Beautiful beautiful home! Located 6 minutes away from the center of menaggio. There’s accessible parking & the property is very secured. There are other home owners in the residence, however, we felt like we were alone. The property managers are quick to respond via WhatsApp if you have any questions or can’t figure something out.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment has fantastic views and access to a lovely pool. It is well set up inside and has a nice outdoor space to enjoy the views each evening.

This apartment is fantastic all around! It is set in a beautiful, quiet complex that is easy to get to and very secure. The grounds are lush, green and well maintained with a beautiful swimming pool. The most amazing part of all is the view, it’s a wonderful picture of the lake and the mountains. The apartment itself is modern, clean with useful extras like the washing machine, dishwasher and hair dryer.

We loved staying here. While it could be a little closer to the main area of town, it had a beautiful view and matched the photos pretty well. Getting there is a little tricky as the elevator buttons have changed, so the floor you're supposed to select is not an option (should be able to select 3, but had to select 2 and take the chance - lol). The WiFi wasn't very strong in the bedrooms but overall it was clean, quiet and the view was lovely. Highly recommend staying in Menaggio!

The view from both the apartment and the pool is absolutely incredible. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable. A little extra effort on behalf of the owner or the management company could make this place really special.

The apartment itself was fine, and has great view views of Lake Como. But what people need to understand is that, especially this time of year, many of the buses and taxis/Uber shut down after 7 PM. So if you’re having dinner in the center of Menaggio, it is very difficult to get home and we had to walk home twice, all uphill. Plus, there are no sidewalks on the switchback roads so pretty dangerous. It would’ve been good to know some of the challenges with getting back home in the early fall. Bottom line is you need a car if you are staying at this place.

Had few issues : The lock during check in was not working and had to wait for couple of hours till someone came to help, it was the midnight though The WiFi didn’t work for all my stay, they suggested a refund of 35 euros for the stay and I am one the one who gave the host a suggestion to provide a 5G router, 1st response was (not available) then after few hours they bring one

Une belle résidence avec une très belle vue sur le lac et une grande piscine. Par contre, beaucoup d'inconvénients : - route à proximité donnant sur l'hôpital, donc beaucoup de sirènes et la nuit des motos bruyantes - il faut réserver une place de parking à l extérieur car pas d'accès au parking privé de la résidence - Terrasse sale (y compris le matériel, barbecue manquant) et mal entretenue et pas d'intimité car elle donne sur celle des voisins -climatisation uniquement dans la pièce principale Un rapport qualité prix moyen
