the office were very helpful and open on a Sunday afternoon when we arrived. Boat trip was very easy to organise and a must do if you are advising others. Can’t think of any faults other than we only had a week there!

Location and view are fabulous! However, the property has been seemingly neglected - upon arrival the property was filled with cobwebs and spiders throughout the apartment. Not a fun way to spend your honeymoon/vacation killing spiders. Filled with lots of odd things - no salt or pepper. No pans, only pots to cook with. No coffee table (even though this was in the listing photos). Beds resembled a hostel more than a welcoming apartment, and the bathroom drain was clearly clogged and had a bad smell. In-unit video not available so we had no instructions on how to use pool, laundry, or how to check out. Lights often flickered and didn't fully work. Couldn't take a hot shower in the evening for more than 5-10 mins. These issues need to be resolved before a guest checks in... Thankfully the property team came by to clean up the cobwebs very quickly and was very responsive but I shouldn't have people onsite fixing the property while I am staying there for my vacation. All of this was unacceptable for the high cost I spent to stay here but we thoroughly enjoyed the view, distance to town and found the apartment complex to be very nice.

Wir fanden den Aufenthalt sehr gelungen, wunderschöne Aussicht, schöner Pool, tolle Unterkunft. Lage und Unterkunft selbst traumhaft!! Leider waren zu wenig Handtücher und Bettwäsche für 6 Personen vorhanden (nur für 4 Personen bereitgestellt), auf meine Anfrage noch 2 zusätzliche Handtücher/Bettwäsche zu bekommen, bekamen wir leider keine Rückmeldung. Uns war ebenfalls nicht klar, dass es sich beim dritten Bett um eine ausziehbare Schlafcouch handelt. Generell kann ich die Unterkunft trotzdem sehr empfehlen.

Disappointing rental. Check-in instructions lacked some key information, like verifying where to park overnight. Only info about rental provided was wifi password, as links for online instructions were broken and not resolved during stay. Contact info for local team provided, however did not respond during stated hours until the next day (after check-in). Messaging host thru Airbnb messages was not helpful, and the responses always referred to the check-in instructions, which often did not contain the information requested (such as info for check-out). Unit itself was clean but lacked all the amenities I'd expect (like dish soap), however there were piles of trash in the storage room, which also was where the washing machine was located. "Washing machine in the TRASH storage area" would be more accurate. One set of blinds in the living room would not go up, obstructing the full view of the lake from inside. Grass on the private outside area was overgrown. Would not rent again.

The apartment had a beautiful view of the lake and Menaggio. Instructions getting into the property were very good. Kitchen was well appointed and beds were comfortable. Nice gift basket for our stay.

The view is simply stunning and far and away the best aspect of the property. The apartment was spacious and clean and reasonably well equipped. Having access to the swimming pool was great and it was a really good size. I swam every day and had it to myself which was great. Joining instructions were comprehensive
