Nichée dans un cadre très calme et ensoleillé, cette villa de plain-pied offre une escapade paisible au cœur de la verdure, avec piscine privée, jardin et une vue imprenable sur le lac de Lugano et les montagnes. La villa présente un intérieur chaleureux et rustique avec de hauts plafonds à poutres apparentes et une cheminée accueillante, créant une atmosphère chaleureuse tout au long de l'année. Le salon avec vue sur le lac s'ouvre sur une terrasse privée, idéale pour se détendre ou prendre ses repas en plein air. Une cuisine séparée entièrement équipée comprend des appareils modernes tels qu'un four, un micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle, une machine à café et une bouilloire, ce qui la rend parfaite pour des séjours en toute autonomie. La villa comprend une chambre principale avec un lit double et un lit simple, ainsi qu'une deuxième chambre avec deux lits simples (veuillez noter qu'ils ne peuvent pas être rapprochés). La ville animée de Lugano se trouve à seulement 25 minutes en voiture et propose des boutiques, des restaurants, des attractions culturelles et des activités au bord du lac. Pour des excursions d'une journée, le lac Majeur est à 45 minutes, tandis que le lac de Côme est accessible en environ 50 minutes. Le supermarché le plus proche se trouve à Grancia. L'aéroport de Lugano est à environ 17 minutes en voiture, tandis que l'aéroport de Milan-Malpensa est à environ 65 minutes.

le bien est fort bien situé avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le lac de Lugano. c'est tout autant bluffant de profiter de la vue de l'intérieur de la piscine. La maison est fort bien équipée et d'un très bon confort

September 2018 Stunning view!! Very peaceful and quiet, and generally clean, and properly maintained. Beautiful location! Two unexpected disappointments, however: 1. The listing states there are 15 steps to negotiate to get from the road. Definitely not true. The correct number is 42 steps, all steep, winding and uneven, and unprotected from the weather. It was discouraging to have to haul our luggage by hand up all of these steps at the end of a long journey. 2. The second bedroom is tiny; two single beds leave only a narrow corridor to get in and out. Bathroom access is through living room. Note also that the pool is unheated. Nigel, UK

August 2018 This property has an amazing view. I can say one of the best I have ever been. The Marcote small town along the lake is very close by (3-4 min drive by car) is a very cosy and nice town. You can find good restaurants here. Lugano center is 20 mins by drive. Having a car is a must to be able travel around. The nights are really calm and with the spectacular view of the lake, the sunsets are amazing. Our 6 year old kid has enjoyed the pool as well. All in all, it was a nice 4 days for the family. October 2016 This house has an amazing view looking out onto Italy. Located in the quiet neighborhood of Morcote - which is just beautiful. Lugano is a short drive away. It is absolutely amazing. The view is just breathtaking at all times of day. Enjoyed the view whilst the kids and dog played outside. House is perfect size for a family of 5. The house was clean and everything was available for us. The management was very efficient as we had all the details well before we arrived. Stunning views, lovely garden and a well-equipped kitchen. The undercover dining area is excellent and the pool is great in the hot weather. We did enjoy our week here. But as previous reviewers also noted, overall the property is rather scruffy and unkempt, with stained and grubby sofa covers and garden cushions, cupboards full of random collections of the owner's stuff, and a long-broken garden chair. The agency are pretty hands-off. My email to the local agent about the missing garden loungers remains unanswered (we found them hidden in a corridor round the back), and the Happy Rentals agent on the booking platform we used simply refers you to the local agent - forwarding the message and asking the local agent to get in touch was evidently too much to expect. Information on garbage and recycling should have been available. You need a red taxed bag for general rubbish (purchase at the supermarket), disposal points along the road you drive in on. Recycling can be done in a lay-by on the road along the lakeside, turn left at the lake road as you drive down from the property. Small maintenance issues had arisen (poor shower and sink drainage, dishwasher out of rinsing agent, a musty smell in the main bedroom), the property seems rather unloved and uncared for. What you're paying top dollar for here is the view and the pool. Both are excellent. But there's much that could be done here to bring the rest of the experience in line. A final note: at the time of our stay (July 25) one of the houses above was under reconstruction, scaffolded and with a huge crane on-site. We had one afternoon of noise and disruption but in general the site was quiet.

Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und man kann sich wirklich gur entspannen. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Gute Tag Hier noch ein Feedback zu unseren Ferien, es war herrlich und wir werden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen. Verbesserungsvorschlag: es wäre von Vorteil wenn der blaue Ordner Bestandteil vom Vertrag ist, und z. B. auf dem Tisch läge. Wir haben ihn nicht sofort gesehen und somit konnten wir den Pool erst nach 2 Tagen reinigen, er war bei unserem Eintreffen nicht sauber. Sonst schliesse ich mich zum Feedback von meiner Schwester an. Herzliche Grüsse aus Bern

Die Lage und der Ausblick waren absolut Top! Die elektronischen Geräte welche wir benutzen, haben funktioniert. Die Badezimmer und das grosse Schlafzimmer sind sehr ansprechend. Super sind auch die Moskitonetze an den Fenstern.
